Korea Modem Architecture is in need of the use modification and the repair of decrepitude for the maintenance. So, in the investigation of the korea modem Architecture, the original form and metamorphosis state must be clarified and architectural characteristic is a needs in accordance with this.<br/> Salvation Army Building, among these Korea Modem Buildings, is authorized the 20th Seoul metropolis monument on 5, March, 2002 and repair is under construction in 2003.<br/> The purpose of this study is to investigate the meaning of Korea Modem Architecture throughout the analysis of architectural property and the certification of the state of original form and modification.<br/> Study methode is to grasp the situation of that age, to gather documentary records and to explore a historic scene. On the base of actual measurement of this building, ratio analysis and architectural property is to be inquired.

만성 자발성 두드러기 환자에서 Omalizumab 치료 반응에 대한 예측 인자 분석

Background: The European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology guideline for the management of urticaria published in 2018 recommends adding omalizumab as a third-line therapy. However, data on the potential predictive factors of a successful response to omalizumab are limited in Korea. Therefore, this study aimed to perform a retrospective clinical analysis of the effects of omalizumab in a Korean population of patients affected by chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU). Objective: To investigate factors affecting the effect of omalizumab treatment and identify factors related to its clinical response. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the clinical records of patients with CSU treated with omalizumab at the single-center dermatology department from February 2018 to August 2020. Omalizumab was administered at a single dose of 150 mg every 4 weeks. Clinical treatment response was assessed using the urticaria activity score summed over 7 days (UAS7) after the fourth, sixth, and 12th omalizumab injections. Results: Twenty-six patients were enrolled in this study. The mean UAS7 at baseline was 16.9 (range, 4∼28). Treatment was completed in seven patients (26.9%). Three patients (11.5%) discontinued treatment because of poor treatment response. Symptoms improved in all patients at the fourth injection (UAS7=3.9, range 0∼10). The second administration of omalizumab showed that the lower the body mass index (BMI), the better the response to treatment (p<0.05), and a similar trend after an additional injection. Conclusion: The symptoms improved after omalizumab treatment in most patients. Those with a lower BMI and higher total immunoglobulin E levels during long-term treatment showed significantly better treatment responses. (Korean J Dermatol 2021;59(9):685∼692)

부모 양육 태도가 중학생의 스마트폰 과의존에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 중학생이 인지한 부모 양육 태도와 기본심리 욕구가 스마트폰 과의존에 미치는 영향과 기본심리 욕구의 매개 효과가 있는지 검증하기 위해, 한국정보화진흥원의 2017년 인터넷․스마트폰 과의존 장기추적 조사 데이터 901명의 설문 자료를 사용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 스마트폰 과의존은 기본심리 욕구의 자율성(r=-.22, p<.001), 유능성(r=-.13, p<.001)과 부모의 긍정적 양육 태도(r=-.21, p<.001)에서 부(-)적 상관을 보였으며, 부정적 양육 태도(r=.15, p<.001)에서는 정(+)적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 부모 양육 태도와 기본심리 욕구는 스마트폰 과의존에 영향을 미친다. 긍정적 양육 태도는 자율성을 매개하여 스마트폰 과의존을 낮춰주고, 부정적 양육 태도는 자율성을 매개하여 스마트폰 과의존을 높여주는 것으로 나타났다. 이런 연구결과를 바탕으로 중학생의 스마트폰 과의존에 대한 사회적 관심 제고를 위한 국가적 정책 방향과 함께 자녀의 자율성, 유능성, 관계성의 기본심리 욕구 충족을 위한 부모교육을 통해 스마트폰 과의존을 예방할 수 있는 개입 방안과 후속 연구를 위한 방향을 제시하였다. This study was proposed to examine the mediating effect of basic psychological needs on how parenting attitude affect middle school students with over-dependence on smart phone. This study utilized 2017 survey research by National Information Society Agency (NIA), namely a long-term follow-up study of 901 people with over-dependence on internet and smart phone. This study showed two findings. First, over-dependence on smart phone had correlations with basic psychological needs- autonomy(r=-.22, p<.001) and competence(r=-.13, p<.001); with parenting attitude- positive parenting(r=-.21, p<.001) and negative parenting(r=.15, p<.001). Second, both parenting attitude and basic psychological needs had a causal relationship with over-dependence on smart phone. These results can provide a basis to reconsider social awareness on over-dependence on smart phone among middle school students. This study proposed few research directions for further study to prevent over-dependence on smart phone and to educate parents.

지역혁신발전 전략산업 가운데 하나로 대전시가 “대덕연구단지 영상타운 건립” 사업을 추진하고 있는 가운데, 대덕밸리가 보유한 관련기술의 현황을 파악하고 활용방안을 검토하기 위한 대덕밸리 디렉토리북의 제작이 검토되었다.<br/> 이 연구는 활용도 높은 대덕밸리 디렉토리북의 제작을 위하여 기술현황 조사방안과 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 한 디렉토리북의 정보아키텍쳐 구성 방안을 정보디자인 관점에서 고찰하였다. Daejeon metropolitan city is now financing an undertaking for building the film production town in daeduk valley as one of strategic industries, at this point of time it was under consideration making Daedeok Valley Directory to understanding the present position as the source technology and future practical application for the making film contents.<br/> This study deals with information design for the Daeduk Valley directory for the practical use. In detail, with emphasis on the design planning and formation of Daeduk Valley directory, researching methods of present position about the source technology and formation of information architecture of the directory book.

광고물 설계도면 수업을 위한 현장기반 수업매체 개발

광고물 설계도면을 실제적으로 수업하려면, 대상물인 옥외광고물의 실제에 대해 개괄적인 지식을 먼저 다뤄야 한다. 설계도면에 표시하는 다양한 소재와 가공방법, 제작과정에 따른 요소의 배치 등을 이해하고 실습하려면, 현장의 광고물 제작과정을 이해하고 실물모형을 활용할 수 있는 것이 바람직하다. 옥외광고분야에 대한 전문실무기술서적이 매우 미흡한 실정에서 현장기반의 수엽매체로서 옥외광고물의 제작과정 및 사용소재 등을 사진자료로 준비하고, 실물모형을 제작, 활용하고자 하였다. For teaching Advertisement Drawings practically, knowledge of Outdoor Advertisement Practice must be ahead of drawing practices. For understanding and practicing of various materials, treatments, manufacturing process and arrangement on drawings, it is desirable understanding outdoor manufacturing process, and making use of a mock-up. Actually, technical books about outdoor advertisement are very insufficient. As a teaching media based on the actual field for advertisement drawings, snapshots of the field and actual process and a mock-up of a signboard was prepared for practical application.
