The front end modules are on the way to becoming an automotive market standard. They can be assembled in single step on the cars, and provide cost savings involved by this approaches are the reason of the success. In this paper, to sustain this world trends, the new FECPS(front end cooling pack system) was developed and the thermal performance was evaluated on the front end module cooling performance test rig. In comparison with the target front end module, the cooling performance of the radiator and T/M oil cooler for the newly developed FECPS was decreased by 4.4% and 3.8% respectively but the cooling capacity of A/C system capacity was increased by 18.9%. On the FECPS with the integrated cooling module, the increased compressor discharge pressure compensated for the diminished condenser capacity owing to heat transfer from radiator to the condenser in integrated louvered fin.
