      • 淡水魚類鯉魚目과 棘驥魚目의 組織內 젖산수소 이탈효소 아이소자임型에 關한 硏究

        The lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) isozymes in the extracts of several tissues of 4 species belonging to Cyprinida and Percida were investigated by cellulose acetate electrophoresis. all the tissues of the muscle, brain, intestine, and eye of Pseudorasbora parva of Cyprinidae had 5 LDH isozymes appear to be identical except the muscle. The LDH isozymes were 1, 2,3, or 5 isozyme bands in the tissues of three species of Liobagrus andersonii, Macropodus chinensis, and Acanthogobius hasta. These results represent the tissue and species specific patterns in the orders Cyprindia and Percida.

        굴 , Crassostrea gigas , 담윤자의 치사율에 미치는 몇 가지 환경요인의 영향

        仁川産 굴, Crassostrea gigas, 擔輪子의 致死率에 미치는 鹽度, 溫度, 그리고 混濁度의 影響에 關하여 硏究하였다. 1. 正常海水로부터 低鹽度 혹은 高鹽度인 海水로 옮겨진 굴의 擔輪子는 차차 生命力을 잃었다. 擔輪子의 致死率은 各各 低鹽度인 15ppt에서 46%이었고 高鹽度인 35ppt에서는 47%이었다. 2. 高溫度인 40℃ 以上은 正常海水中의 擔輪子에 對하여 致死要因이었고, 特히 45℃에서는 30分以內에 모두 死亡하였다. 그러나 低溫은 高溫에 比하여 그렇게 致死的인 要因이 아니었다. 各 溫度의 30分과 1時間 處理에서 나타난 두 致死曲線間의 差異는 統計學的으로 有意하지 않았다(P>0.05). 3. 濃混濁度(1%)는 擔輪子의 致死率에 對하여 處理後 短時間內에는 別로 影響을 주지 않았다. The effect of salinities, temperaturet, and turbidities on the mortality of trochophora of oyster, Crassostrea gigas, was investigated at the laboratory. 1. The trochophora of oyster, transferred from normal sea water to sea water of lower or higher salinity, lost their vital activity sooner or later. The mortalities of trochophora were 46% at lower salinity of 15 ppt and 47% at higher salinity of 35 ppt respectively. 2. The high temperature above 40℃ was lethal to trochophora in normal salinity of sea water. Especially all of them died at 45℃ within 30 minutes. However, low temperatures were not lethal to trochophora than higher ones. The differences between two mortality curves at 0.5-and 1-hour treatments at each level of temperatures were not statistically significant as a result of the t-test (P>0.05). 3. It was found that the heavy turbidity (1.0 per cent) did not affect the mortality of the trochophora of oyster in a short period.

        The fine structural changes of the gill lamellae, hepatic parenchymal cells and kidney tissues of catfish, Parasilurus asotus, that had been exposed to 50 ppm of cadmium for 5 days were investigated in order to elucidate the effect of cadmium poisoning by electron microscopical methods. 1. In the fine strcture of gill lamellae, the arms of pillar cells were shortened in length extremely and forms were changed, then round form of lacuna was changed irregularly when the fish were exposed to cadmium. The nucleus, mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum were degenerated. The epithlial cells were enlarged, and the lipid droplets and lysosomes were increased. 2. In the fine structure of the hepatic parenchymal cells, the nuclear envelope, mitochondria, and endoplasmic reticulum were disintegrated in shape. The content of glycogen was decreased by cadmium poisoning. 3. The kidney tissues of the fish exposed to cadmium received some damage on the proximal tubules. Since the proximal tubule cells were reduced in height, the lumens of the tubules were enlarged. The proximal tubules were degenerated gradually.

        In order to investigate the methyl mercury toxicities to stomach tissue and detoxic effects of red ginseng extract against methyl mercury toxicities in three groups of mouse, the LDH isozymes, tissue proteins, and ultrastructures were studied. 1. The total LDH activities of control were 11,120 units and dropped to 5,480 units after oral administration of methyl mercury. Total LDH activities of methyl mercuryred ginseng group resembled to the level of control. 2. In the percentage of each LDH isozyme, the LDH_4, and LDH_5 were predominant in control group characteristically. On the other hand, the level of LDH_4, and LDH_5 were decreased after administration of mercury and those of methyl mercury red ginseng group were similar to the level of control. 3. The total tissue protein content of methyl mercury group was decreased in compare with what of control. And the tissue protein content of methyl mercury red ginseng group was recovered almost to normal level. 4. The numbers of tissue protein fractions of control group were 10 and decreased to 5 by treatment of methyl mercery. Numbers of tissue protein fractions of methyl mercury-red ginseng group were 8 fractions. 5. In the ultrastructure of parietal cell of methyl mercury group, the decreased numbers, swelling of cytoplasmic tubules and flattening of microvilli of secretory canaliculi were observed. In chief cells, rough endoplasmic reticula were swollen remarkably and numbers of zymogen granules were decreased. In methyl mercury-red ginseng group, however, most of organelles of parietal and chief cells were very similar to the fine structures of the control.

