역행성 견관절 전치환술은 회전근개 관절병증, 봉합 불가능한 회전근개 파열, 근위 상완골의 복합골절 및 해부학적 견관절 전치환술 후 재치환술 등에 효과적인 수술 방법으로 알려져 있다. 그러나, 최근 적용 범위 및 시행 횟수가 늘어남에 따라 견갑골 패임, 관절와 해리, 감염 및 견갑골 주위 골절에 대한 보고가 있지만, 오구돌기 골절과 견봉 골절이 동반된 경우는 아직까지 문헌상 보고된 바 없다. 저자들은 2명의 여자에서 역행성 견관절 전치환술 후 견봉과 오구돌기에 골절이 동반된 2예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 이를 보고하고 그 원인에 대해 고찰해 보고자 한다. Reverse total shoulder arthroplasty (RTSA) is an effective surgical method for rotator cuff tear arthropathy, irreparable cuff tear, complex fracture of the proximal humerus, and revision after anatomical total shoulder arthroplasty. As the scope of application and the number of trials have increased recently, there have been reports of scapular notching, glenoid loosening, infection or peri-scapular fractures. On the other hand, there are no reports of concomitant fractures of the coracoid and acromion after RTSA. The authors experienced two cases with concomitant fractures of the coracoid and acromion after RTSA. This paper reports these cases with a literature review and discusses the causes.
