        SPC관련 KS의 제개폐 및 KS A ISO 2859-3에 대한 고찰

        As a result of globalization process and TBT agreement, KS is also being revised, reestablished and some are abolished according to international standards such as ISO, IEC, etc. Conventional KS sampling inspection standards contained many different procedures from ISO, but recently, to match with international standards, all the rest of the standards except KS A 3102, 3104, 3151 were abolished, and the even the ones being in use still are also scheduled and be revised. Especially, KS A 3101, KS A 3105, KS A 3109, which were used most frequently in Korea were abolished, and the KS A ISO 2859-0~3 which coincide with ISO standards were established 3 years ago, but the implementation rate is very slow, Starting next year the national examination for qualification process for the product quality related item will the started and the preparation is underway. This study will investigate the recent sampling inspection process of KS as well as SPC related KS overhaul problem and present the data to help workers in SPC related field. One of the main example will be on KS A ISO 2859-3 and will attempt to help those medium and small sized companies with examples.

        안전경영 우수기업을 위한 KS A ISO 2859-2 및 2859-3에 대한 고찰

        The growing importance of product quality is becoming more and more daily apparent as we enter the age of globalization around the world. And the product safety is getting more focus as well as product quality. As a result, many domestic companies are putting a lot of emphasis on safety measures and management activities and these companies' products are mainly superior to other companies' product. When we separate the product quality procedure into 3 steps, i.e. quality secure-quality confirm-quality guarantee, of course the 1st step is the most important, but also End step of product quality confirm process is important. And in mass production environment, sampling inspection is more desirable than the 100 % inspection procedure. As a part of globalization trend, KS system is also being revised and reestablished based on ISO, IEC, etc. which are based on international standard. Conventional KS sampling inspection standards were in many areas quite different from ISO sampling standards, only KS A 3102, 3104, 3151 are left and the rest become obsolete, and even the ones that are still around are planned to the gone step by step. It has been already 3 years since the new KS A ISO 2859-0-3 sampling inspection process has been established which the abolition of the popular KS A 3101, KS A 3105, KS A 3109, yet the implementation rate is very slow. This study will attempt to analyze the new KS A ISO 2859-2 and KS A ISO 2859-3, and try to understand the difference as that the new standard can be easily understood and used widely among companies, by using examples. Our attempt is to help implement with the companies with active safety involvement but the final result can be spread among other companies as well in the near future.

        제조업의 인적오류 관련 사고분석을 위한 HFACS-K의 개발 및 사례연구

        As Korean government and safety-related organizations make continuous efforts to reduce the number of industrial accidents, accident rate has steadily declined since 2010, thereby recording 0.48% in 2017. However, the number of fatalities due to industrial accidents was 1,987 in 2017, which means that more efforts should be made to reduce the number of industrial accidents. As an essential activity for enhancing the system safety, accident analysis can be effectively used for reducing the number of industrial accidents. Accident analysis aims to understand the process of an accident scenario and to identify the plausible causes of the accident. Accident analysis offers useful information for developing measures for preventing the recurrence of an accident or its similar accidents. However, it seems that the current practice of accident analysis in Korean manufacturing companies takes a simplistic accident model, which is based on a linear and deterministic cause-effect relation. Considering the actual complexities underlying accidents, this would be problematic; it could be more significant in the case of human error-related accidents. Accordingly, it is necessary to use a more elaborated accident model for addressing the complexity and nature of human-error related accidents more systematically. Regarding this, HFACS(Human Factors Analysis and Classification System) can be a viable accident analysis method. It is based on the Swiss cheese model and offers a range of causal factors of a human error-related accident, some of which can be judged as the plausible causes of an accident. HFACS has been widely used in several work domains(e.g. aviation and rail industry) and can be effectively used in Korean industries. However, as HFACS was originally developed in aviation industry, the taxonomy of causal factors may not be easily applied to accidents in Korean industries, particularly manufacturing companies. In addition, the typical characteristics of Korean industries need to be reflected as well. With this issue in mind, we developed HFACS-K as a method for analyzing accidents happening in Korean industries. This paper reports the process of developing HFACS-K, the structure and contents of HFACS-K, and a case study for demonstrating its usefulness.

