        A broadcasting system used now in a school is mechanical and its functions are limited to the broadcasting of human voice with mike or an announcement of time. Recently, many new education media for making an effect on education are produing by the computer and graphics tool software. To utilize the education media effectively, an introduction of multi-casting system which supply the media to the demanders selectively is necessary. This paper presents a real time control system based on GUI for multi-casting system. In this system, all the broadcasting pheripheral devices such as camera, video, mike, chime and cassette, are controlled easily on the windows based PC with a mouse. So it is capable of remote control the system with a little people and is possible to make individual or group broadcasting. And it has a self-testing function and restoration scheme function for the emergency accident such as an electricity failure or detect of amplifier. Broadcasting system may change for this direction hereafter. So, the conventional broadcasting system used in a school or public institutions are will be substituted with the proposed broadcasting system in the future.

        This paper presents a hierarchical coordination expert system of the local control center(LCC) to secure reliability of power system operation and to provide form power system automation. The proposed system divides the support system of existing local control center into two operating system - LCC and substation operating system. In the substations system, diagnosis off substation faults and restoration of blackout regions are performed. When a substation fault spreads transmission lines, the fault diagnosis and restoration is performed in each operating support system with reciprocal coordination structure. The efficiency of the proposed expert system is proved through the test system.

      • 배전 네트워크의 정전복구를 위한 휴리스틱 분할기법에 관한 연구

        Comparing with transmission networks, the faults in distribution networks more often occurs because of the complicated structure and the adjacency to customers. Moreover the faults give direct damage to customers. So fault diagnosis and blackout restoration in distribution networks are very important elements to reduce the damage of customers and to maintain the stability. The restoration problem of distribution networks is subject to time. The restoration process has to be accomplished through several switching. This paper proposes the efficient heuristic division method in distribution networks. The proposed method minimized the time to divide the blackout regions. The proposed system is applied to the sample networks, and the results showed a promising possibility.

        The fuzzy controllers have been applied to the power system stabilizer due to its excellent properties on the nonlinear systems. But the design process of fuzzy controller requires empirical and heuristic knowledge of human experts as well as many trial-and-errors in general. This process is time consuming task. This paper presents the fuzzy power system stabilizer(FPSS) with the superior nonlinear adaptive characteristics. The proposed FPSS tune the quantize level, fuzzy rules, membership function and control output. The tuning method use the genetic algorithm and simulated annealing. The proposed fuzzy power system stabilizer is applied to the one-machine infinite-bus of a power system. Through the comparative simulation with conventional stabilizer and fuzzy stabilizer tuning the membership function, the robustness of fuzzy stabilizer tuned by proposed method with respect to the nonlinear power system is verified.

        State estimation is the function for an error correction of an analog data measured in EMS (Energy Management System) or SCADA system. Topology processing is indispensable basic function in order to generate a system matrix for state estimation of substation. This paper propose an expert system to generate system matrix automatically using artificial intelligence technology and it is applied to 154kV distribution substations. This expert system will be applied to state estimation systems and contribute to improving reliability of a substation automation system.

      • 배전 자동화를 위한 정전복구 전문가 시스템의 연구

        This paper presents an exper system to restorate black-out region in distribution networks. In the proposed expert system, total black-out region is divided into several subgroups using availalbe capacity of adjacent feeders. And each subgroups are connected to adjacent one feeder through a normally open tie switch. Therefore black-out regions are restorated to radial status, and load balancing are maintained in distribution networks. In the proposed expert system, available capacities of feeders are calculated by the sum of available feeder capacity itself and load transfer capacity. Also the proposed expert system permit five percent over load of feeder capacity to minimize the black-out region. The efficiency of the proposed expert system is proved through the test system.

        동적분할 기법을 이용한 배전망의 정전복구 시스템에 관한 연구

        배전망은 그 구조가 매우 복잡하고, 수용가와 인접되어 있으므로 송전망에 비하여 사고의 발생도 매우 빈번하다. 또한 배전망에서의 사고는 수용가에게 직접적인 피해를 발생시킬 수 있다. 따라서 수용가의 피해를 줄이고 전력공급의 안정성 확보를 위한 배전망에서의 고장진단과 정전복구는 필수적으로 요구되는 기능이다. 배전망의 정전복구는 시간적인 제약성에 종속되며, 정전복구 과정에서 발생하는 스위칭 수를 최소화하는 것이 가장 중요한 요소이다. 폭, 모든 정전구역을 한번의 스위칭으로 복구하는 것이 가장 이상적이며, 그렇지 못한 경우 여러 번의 스위칭으로 복구하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 조작되는 스위치의 수를 최소화시키기 위한 배전망의 정전 복구 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안된 시스템에서는 휴리스틱 탐색방법과 메타-알고리즘의 동적분할 기법의 계층구조를 사용하고 있다. 제안된 정전복구 시스템의 성능을 검증하기 위하여 모의 배전망을 대상으로 성능평가를 수행하였다. The restoration problem of distribution networks is subject to time. Minimizing the switching numbers in restoration process is the crucial element. In other words. the best restoration is to restore all blackout area through just one switching, if not the restoration has to be accomplished through several switching. This paper proposes the efficient restoration system in distribution networks to minimize the switching numbers. The proposed system uses the dynamic division method of hierarchical structure which consists of heuristic searching method and meta algorithm. The proposed system is applied to the sample networks, and the results showed a promising possibility.

        During the last decade, a lot of expert systems have been proposed to cope with various problems in power system to make toward the eventual dream of fully automated reliable power system, This paper presents a practical fuzzy expert system to diagnose various faults occurred in local power systems. This integrated system can diagnose all faults occurred in a transmission network and substations. In this paper, the fuzzy reasoning of the diagnostic process is discussed in detail. The discrimination of false operations and non-operations of protective devices as well as the fault identification scheme are also analyzed together with the fuzzy inference process. The efficiency of the proposed fuzzy expert system is verified through the several case studies.

      • 퍼지 제어기의 비선형 특성 향상을 위한 계수동조 기법에 관한 연구

        The fuzzy theory has been applied to the control systems due to its excellent properties on the nonlinear systems. But the design process of fuzzy controller requires empirical and heuristic knowledge of human experts as well as many trial-and-errors in general. This process is time consuming task. The simulated annealing is the optimization algorithm which guarantee the global optimum. This paper presents an parameters tuning method of the fuzzy controller using the simulated annealing. The proposed tuning method is applied to the fuzzy controller for the low frequency oscillation of a synchronous generator. Through the comparative simulation with linear controller under various operating conditions, the robustness of fuzzy controller is verified. And the efficiency of the proposed tuning method is verified.

        고조파 공진 억제를 위한 완충부하 투입량 분석에 관한 연구

        During the restoration process of primary restorative transmission system, the over voltage may happen due to nonlinear interaction between the unloaded transformer and the transmission system. This over voltage is caused by harmonic resonance and can be prevented by damping loads that are connected before restoration process of primary restorative transmission system. But it is very difficult to predict the occurrence possibility of the harmonic resonance previously. This paper analyzes the relationship between the harmonic resonance and the amount of damping loads to prevent the harmonic resonance. This paper calculates the minimum amount of damping loads to prevent harmonic resonance while changing the length of primary restorative transmission line. And this paper confirmed that the amount of damping loads is not proportional to length of transmission line. The result of this paper will be used as important experiment data to predict the occurrence possibility of harmonic resonance previously.
