21세기 정보화사회는 국가경쟁의 시대다. 부동산 교육의 경쟁력을 강화시키기 위해서는 수준 높은 교육을 수반한 인력 양성이 필요하다. 더욱이 부동산 시장과 부동산 관련 부문에서 대학은 선도적 역할을 하고 있다. 따라서 부동산 관련 학과에서는 부동산기초, 기술을 습득하고 발전시켜 나아가 국가경제발전에 도움이 되게 하기 위해서는 적극적인 생각을 가지고 학문으로써의 부동산학을 연구할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 다변화된 부동산환경의 변화와 우리나라 부동산관련 학과 교육 실태와 현황을 살펴보고, 이에 우리나라 부동산학과 교육이 나아가야 할 방향을 모색하고자 한다. Information-oriented society is the most national competitiveness in 21centuries. The power of national estate education can be strengthen by nurturing manpower with high quality education. And moreover, estate market & real estate related departments in universities and colleges play a leading role in immovable property movement. We investigate the current status of all estate market & real estate related departments belong to the colleges of business administration and realty businessman in Korean university and colleges. Korean universities and colleges can interchange useful information with each other. Also, the study can be used as a basic guideline for national educational policies and manpower supply and demand programs.
