본 연구는 방사선사를 대상으로 신체 부위별 근골격계 질환의 유병률과 이런 증상에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악함으로써 방사선사의 직업성 근골격계 질환을 예방하고 관리하는데 목적이 있고 조사대상으로 대전광역시에 소재한 5개 종합병원의 현 근무부서에 1년 이상 근무하고 있는 방사선사 219명을 대상, 조사기간은 2007년 6월 13일부터 2007년 6월 27일까지였고, 설문지는 전체 방사선사 219명 중 180명에게 무작위로 배부하였으며, 그 중 143명을 분석대상으로 하였다.<BR> 조사는 자기기입식 설문서(self-administered questionnaire)를 이용하였고 조사 내용은 근골격계 자각증상부위 및 증상 유해 요인에 대해 구성해 보았다.<BR> 자각증상에 대한 조사는 미국의 국립산업안전보건연구소(National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health ; NIOSH)에서 정한 근골격계 증상 기준을 근거로 한국 산업안전공단(2003)에서 작성한 근골격계 부담작업 유해요인 조사지침(KOSHA code H-30-2003)의 근골격계 질환 증상조사표를 이용하였고 증상 유해 요인은 노동부 고시 2003-24의 11가지 부담 작업 기준을 가지고 유해 요인 조사 항목에 사용하였다.<BR> 분석 방법은 각 신체 부위별 증상에 영향을 주는 요인의 교차비를 계산하기 위하여 증상호소 유무를 종속변수로 하고, 일반적 변수 및 다른 변수들을 보정한 상태에서 노동부 고시 작업 부담 11개 항목을 독립변수로 하여 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 다음으로 11개 항목 중 신체 부위별로 통계적으로 유의한 변수들만 선택하여 Forward Wald 방법을 이용한 다중 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하여 각 위험 요인의 교차비를 계산하였다. 통계분석은 SPSSWIN(버젼 12.0)통계 프로그램을 사용하였다. In order to study the occurrence of symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders of radio-technologists employed at metropolitan general hospitals and the factors that influence such occurrence, standardized questionnaire by NIOSH that was modified and supplemented to be suitable for conditions in Korea was used. Answers collected from 143 radio-technologists in two weeks from June 13, 2007 were analyzed and the results are as follows.<BR> Factor that influence symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders by area were analyzed through multiple logistic regression analysis and the results found that in the neck area, risk increased as the burdening work category 2(Korea ministry of labor)(OR = 3.94) and burdening work category 9(Korea ministry of labor)(OR = 4.72) increased.<BR> In the shoulder region, risk increased as burdening work category 2(Korea ministry of labor)(OR = 5.36), burdening work category 7(Korea ministry of labor)(OR = 3.90), and burdening work category 9 (Korea ministry of labor)(OR = 5.76) increased.<BR> In the arm/hand/wrist regions, risk increased as burdening work category 2 (Korea ministry of labor) (OR = 6.91), and burdening work category 9 (Korea ministry of labor)(OR = 3.76) increased.<BR> In the lower back region, risk increased as burdening work category 2 (Korea ministry of labor) (OR = 3.06), and burdening work category 8 (Korea ministry of labor)(OR = 8.14) increased.<BR> In the leg/knees/foot regions, risk increased as burdening work category 2 (Korea ministry of labor) (OR = 3.63), and burdening work category 9 (Korea ministry of labor)(OR = 2.96) increased.<BR> Conclusively, in factors that influence musculoskeletal disorder symptoms in radio-technologists, influence of subjective health conditions, total work experience, experience in current division, and burdening work category 2, 7, 8, and 9 (Korea ministry of labor) were most significant.<BR> Therefore, for preventive management, in addition to ergonomic and educational intervention for correcting improper posture during work, efforts for break time adjustment and stress reduction is needed, and encouragement and support for regular exercise is needed.

In Korea, despite much interest in real estate, it is not easy to predict prices. Because apartments are both residential spaces and investment materials. Key figures affecting the price of apartments vary widely, and there are also regional characteristics. This study was conducted to derive the factors and characteristics that affect the sale price of apartments in S City, Gyeonggi-do. In general, people diagnose that better subway accessibility leads to higher apartment sales price. Nevertheless, in the case of S City, the price was slightly lower as it was closer to Line 1, but the higher the subway accessibility at Shinbundang Line, the higher the price. The five-year average of government bonds and the price were inversely related, and it was found to be proportional to the M2 balance and the price. The floor area ratio and the total number of parking lots had a great influence on the price, and the presence of department stores and discount marts within 1.5 km were the most important factors in the area of cultural aspect.

The purpose of this experiment was to compare the quality characteristics of soy ice creams prepared with soy protein isolate(SPI) or Jinpum-soybean, and different kinds of sweeteners of maltitol and sucrose, xylitol+sucrose, or malitiol. The viscosity of the ice cream mix containing xylitol+sucrose appeared the highest, and that from Jinpum-soybean was higher than that from SPI. The overrun of soy ice creams containing xylitol+sucrose was the highest, and the next was the samples containing maltitol+sucrose. The overrun values of Jinpum-soybean samples appeared higher than those of SPI samples. As for the case of the SPI samples, the melt-down percent was the highest in the sample of maltitol addition, and the next were maltitol+sucrose addition, xylitol+sucrose addition in order. The melt-down percent of Jinpum-soybean was the highest in the sample of maltitol+sucrose addition, and the next were maltitol addition, xylitol+sucrose addition in order. The higher the viscosity of samples, the lower the melt-down percent. In sensory characteristics, the beany flavor, flavor, mouthfeel, overall quality of Jinpum-soybean samples were evaluated better than those of SPI in general. The samples containing xylitol+sucrose evaluated better in beany flavor, mouthfeel, icy feel, and overall quality. The quality characteristics of the samples prepared with Jinpum-soybeans and xylitol+sucrose were evaluated the best.
