준'고령층 자활사업 참여자의 직무만족이 자활의지에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 준 고령 자활사업 참여자의 직무만족이 자활의지에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 자기유능감의 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 2015년에 서울특별시 소재 지역자활센터 7개소의 자활사업참여자 271명을 조사한 자료 중에서 준 고령층 자활사업 참여자 150명의 자료를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 분석방법은 기술통계, 독립표본 t-검정, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 우선, 직무만족이 자기유능감에 정적(positive)으로 통계적인 유의성을 보이는 것으로 나타나 준 고령 자활사업 참여자의 직무만족이 높아질수록 자기유능감이 증가되는 것이 확인되었다. 둘째, 직무만족이 자활의지에 정적(positive)으로 통계적인 유의성을 보이는 것으로 나타나 준 고령 자활사업 참여자의 직무만족이 높아질수록 자활의지는 증진되는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 셋째, 연구모형을 검증한 결과 준 고령 자활사업 참여자의 직무만족이 자 활의지에 정적(positive)으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 매개변인인 자기유능감은 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 준 고령 자활사업 참여자의 직무만족, 자기유능감 및 자활의지 증진을 위한 함의를 제시하고자 한다. The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of job satisfaction of self-sufficiency programs on the willingness for self-sufficiency, and verify the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship. To achieve the research objectives, a survey of 271 participants from the local self-sufficiency center in Seoul was conducted, and in the analysis a data from 150 the aged participants was used. Descriptive analysis, Independent Sample t-test and Multiple-regression analysis was utilized to test research effectiveness. Main results of the analysis are as follows. First, when the research model was tested, it was found that job satisfaction of self-sufficiency program participants had a positive influence on self-efficacy. Second, it was found that job satisfaction of self-sufficiency program participants had a positive influence on the willingness for self-sufficiency. Third, it was found that job satisfaction of self-sufficiency program participants had a positive influence on the willingness for self-sufficiency. The mediating factors of self-efficacy was found to have part-mediated effects. Based on the results, we provided effective suggestions to improve job satisfaction, self-efficacy, the willingness for the aged self-sufficiency of program participants.

COVID-19와 사회복지실천에 관한 사회복지사의 주관성 연구

본 연구의 목적은 Q방법론을 활용하여 사회복지사가 인식하는 COVID-19 상황에 대한 인식과 사회복지실천의 현실과 전망 등에 관한 주관성을 분석하는 것이다. 개별면접과 집단면접, 온라인 동영상 자료 및 문헌 분석 등을 통해 COVID-19 상황을 지나면서 사회복지사들이 실천현장에서 직면했던 경험과 COVID-19 상황 이후에 펼쳐질 사회복지실천의 변화지점 등에 관한 의견들을 수집하여 Q모집단을 구축하였다. 188개의 Q모집단에서 40개의 Q표본을 확정하였다. 실천대상, 경력, 직급 등을 고려하여 부천시 소재 사회복지기관에 근무하는 27명의 사회복지사를 대상으로 Q분류조사를 실시하였다. QUANL 프로그램으로 자료를 분석한 결과, 3요인 구조가 가장 적절하였으며 전체 변량의 50.0%를 설명한다. COVID-19 상황에서 사회복지사의 사회복지실천 유형은 취약계층중심형(1유형), 안전과 책임지향형(2유형), 과제대응형(3유형)으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 COVID-19 상황과 이후의 사회복지실천 제고를 위한 함의를 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the perception of the COVID-19 situation and the subjectivity of the reality and prospects of social welfare projects recognized by social workers using the Q methodology. Individual interviews, group interview and literatures analysis were conducted to gather opinions on the experiences social workers faced in the practice field and the changing points of social welfare practice that would unfold after the COVID-19 situation. 40 Q sample was extracted from 188 Q population. A Q-sorting survey was conducted for 27 social workers, taking into account their practice targets, careers, and positions. Analysis of the data with the QUANL program showed that the three-factor structure was most appropriate and accounted for 50.0% of the total variance. In COVID-19 situations, the types of social welfare performance of social workers were showed as vulnerable people-oriented type(type 1), safety and responsibility-oriented type(type 2), and challenge-response type(type 3). Based on the results of the study, the implications were suggested for the COVID-19 situation and subsequent social welfare performance.

일자리 참여가 노인의 자아존중감에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 노인의 심리적 복지의 하위개념인 자아존중감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 노년기 일자리 참여요인과 인구사회학적 특성, 경제특성, 건강특성을 포함한 노인의 일반적 특성요인을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 자료 수집은 구조화된 설문지를 이용 일대일 면접을 통해 이루어졌으며, 노인일자리사업 참여노인 145명과 비참여노인 150명을 분석대상으로 선정하였다. 분석방법으로는 t-test, ANOVA, 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과, 노년기 일자리 참여집단(38.93점) 노인들이 비참여집단(33.19점) 노인들에 비해 자아존중감 수준이 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 높게 나타났다. 일자리 참여특성별로 살펴보면, 자아존중감은 '참여기간'과 '경제적 도움정도'에 의해 유의한 차이가 있었다. 또한, 일반적 특성요인들과 일자리 참여여부 요인을 중심으로 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 자아존중감에 대한 설명력은 29.8%이며, '일자리 참여여부'와 '주수입원', '주관적 건강상태'가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 일자리 참여여부가 자아존중감에 가장 큰 영향력을 가진 변인으로 나타나 노년기 심리적 복지에 기여하는 중요한 요인임을 시사하고 있다. The purpose of this study is to find out how work participation of the elderly and their general characteristics - socio-demographic, economic, and health traits - influence on their self-esteem. The data was collected through one on one interviews of 295 elderly. Data on general attributes and the discrepancies in the level of self-esteem between work participants and non-participants were analyzed by using t-test and ANOVA, while the effects of work participation on their self-esteem were analyzed by multiple regression analysis. Results of this study shows us that work participation is the strongest predictor that determine the level of self-esteem for the elderly. In other words, work participation can make the aged better off and give them a sense of security and satisfaction. Finally, these findings may be used for realizing us the importance of the work participation program and developing and designing new promising approaches of work participation program, which meet psychological needs of the elderly as well as their economic needs.
