부자의 사례를 통해본 자아경영에 관한 연구

금융시장과 비트코인 가격에 상호 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구 : 금융채 중심으로

본 연구는 금융시장의 채권인 금융채 시장금리 주간금리와 비트코인 시장에서 거래되는 비트코인의 주간 가격 간 상호 미치는 영향을 2010년 10월 23일에서 2018년 10월 13일까지의 417개 금융채 시장금리와 비트코인 주간 가격자료를 사용하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 비트코인 주간 가격과 금융채 시장금리의 두 지표 간 인과관계와 상호영향력을 살펴봄으로써 비트코인 주간 가격과 금융채 시장금리 간 영향력의 정도를 분석하고자 한다. 비트코인 주간 가격과 금융채 시장금리 시계열자료의 안정성 여부의 검정을 위한 단위근 검정, 두 변수 간의 안정적이고 장기적인 관계 검정을 위한 공적분(cointegration)검정, 금융채 시장금리 주간의 금리와 비트코인 주간의 가격 간 상호 미치는 영향력 분석을 위한 VAR모형과 예측오차에 대한 분산분해기법 분석 및 비트코인 주간 가격과 금융채 시장금리 자료간변동의 원인변수를 파악하기 위하여 그랜저(Granger) 인과관계 검정을 실시하였다. 실증분석의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 금융채 시장금리와 비트코인 주간가격 시계열 자료의 안정성검정 결과는 불안정적으로 나타났고, 1차 차분시계열자료의 안정성검정 결과 안정적으로 나타났다. 또한 차분 전에는 공적분관계가 없는 것으로 나타났으나 1차 차분한 경우에는 공적분관계가 존재하는 것으로 나타났고, 비트코인 주간 시계열자료의 분산 분해에서 비트코인 가격의 변화는 비트코인 가격의 자체 내재적 변화가 99% 이상인 것으로 나타났다. 금융채 시장금리 분산분해에서 금융채 시장금리의 설명력은 98% 이상을 설명하고 있고, 비트코인 가격 증감율의 변화는 금융채 시장금리 증감율에 그랜저 인과관계가 존재하는 것으로 나타났으며, 금융채 시장금리와 비트코인 가격 간의 상관관계는–0.319229로 음(-)의 관계를 보여 주고 있어 비트코인 투자 시 위험관리에 필요한 분석으로 그 시사점이 있다. This study is an empirical study on the mutual influence of the Bitcoin price and the financial bond interest rate. In this study we used 417 weekly data of the Bitcoin price and the financial bond interest rate from October 23, 2010 to October 13, 2018. There are two indicators of the Bitcoin price and the financial bond interest rate. We try to analyze the mutual influence and the causality between the Bitcoin price and the financial bond interest rate. We wish to analyze the extent of cross-influence. We employ impulse response function based on VAR model as well as variance decomposition after unit root tests and cointegration test. An important result of this study are summarized as follows: First, raw time series data of the Bitcoin price and the financial bond interest rate has unit roots. Secondly, first differential data of the Bitcoin price and the financial bond interest rate has no unit roots. Third, there is at least one cointegration between Bitcoin price and the financial bond interest rate. Finally, the correlation between of the Bitcoin price and the financial bond interest rate is (-) 0.319229.