        환기 및 희석을 적용한 폭발위험장소 검토에 관한 연구

        폭발위험장소의 구분은 인화성 물질을 취급하는 사업장에서 비용 및 안전 측면에서 매우 중요하다. 위험장소의 반경에 따라 전기기계․기구의 방폭기기 설치 여부가 결정되기 때문이다. 2017년 11월 6일부터 KS C IEC-60079-10-1:2015가 발행되어 새로운 기준으로 적용된다. 기존의 기준과 새로운 기준에 대한 차이를 이해하여 적용하는 것이 중요한 시점이다. 누출량 계산식에 누출계수 및 압축인자가 추가되었고 증발 풀 누출량 계산식, 누출공 크기 적용, 폭발위험장소의 모양이 추가 적용되었다. 안전계수 K값의 범위도 변경되었다. 또한 위험장소의 반경에는 기존기준은 가상체적에 환기횟수를 적용하였지만 개정기준은 누출 특성 값을 이용하여 산정된다. 본 연구에서는 환기 및 희석의 관점에서 기존 기준과의 차이점을 살펴보고 위험장소의 반경에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 기존 폭발위험장소를 선정한 기준과 개정기준을 기준으로 적용하여 비교 및 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 환기 및 희석이 잘 된다하더라도 실질적으로 위험반경에 영향이 없을 경우가 발생함을 알 수 있었다. Classification of explosion hazard areas is very important in terms of cost and safety in the workplace handling flammable materials. This is because the radius of the hazardous area determines whether or not the explosion-proof equipment is installed in the electrical machinery and apparatus. From November 6, 2017, KS C IEC-60079-10-1: 2015 will be issued and applied as a new standard. It is important to understand and apply the difference between the existing standard and the new standard. Leakage coefficients and compression factors were added to the leakage calculation formula, and the formula of evaporation pool leakage, application of leakage ball size, and shape of explosion hazard area were applied. The range of the safety factor K has also been changed. Also, in the radius of the hazardous area, the existing standard applies the number of ventilation to the virtual volume, but the revised standard is calculated by using the leakage characteristic value. In this study, we investigated the differences from existing standards in terms of ventilation and dilution and examined the effect on the radius of the hazard area. Comparisons and analyzes were carried out by applying revised standards to workplaces where existing explosion hazard locations were selected. The results showed that even if the ventilation and dilution were successful, the risk radius was not substantially affected.

      • 아몰퍼스 박막의 자기특성에 관한 연구

        In this paper, we study on the fabrication of amorphous thin film of zero-magnetosrtiction material and the magnetic properties. This films are fabricated by using sputtering method with input power of 400-6000[W]. Ar gas pressure of 3~9[mTorr] and target composition of Fe4.7Co74.3Si2B19. Sample thin films with diameter of14 [mmΦ] and thickness of20-35[㎛ ] were obtained through experiments. When we analyzed the magnetic properities before and after annealing with sample thin films, we confirmed that magnetic domain wall consisted of Neel magnetic domain wall with the width of about1[㎛ ].

      • 아몰퍼스 리본에 의한 변위센서

        In this thesis, we fabricate a zero-magnetostrictive amorphous ribbon, measure the impedance effect, and then investigate possibility to be used as a sensor material. Co72.5Fe5.5MoB15Si5 is used as composition of specimen alloy. We first melt the specimen in high frequency induction furnace and then rapidly quench it by using single roll technique. As the result, we obtain a ribbon where length=93㎜, thickness=12㎛ and width=1㎜. Consequently, it is proved through this study that zero-magnetostrictive amorphous ribbon can be used as an excellent magnetic sensor material.

      • Sr·페라이트의 자기특성에 관한 연구

        This thesis is the study on the magnetic properties of strontium (Sr) ferrite. Specimens of SrO·nFe₂O₃,basic composition, with n=5.9 which is nonstoichiomatric composition region were prepared by sintering at 1275°C for 1hr, whthin air surroundings. In order to increase coercivity, additives of 0.4wt%SiO₂ and 0.7wt%CaCO₃ were added into basic composition, and 0.5wt%∼2.0wt%Cr₂O₃ was added as second additives. In case of second additives 1.5wt%Cr₂O₃, it was obtained uniformed grain size and magnetic properties was increased. The sintering temperature was 1150°C, 1180°C, 1210°C, 1240°C and 1270°C respectivily and cooling was performed in furnance. From the research and experiments on the magnetic properties of strontium (Sr) ferrite based on the complex additive technique, it was obtained good magnetic properties of (BH)mas=0.72MGOe, at the sintering temperature of 1210°C, in the case of (basic composition)+(basic additive)+(1.5wt%Cr₂O₃)

      • 아몰퍼스 리본의 자기특성과 자구구조

        In this thesis, we measure the Barkhausen effect of zero-magnetostrictive amorphous ribbon and then investigate its possibility to be used as a sensor material. We used a sample of composition (Fe Co ) Si B with a thickness of 12[㎛], width of 2.5[㎜] and length of 5[㎝], which was fabricated by a single roll method. In order to improve magnetic characteristics of th sample, we had carried on annealing in the magnetic field and in none magnetic field. Our measurement results of the magnetic characteristics show that the ribbon jas large Barkhausen jump even in weak magnetic field. We also observed magnetic domain and magnetic domain wall structure in the process of magnetization by using Kerr-effect microscope. These prove that the sample can be used as an magnetic sensor material.
