        Pseudomonas syringae pv. syringae에 의한 수박 잎점무늬병의 발생

        Typical bacterial symptoms, water-soaking brown and black leaf spots with yellow halo, were observed on watermelon seedlings in nursery and field of Gyeongnam and Jeonnam provinces. Bacterial isolates from the lesion showed strong pathogenicity on watermelon and zucchini. One of them was rod-shaped with 4 polar flagella by observation of transmission electron microscopy. They belonged to LOPAT group 1. The phylogen- ical trees with nucleotide sequences of 16S rRNA and multi-locus sequencing typing with the 4 house-keep- ing genes (gapA, gltA, gyrB, and rpoD) of the isolates showed they were highly homologous to Pseudomonas syringae pv. syringae and grouped together with them, indicating that they were appeared as P. syringae genomospecies group 1. Morphological, physiological, and genetical characteristics of the isolates suggested they are P. syringae pv. syringae. We believe this is the first report that P. syringae pv. syringae caused leaf spot disease on watermelon in the Republic of Korea.

        Near Zero IF를 갖는 2.4 GHz WLL 기지국용 하모닉 Cascode FET 혼합기 설계 및 제작

        본 논문에서는 LO 신호의 2차 하모닉 성분을 이용하여 2개의 FET를 cascode 구조로 구성한 near zero If특성을 갖는 하모닉 혼합기를 설계,제작하였다. 호모다인 방식에서 사용되는 혼합기는 DC offset이 가장 심각한 문제이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 단자간 분리도를 좋게 하고 near zero IF를 사용하여 혼합기를 설계하였다. 본 논문에서 구현된 혼합기는 간결한 구조에 비해 LO-RF 단자간 분리도가 우수하다. 설계된 혼합기에서 RF 입력 전력 -30 dBm, LO 입력 전력 6 dBm에 대해, 변환이득은 6.7 dB, 잡음지수는 8.4 dB, LO-RF 단자간 분리도는 31.5 dB, IIP3는 -1.9 dBm, IIP2는 -2.8 dBm이다. In this paper, a near zero If mixer was designed in cascode structure by using two single-gate FETs. Since it is driven by the second order harmonic of LO signal, a sub-harmonic cascode FET mixer has good LO-RF port isolation characteristic. In order to solve DC offset of a homodyne system, near zero If is used instead of zero If and the mixer is driven by sub-harmonic of LO signal. As RF input power was -30 dBm and LO power was 6 dBm, the designed mixer had 6.7 dB conversion gain, 8.4 dB noise figure, 31.5 dB LO-RF port isolation, -1.9 dBm lIP3 and -2.8 dBm IIP2.

        Nested-PCR법과 Competitive PCR법을 이용한 뽕나무 오갈병(MD) Phytoplasma의 검출과 밀도변화

        The detectable levels and population fluctuations of phytoplasmas infecting dwarf mulberry trees were investigated using nested-PCR and competitive-PCR methods. Samples of five different types were studied : A. petiole of a leaf that displays dwarf symptoms, B. petiole from apparently healthy leaf residing on a branch also supports a leaf with dwarf symptoms, C. the branch portion that supports a leaf with dwarf symptoms, D. the leaf petiole from healthy appearing leaves on branch with no dwarf symptoms, and branch portion of branch with no dwarf symptoms, E. the rootlets of trees with dwarf symptoms. These 5-parts were collected from each tree during June - April, once in every two months. The phytoplasma was detected from all parts of collected mulberry samples during all seasons using nested-PCR with AS-1/AS-2 primer pairs. The phytoplasma was detected until 104 dilution using direct-PCR method, but it was detected until 1013 dilution by the nested-PCR method. The density of pytoplasma was found to be 7.94×1018-1012copies/μL in mulberry trees. The density of phytoplasma was observed throughout the year in all samples of mulberry trees. The highest rates of phytoplasma was found in the samples B and C during the early growing season followed by the sample A and D during the dormant season. Samples C and E displayed the highest phytoplasma density followed sample D. The density of phytoplasma appeared stable during all the seasons for samples C and A. The result of the present study demonstrates the utility of nested-PCR and competitive-PCR for detection and determination of population fluctuations of phytoplasmas in plant tissues.

        본 연구에서는 액체로켓 연소기 및 가스발생기 Injector용 소재로 사용되는 UNS S31603을 사용하여 브레이징 접합시간에 따른 접합현상과 기계적 특성을 평가하고자 하였다. UNS S31603을 모재로, 용가재 MBF-80을 사용하여 브레이징 접합온도를 일정하게 유지한 후, 접합시간을 변화시켜 각 조건에서의 접합부위의 조직학적 현상과 인장강도 등의 기계적 특성을 고찰하였다. In this research, it was proposed to evaluate the mechanical properties and the joint condition depending on time of brazing joint using UNS S31603 which is employed as a material of the injector in thrust chamber and gas generator of liquid rocket engine. Using MBF-80 as a filler metal, and with the brazing temperature being fixed, phase change which is generated by the reaction between UNS S31603 and filler metal and mechanical properties were observed diversely in consequence of brazing time variation.

        Programmers who write distributed programs are faced with a dilemma when writing the systems communication code. If the code is written by hand or partly by hand, then the speed of the application may be maximized, but the human effort requited to implement and maintain the system is greatly increased. On the other hand, if the code is generated using a CORBA IDL compiler then the programmer effort will be reduced, but the performance of the application may be poor. So we need the optimizing the code generated by CORBA IDL compiler. We introduce the techniques which have been used by typical programming languages into compilation of IDL compiling. First, we separate the phase of compilation into three phase and focus on the first one. We design and implement the front-end of IDL compiler to provide the abstraction of interface representation to next phases.