주식투자와 주식격언에 대한 성경적 이해

글로벌 경제의 회복에 따른 투자환경의 개선과 국내증시에 대한 투자심리의 호전으로 최근 들어 주식에 투자하는 사람들이 늘고 있다. 금융투자협회와 통계청자료에 따르면 우리나라에서 경제활동을 하는 국민 10명 중에서 적어도 9명이 주식투자를 하고 있음을 보이고 있다. 성경에서 자산은 원래 하나님께 속한 것이며, 성경적 경제원리의 중심은 청지기 정신이다. 따라서 크리스천은 의로운 청지기로서 재물을 잘 관리하고, 청지기적인 삶의 자세로 살아가야 한다. 본 연구는 주식투자와 주식격언에 대해 성경적 이해를 살펴보는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 문헌적 연구방법에 바탕을 두었다. 성경적 관점에서 크리스천들은 주식투자를 어떻게 이해 할 것인가 하는 관점에서 살펴보고, 주식격언 중에서 상대적으로 중요성이 부각되는 10개의 주식격언을 제안한 후 성경적 이해를 시도하였다는 점에서 차별성이 있다. 연구결과 성경적 관점에서 크리스천의 주식투자는 제한되지 않는 것으로 판단된다. 연구를 통하여 크리스천들이 올바르게 주식투자를 하는데 도움을 주고, 주식격언에 대한 성경적 이해를 통하여 주식투자에 대한 통찰력과 시사점을 제시해 줄 수 있기를 기대한다. 향후의 연구과제로는 주식격언에 대한 깊이 있는 고찰을 통하여 주식격언이 내포하고 있는 투자자들의 심리요인들을 측정할 수 있는 지표를 개발할 필요성이 있다고 사료된다. Recently, the number of people investing in stocks is increasing as the investment environment improves with the recovery of the global economy and the improvement of investment sentiment in the Korean stock market. According to the Korea Financial Investment Association and the Statistics Korea, it shows that at least nine people are investing in stock among the ten people who conduct economic activities in Korea. In the Bible, wealth originally belongs to God, and the center of biblical economic principles is stewardship. Christians say that as a righteous steward, they must manage their wealth and live in a stewardship of life. The purpose of this study is to examine biblical understanding of stock investment and stock maxims. Research methods for research are based on literature research methods. In this study, we examine how to understand the stock investment from the viewpoint of biblical perspective, and attempt to understand biblical understanding by suggesting ten stock proverbs which are relatively important in stock maxims. Through this study, we hope to help Christians make the right investment and to provide insights and implications for stock investment through biblical understanding of stock maxims. In future research, it is necessary to develop indicators to measure the psychological factors of investors who have stock maxims through deep research of stock maxims.

본 연구는 성경적 관점에서 부자의 사회적 책임에 대하여 고찰하는데 목적이 있다. 세상에 사는 사람들은 누구나 물질적인 축복을 누리며 여유롭게 살기를 원할 뿐만 아니라 사회의 안정과 국가의 발전을 위해서도 부자의 증가는 매우 필요한 사항이다. 하지만 공감(共感)과 공생(共生)에 대한 철학이 사회적으로 요구되고 있는 현실에서 사회적 책임을 다하지 못한 부자들은 사회로부터 비난을 피하기가 어렵게 되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 성경적 관점에서 부자의 사회적 책임을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 자칫 부자들이 받을 수 도 있는 사회의 비난과 지탄의 시선을 벗어나서, 스스로 '더불어 사는 지혜'를 발휘하여 자선적 책임을 다하는 존경받는 행복한 부자의 길을 제시하고자 한다. 성서를 통하여 보면, 잠언 3장 27절과 28절의 말씀은 "네 손이 선을 베풀 힘이 있거든 마땅히 받을 자에게 베풀기를 아끼지 말며(잠언 3:27)", "네게 있거든 이웃에게 이르기를 갔다가 다시 오라 내일 주겠노라 하지 말며(잠언 3:28)"라고 기록되어 선을 필요로 하는 이웃에게 '선'을 베풀며 '선을 베풀 때에는 적극적으로 임하라는 마음의 자세까지 일깨우고 있다. 또한, 마태복음 19장 19절은 이웃과 나 자신을 동일시함으로써, 자선을 하더라고 자선을 하는 그 행위자체가 남에 대한 자선이라기보다는 나 자신의 몸을 돌보는 것으로 전하고 있다. "이웃 사랑하기를 네 자신과 같이 사랑하라"(마태복음 19:19). 즉, 성경은 선한 청지기의 삶을 통하여 원래 내 자신이 소유의 것 자체가 없는 것이니 부자가 자선적 행위를 수월하게 수행하도록 일깨움을 주고 있다. 본 연구의 결과물들을 통하여 부자들이 '더불어 사는 지혜'를 발휘하고 사회로부터 존경받는 행복한 부자가 되기를 기대한다. The social responsibility of the rich (SRR) means the rich people's responsibility in society in terms of economic, legal, ethical, and benevolent aspects. This study aims to examine SRR from a biblical perspective. The importance of SRR is often mentioned in Bible, such as "Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act (Proverbs 3:27)". "Do not say to your neighbor, "Come back tomorrow and I'll give it to you"-when you already have it with you (Proverbs 3:28).", and that, "Love your neighbor as yourself (Matthew 19:19)." These days when the wisdom of living in community is growing in the society, being socially respectable is increasingly important for wealthy people who wish to be respected by the broader population. The objective of this research is, therefore, to present the importance of SRR and suggest SRR as a way to be the blessed rich.

