With overall changes in the food service market, we have to shift our attention on the aspect of just providing meals for customers but should concentrate on what processes the meals are served to the customers. What becomes interesting to us in connection with managing the food service market from such perspective is the management policy stressing the importance of the services offered at the restaurants and quality of the food. More than anything else, the high quality of services, taste of the food, cleanliness and cozy atmosphere in the restaurant lead to the growth in the food service market. However, the issue of securing the brand image is expected to up and this will require changes in managing the restaurants. I have attempted to limit the scope of this study to the quality of the services offered at the restaurants and management method for the service quality. In order to conduct in-depth inquiry into the topic area, I presented problems as an introduction and described the purpose and scope of study in Chapter 1, examined the concept and features of the restaurants and theoretical research of the quality control of the services in the restaurants for theoretical examination of the service quality control in Chapter 2, organized survey and design for an empirical analysis in Chapter 3, identified the empirical analysis results, and summary and discussion of the analysis results in Chapter 4, and in Chapter 5, described summary of research results, issues suggested by the research results and the methods for controling the service quality in the restaurant and presented directions for continuing researches for the conclusion of this study. At the stage of experimental research, I limited the target of the research to the restaurants and dining halls located in Seoul and limited the research period to the month of July of 2003. Since the quality of services offered at the restaurants is not only an approach to satisfy the customers but also a method to improve on the competitiveness of restaurants and therefore can help sustain the management goals of restaurants, the ultimate purpose of the study is to propose management methods for service quality at the restaurants.
쾌속조형용 재료의 이방성과 강도에 대한 연구 - FDM

Rapid Prototyping (RP) technology has been advanced to fabricate initial prototy various materials. Stratasys Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) is one of the typical RP that provide functional prototypes of ABS plastic. In order to predict the behavior of parts, it is critical to understand the material properties of the raw FDM process mat the effect that FDM build parameters have on the FDM part. In this paper, we characterize the properties of ABS parts fabricated by the FDM 1650. Using the I Experiment (DOE) approach, the process parameters of FDM, such as raster orientatior bead width, color, and model temperature were examined. Tensile strengths of specimens, [45/-45], cross specimens, [0/90], and directionally fabricated tensile special and [90]) were measured and compared with the injection molded FDM-ABS P400 mat the FDM parts made with a 0.003 air gap, the typical tensile strength ranged be percent and 83 percent of the strength of injection molded ABS P4OO. From the expert couple of build rules for designing FDM parts were obtained.
Mesenchymal stem cell therapy of systemic lupus erythematosus

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a sutoimmune disease and the pathogenesis involves the emergence of autoreactive T and B lymphocytes, production of autoantibodies, formation and deposition of immune complexes in various tissues leading to inflammation in many organs. Recently, growing evidence suggests that mesenchymal stem cells can offer an effective therapy for the SLE patients, resulting in disease clinical remission and improvement of organ dysfunction. In this review, we provide a brief overview of current status of MSC therapy for the treatment of SLE and underlying mechanisms.

β-glucan glucose polymer found in cell wall of plant, bacteria and fungi, exerts potent effects on immune - stimulation antitumor and antimicrobial activity. For this reason, β-glucan has been used clinically in countries. Mcrophages, dendritic cells and neutrophils express several receptors capable of recognizing β-glucan. Complement receptor 3 (CR3), Lactosylceramide(LacCer), Scavenger receptor (SR), Toll-like receptor (TLR) and dectin-1 have been identified on β-glucan receptors. β-glucan binds to receptor and mediate a series of signal pathways leading to immunological activation. However, a different reaction depending on the glucan structure that careful choice of β-glucan. In this review, we summarise the variety of receptors for β-glucan and will discuss the immune responses.
Pharmacological activity of sauchinone isolated from Saururus chinensis.

sauchinone은 Saururus chinensis에서 분리된 리그난으로 2000년 이후부터 지금까지 꾸준히 보고되고 있는 물질이다. 이 식물에서 분리한 sauchinone은 sauchinone의 nitric oxide 생성 억제능, HO 유도능, T cell 기능 억제, Nrf2의 인산화 억제, GSH소모 억제, STAT-3 인산화 감소 등의 효과를 가지고 있으며, 본 리뷰에서는 sauchinone의 염증, 천식, 뇌질환, 간질환 및 당뇨병 개선효과를 정리하였다.
