      • 선상가열을 적용한 선박 외판의 재료 특성에 관한 연구

        The heat processing method is used widely to a curved surface generation in shell plate. It causes the bending and the shrinkage operation that it use heat with loads, and deformation of steel plate is accompanied. Especially, hot working has a lot of operating parameters. So far we depend on experience and sense of worker. Curved surface generation by heat processing is classified Line heating and Triangle heating according curved surface shape. At yard, line heating occupies 70%. This study is as part of a research to investigate steel plasticity and fracture characteristics which is applied line heating. Priority, we performed line heating experiment on shell plate. After cut the section of shell plate, by measuring the size of area which is higher than phase transformation temperatures the temperature, we were obtained foundation data for developing of thermal deformation analysis model. In addition, we presented HAZ properties about the heated area by tensile test. This will be used as a basis for analysis of ship structural behavior applied line heating. 선체외판의 곡면 생성에 널리 사용되는 열 가공법은 열을 하중으로 이용하여 굽힘작용과 수축작용을 일으켜 강판의 변형을 유도한다. 특히 열간가공은 판재의 크기와 곡률, 곡형상, 입열량 등의 수많은 작업변수로 인해 아직까지 작업자의 경험과 감각에만 의존하고 있다. 열 가공에 의한 곡가공 작업은 선체외판의 곡면 형상에 따라 크게 선상가열과 삼각가열로 구분되며, 실제 조선소에서는 그 중 70% 이상을 선상가열법을 적용하고 있다. 본 연구는 합리적인 선박 구조설계를 위해 선상가열 적용 강재의 소성 및 파단 특성을 규명하고자 하는 연구의 일환으로 우선, 선박의 외판용 강재에 대한 선상가열 실험을 수행하고 그 단면을 절단하여 상변태 온도 이상의 고온 영역의 크기를 계측함으로써 열변형해석 모델 개발을 위한 기초자료를 확보하였다. 또한, 가열 영역에 대한 인장실험을 통해 열영향부의 물성치를 제시하였다. 이것은 향후 선상가열을 적용한 선박의 구조적 거동특성을 연구하기 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.

        Hemodynamic depression (hypotension and bradycardia) can occur during or after carotid angioplasty and stenting (CAS) due to stretching of the baroreceptors in the carotid sinus. The predisposing factors of hemodynamic depression have not been reported previously. In general, hemodynamic depression after CAS may continue for up to 3–5 days, but disappears within 7 days. We report herein a 65-year-old man with severe hemodynamic depression after sequential CAS, and discuss the possible causes from an anatomical point of view.

        On the material properties of shell plate formed by line heating

        This paper is concerned with investigating the plastic material properties of steel plate formed by line heating method, and is aimed at implementing more rational design considering the accidental limit states such as collision or grounding. For the present study, line heating test for marine grade steel plate has been carried out with varying plate thickness and heating speed, and then microscopic examination and tensile test have been carried out. From the microscopic, it is found that the grain refined zones like ferrite and pearlite are formed all around the heat affected zone. From the tensile test results, it is seen that yield strength, tensile strength, fracture strain, hardening exponent and strength coefficient vary with plate thickness and heat input quantity. The formulae relating the material properties and heat input parameter should be, therefore, derived for the design purpose considering the accidental impact loading. This paper ends with describing the extension of the present study.

        This paper is regarding ship-building; The longi. knuckle standard which occurs at shell block butt is different for each shipyards. Most of standard is based on the experience of actual ship, this standard has become debatable according to owner's inclination. So additional task is caused, which is that install reinforcements from mounting steps, and so on. Hence, we perform strength assessment according to angle of shell longi. knuckle. First, in order to identify structure which has shell longi. End part knuckle form of structural behavior, we carry out structural analysis by selecting part of double bottom shell longi. End structural member in cargo hold area, using design base of actual ship. And then, we compared with the analyzed results of simplicity model based on actual ship data with the results of the classification rule criterion. In the end, we plan to establish a rational design criteria about shell longi .knuckle by considering field work variables which are longitudinal bending & twisting, block assembly and mount degree and results of analysis.