행복한 노후를 위한 재무설계에 관한 연구

학문의 융합을 통한 온라인 교양강좌의 콘텐츠개발에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 학문의 융합을 통하여 인간이면 누구나 바라는 행복한 삶에 부합하는 온라인 교양콘텐츠를 개발하고, 학문적 융합을 통한 교양강좌의 개발이 학습자들에게 어떻게 평가되는지를 살펴봄으로서 향후 온라인 교양강좌의 개발에 도움이 되는 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 인간은 누구나 행복을 누릴 권리가 있고, 또 누구나 행복한 삶을 유지하려 노력한다. 따라서 행복이라는 중심의 화두를 가지고 우리의 삶속에서 행복을 구성하는 여러 작은 구성요인들을 학문의 융합을 통하여 하나로 묶어서 ‘생활경영’이라는 온라인 교양강좌로 개발을 하였다. ‘생활경영’ 강좌를 위하여 경영학, 철학, 가정학, 부부학, 재무설계학, 노인복지학, 노후생애설계, 부자학, 금융학, 투자론, 부동산학, 그리고 의학에 이르기까지의 광범위한 학문의 융합이 요구되었다. 연구방법은 기존의 문헌연구를 이용하여 진행하였으며, 강의평가 분석은 강의평가 문항 중에서 수업운영 평가와 콘텐츠 평가를 분리하여 각각 분석하였다. 연구결과, 아래와 같은 결론을 얻었다. 학문의 융합을 통한 교양콘텐츠에 대한 학습자들의 요구도 많았고, 학습자들의 평가도 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 앞으로 교양콘텐츠를 개발하는데 학문의 융합을 활용하는 방안을 적극 제안한다. The purpose of this study, through the academic fusion, is to develop online general education content that meets the happy life which everyone wants. And also, to present a proposal that will help in the development of the future online general education content by examining learner"s satisfaction. Human beings have the right to enjoy the happiness. Everyone strive to maintain a happy life. Therefore online education course called "life management" was developed as a way to continue to look for happiness in life. A wide range of fusion of the field has been requested to make up the "life management" courses such as management, philosophy, home economics, a couple studies, financial planning studies, elderly welfare, old age life design, rich studies, finance, investments, real estate studies, and medicine. The research method was carried out using existing literature research. Learning satisfaction was assessed using class evaluation and contents. Studies show that, following conclusion. There are many needs of learners for educational content through the academic fusion. In addition to, learner"s satisfaction was also found to be very high. Therefore, in developing a future general education content it suggests ways to take advantage of the academic fusion.

