Recently the mold industry needs to respond quickly to the customer needs and various demands, therefore many manufactures make quality products with cheaper price and shorter delivery. The injection molds for mass production of complex plastic products are very difficult due to several factors, such as uniform cooling, filling balance, thermal control and etc. In this paper, we propose uniform cooling method by using the spiral cooling system instead of baffle cooling. In other words, this paper proposes a method to increase the efficiency of cooling required in the injection mold. Therefore, this spiral cooling system can decrease cooling time in the injection molding process and we can improve productivity by using this system.

In general injection molding used a inclined core for the undercut processing. However, the injection mold with the inclined core has a structure complex and large. The injection mold requires an injection molding machine of higher specification. In addition, the injection molding machine should be used dedicated when the molding simultaneously different products. Thus, it can be applied in the limited space through the improvement of the inclined core for the weight reduction of the mold, it is desired to develop the tension core of the long life.
