본 연구는 사회복지법인이 설립․운영됨으로써 지역사회에 미치는 경제적 효과를 파악하기 위하여 실시되었다. 이를 위해 산업연관분석 모형을 이용하여 대구광역시 소재 사회복지법인 운영의 지역경제파급효과를 분석해 본 결과 다음과 같이 나타났다. 총생산유발효과가 43,445억원, 총부가가치유발효과가 19,400억원, 총고용유발 효과가 37,411명이 발생한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 몇 가지 제언을 하였다. 첫째, 사회복지법인 및 산하 시설 · 기관에 대한 소비지향적인 인식을 지역경제의 활성화에 기여하는 것으로 전환할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 사회복지법인 및 산하 시설 · 기관에서 제공하는 사회서비스와 연계한 고용을 지속적으로 확대하고 이를 위해 장기적인 관점에서 일자리를 창출할 수 있는 환경을 조성하고 별도의 지원체계를 구축하는 노력이 필요하다. 셋째, 사회복지법인 및 산하 시설 · 기관에서 창출되는 부가가치를 새롭게 인식하고 다양한 분야에서 확대시킬 방안을 모색하여야 한다. 넷째, 사회복지법인 및 산하 시설 · 기관의 경제적 파급효과를 지역사회로 적절히 홍보함으로써 사회서비스 제공의 정당성을 확보하고 책임성을 확보하는 노력이 필요하다. This study was carried out to grasp the economic effects of the social welfare foundation by establishing and operating it. For this purpose, the effects of the social welfare law of Daegu Metropolitan City on the regional economy were analyzed using the input-output analysis model. As a result, the effects of GDP was 43,445 billion won, the total value-added effect was 1,940 billion won, and the total employment inducement effect was 37,411. Based on these results, the future direction of the social welfare corporation is suggested as follows. First, it is necessary to shift the perception of consumer-oriented welfare toward welfare that contributes to the activation of the local economy. Second, efforts should be made to continuously expand employment linked to social welfare services, to create an environment where jobs can be created from a long-term perspective, and to establish a separate support system. Third, the value-added created by the social welfare foundation should be newly recognized and sought to be expanded in various fields. Fourth, efforts should be made to secure the legitimacy of social service provision and ensure accountability by appropriately promoting the economic ripple effects of social welfare foundation to the local community.

노인요양시설 사례관리자의 직업적 정체성이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 노인요양시설에 종사하는 사례관리자의 직업적 정체성과 서비스 질 간의 직접적인 관계와 직무만족을 매개로 직업정체성이 서비스 질에 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보았다. 연구결과를 요약하고 논의하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사례관리자의 직업적 정체성이 직무만족과 서비스 질을 높이는 요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사례관리자의 직무만족이 서비스 질에 정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사례관리자의 직업적 정체성이 직무만족을 매개로 하여 서비스 질에 간접적으로 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 볼 때 사례관리자의 직업적 정체성과 직무만족을 향상시키기 위해 사례관리업무의 표준화, 인적자원개발을 위한 체계적 지원, 직무요인을 강화할 수 있는 조직문화가 조성되어야 한다. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the occupational identity of case managers in nursing home and their quality of service and the impact of occupational identity on the quality of service through the medium of job satisfaction. The major findings of the study were as follows: First, the case manager"s professional identity, factors that increase job satisfaction and service quality, respectively. Second, the case manager"s job satisfaction was affected by the static quality of service. Third, the case manager"s professional identity through the medium of the job satisfaction of service quality were affected indirectly. The findings of the study suggest that professional identity and job satisfaction of case managers to improve the standardization of case management services, human resources support for the development of a systematic, job factors, organizational culture should be can enhance the composition.