부자와 행복한 부자에 관한 연구

본 연구는 부자와 행복한 부자에 관하여 고찰하는데 목적이 있다. 행복한 부자들의 사례로 부의 사회 환원과 나눔을 실천한 경주 최부자, 유일한 박사, 록펠러, 그리고 카네기와 같은 행복한 부자를 조명해 봄으로서 지구촌의 모든 부자들이 행복한 부자로 남을 수 있고, 지구촌의 구석구석까지 따뜻한 사회가 되어서 ‘행복’이란 공감대를 형성할 수 있는 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 성경은 행복한 부자에 이르는 방법을 나눔의 실천이라고 말씀을 통하여 전하고 있다. 잠언서 11장 24절에서 26절의 말씀은 나눔의 중요성을 일깨우고 있다. “흩어 구제하여도 더욱 부하게 되는 일이 있나니 과도히 아껴도 가난하게 될 뿐 이니라 구제를 좋아하는 자는 풍족하여 질 것이요 남을 윤택하게 하는 자는 자기도 윤택하여 지리라 곡식을 내놓지 아니하는 자는 백성에게 저주를 받을 것이나 파는 자는 그의 머리에 복이 임하리라”(잠언 11:24-26). 또한 나눔을 아는 부자들은 머리에 복이 임한다고 말씀을 전하고 있고, 이와는 반대로 공동체와 나눔을 알지 못하는 부자들은 백성의 저주를 받을 것이라고 말씀을 전하고 있어서 사회로부터 존경을 받을 수 없음을 전하고 있다. 본 논문의 기여는 사회적으로 공생(共生)과 공감(共感)의 철학에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있고, 아울러 ‘더불어 사는 지혜’에 대한 필요성도 확산되어가는 시점에 행복한 부자들의 사례를 살펴보고 행복한 부자에 이르는 방안을 모색하였다는데 의의가 있다. 행복한 부자들의 사례와 성서를 통하여 이웃에 대한 나눔의 실천과 선의 실천이 행복한 부자에 이르는 길임을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the phenomenon of the blessed(happy) rich by focusing on the case of some high-profile people who shared their wealth with others, such as, Mr. Chois family in Gyeong-ju, Dr. Yu, il-hwan, Mr. John D. Rockefeller, and Mr. Andrew Carnegie. The importance of the blessed rich who share their wealth with others is often mentioned in the Bible, such as One person gives freely, yet gains even more; another withholds unduly, but comes to poverty (Proverbs 11:24), A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed (Proverbs 11:25)., and that, People curse the one who hoards grain, but they pray God’s blessing on the one who is willing to sell (Proverbs 11:26). These days when the wisdom of living in community is growing in the society, being socially respectable is increasingly important for wealthy people. The objective of this research is, therefore, to present the importance of sharing wealth with others in order to be counted among the blessed rich.

성경적 관점에서 기업의 사회적 책임에 관한 연구

이 연구는 성경적 관점에서 기업의 사회적 책임에 대하여 고찰하는데 목적이 있다. 글로벌 시장의 환경 하에서 기업들이 벌이는 경쟁은 과거와 비교하여 너무나도 경쟁적이다. 이러한 관점에서, 기업의 지속적인 성장을 위해 매우 중요한 요소로 부각된 기업의 사회적 책임에 대하여 성경적 관점에서 기업의 사회적 책임을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 아울러 기업들이 추구하는 지속가능경영을 실현하기 위한 방법으로 기업의 사회적 책임을 제시한 연구이다. 기업의 사회적 책임이란 기업을 둘러싸고 있는 기업환경과 아울러 기업의 이해관계자에 대하여 기업이 가지는 경제적 책임과 법적인 책임, 그리고 윤리적 책임과 자선적 책임을 의무라고 인식하고 책임을 다하는 행위이다. 전도서 제7장 7절은 “탐욕이 지혜자를 우매하게 하고 뇌물이 사람의 명철을 망하게 하느니라(전도서 7:7)” 라고 하여 인간의 탐욕스러움에 대한 경계와 탐욕의 무서움을 일깨우고 있다. 마태복음은 성경은 “이웃 사랑하기를 네 자신과 같이 사랑하라(마태복음 19:19)”라고 말씀하셨다. 또한 잠언 11장 1절은 “속이는 저울은 여호와께서 미워하시나 공평한 추는 그가 기뻐하시느리라(잠언 11:1)”. 란 말씀으로, 가난한 이웃에 대한 자선적인 사랑의 필요성과 공평한 추를 통하여 기업의 사회적 책임에 대한 중요성을 제시하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 지속성장을 가능하게 하는 기업의 사회적 책임을 성경적 말씀을 통하여 다시 조명해 보고 기독교적인 사회적 책임을 갖는데 조그만 역할을 하기를 기대한다. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) means corporate responsibility in society in terms of economic, legal, ethical, and benevolent aspects for the company's interest groups. This study aims to examine CSR from a biblical perspective. The importance of CSR is often mentioned in Bible, such as “Extortion turns a wise man into a fool, and a bribe corrupts the heart(Ecclesiastes 7:7)“. “You shall love your neighbor as yourself (Matthewls19:19)”, and that, “Dishonest scales are an abomination to the Lord, but a just weight is his delight(Proverbs 11:1).” These days when business conditions are very competitive in the global market. CSR is one of the major factors in pursuing sustainable growth in modern society. The objective of this research is, therefore, to present the importance of CSR and suggest CSR as a way of sustainable management.

성경적 관점에서 고찰한 노후생애설계에 관한 연구

인간 ‘100세 시대’를 맞이하여 인간이면 누구나 바라는 장수시대가 다가왔지만, 이에 대하여 우려하는 목소리가 높다. 인류가 아직까지 경험해 보지 못한 길을 가는 장수시대는 당연히 축복의 대상이 되어야 하지만, 준비 없이 맞이하는 장수는 저주라는 위험에 빠질 수도 있기 때문이다. 100세 시대가 축복이 되고, 행복한 노후가 되기 위해서는 노후생애설계를 통하여 준비된 노후를 맞이할 수 있도록 유도하는 노후생애설계의 필요성이 대두된다. “네 일을 밖에서 다스리며 밭에서 예비하고 그 후에 네 집을 세울 지니라(잠언 24:27)”. 성경은 계획을 통하여 다가오는 미래를 준비함으로서 행복한 노후를 맞이할 수 있는 노후생애설계의 중요성을 전하고 있다. 본 연구는 성경적 관점에서 노후생애설계에 관하여 고찰하는데 목적이 있다. 행복한 노후를 맞이하기 위하여 필요성이 요구되는 노후생애설계에 대하여 살펴보고, 노후생애설계의 구성요소를 성경의 말씀을 통하여 이를 고찰해 봄으로서 행복한 노후를 준비하는데 도움이 되는 방법을 제시한 연구이며, 연구방법은 문헌적 연구방법에 바탕을 두었다. 본 연구에서는 노후생애설계를 담아내는 핵심적인 구성요소들로 재무, 건강, 관계, 여가활동, 그리고 종교의 5가지로 제안하였으며, 본 연구를 통하여 인간수명 100세 시대에 행복한 노후를 준비하는데 도움이 되기를 기대한다. 향후의 연구과제로는 노후생애설계를 구성하는 요소들을 측정할 수 있는 지표의 개발과 이들 지표들 간의 차이점을 비교하고 분석하는 연구가 필요하다고 사료된다. Though we are facing in the age of ‘Homo sapiens one hundred’ , there is a voice of concern about this. The longevity age should be subject to the blessing, however, there is a possibility that the longevity may fall into the danger of curse when we meet it without any preparation. It is necessary to prepare life planning after retirement to meet a happy old age. The importance of life planning after retirement has been awakened even in the Bible: "Put your outdoor work in order and get your fields ready; after that, build your house,(Proverbs 24:27)" It implies that to achieve the happiness for the future, advance planning is required for the preparation of a happy retirement. The purpose of this study is to examine life planning and it’s factors after retirement for a happy old age. This study has significance in that it is seeking ways to prepare for a happy retirement so that it can be a blessing, not a disaster. Research methods are based on literary research methods. This research suggests five key factors. such as finance, health, relationship, leisure activity, and religion. Further research is needed to develop factors that can measure life planning and to compare between the factors.