        자유민주주의의 공법적 고찰 - 민주주의 논쟁 중심으로 -

        Republic of Korea is heated by the dispute of democracy from the history textbooks, used nationwide, for all k-12 levels of grade education. The core of the dispute is the use of the term "democracy". So called Progressives argue that we must use the terminology of democracy 'itself'. They explain that the constitution provides only democracy itself. They also explain that the government should not restrict to labeling democracy as liberal and there is no reason as to why the government should. However, the majority of scholars, i.e. political scientists, history professors, and constitution professors, define democracy as liberal democracy. They emphasize that the Korean constitution is based on the liberal democracy even from the first establishment and that the forefathers of the constitution desired for western liberal democracy. Furthermore, some Progressives assert that the constitution contains not only liberal democracy but also social democracy. They attempt to explain that the principle of the social welfare state is linked to social democracy. These tripartite interpretations on the Korean democracy are provoking people and depend on the attitude toward liberal democratic basic order. The first Progressives define this liberal democratic basic order as one element of overall democracy. The second majority stresses that this is the key element of liberal democracy that the Korean constitution is based on liberal democracy literally and naturally. Also, some Progressives analyze that the Korean constitution is composed of a liberal democracy and social democracy and that liberal democracy contains social democracy, with the liberal democracy being more important. The Constitutional Court ruled traditionally that Korea has adopted a liberal democracy. The researcher argues that this attitude towards democracy is the ultimate and the most important. This research intends to find out the real meaning of liberal democratic basic order and liberal democracy. To do so, I gathered various theories and philosophy about democracy from ancient Greece through modern France and the United States to Germany. My conclusion is that liberal democracy is the best interpretation about liberal democratic basic order, and we must devote to developing liberal democracy. Finally, I try to suggest how to develop the Korean liberal democracy and how to realize real liberty and equality in modern Korea. In this confused society we as public law scholars must try to study the truth of the Korean constitution. This is the spirit of this era. 초중고 역사 교과서에 민주주의라는 용어를 어떻게 표현할지 여부를 둘러싸고 격한 논쟁이 일고 있다. 이 문제는 헌법을 비롯한 공법체계를 어떻게 볼 것인가 하는 문제와 직결돼있다고 하겠다. 정부는 새 중학교 역사 교과서에 자유민주주의와 자유민주적 기본질서 두 가지를 표현하기로 했다. 그러나 소위 진보진영의 학자들은 역사 교과서 개정시안처럼 민주주의로 표현하자고 주장한다. 이에 대해 소위 보수진영의 학자들은 자유민주주의로 표기하는 게맞다고 대립하고 있다. 또 하나의 흐름은 헌법이 자유민주주의에다가 사회민주주의까지 포섭하는 것이기 때문에 자유민주주의로만 한정해서는 안된다는 것이다. 이 같은 논쟁의 핵심은 헌법상 자유민주적 기본질서를 어떻게 해석할 것이냐와 깊은 관련이 있다. 제1설은 민주주의 제 제도로 표기한 제헌헌법처럼 민주주의로 표기해야 한다고한다. 제2설은 1972년 헌법이래 자유민주적 기본질서를 천명했기 때문에 더욱 더자유민주주로 명확히 해야 한다고 한다. 제3설은 민주적 기본질서 아래 자유민주주의와 사회민주주의를 두기 때문에 자유민주주의로 국한해서는 안된다고 한다. 헌법재판소는 제2설에 따라 자유민주주의를 수용하고 있다. 헌법학계를 비롯해공법학계도 이 입장이 다수설이다. 대한민국 헌법의 연원과 제정동기, 과정에서도이를 확인할 수 있다. 또 제1설로 할 경우 민주주의에 대한 경계의 모호성이 한계로 드러나게 된다. 제3설 또한 사회민주주의의 연혁과 발전과정을 살펴보면 전혀뿌리가 다른 것임을 알 수 있다. 공법 연구자는 이 같은 논쟁의 핵심을 파악하고,대한민국의 정체성을 발전적으로 발전시켜나가는 방안을 모색해야 할 것이다.

      • 진주담치, Mytilus edulis,의 패각 생장에 관한 연구

        1970년 6월 부터 1971년 10월 까지 진주담치, Mytilus edulis의 패각의 상대 생장에 관하여 연구하였다. 1. 진주담치에 있어서 1륜군으로 부터 5륜군 까지의 각장의 크기는 각 각 3-20㎜, 19-32㎜, 31-41㎜, 34-45㎜, 그리고 35-45㎜이다. 2. 진주담치 중에서 가장 큰 객체의 각장, 각고, 그리고 각폭의 크기는 각 각 45㎜, 90㎜, 그리고 41㎜이다. 3. 진주담치의 환륜 수에 따라 구분한 다섯 군의 각장 (L)과 각고 (H) 그리고 각장(L)과 각폭(B) 간의 관계식은 각 각 다음과 같다: 1) 1륜군 H=1.26776L+5.07978 B=0.35041L+3.05502 2) 2륜군 H=1.61414L+2.23236 B=0.59192L-0.38992 3) 3륜군 H=1.17355L+26.92865 B=0.57851L+4.59513 4) 4륜군 H=1.41477L+20.200154 B=0.67898L+0.84080 5) 5륜군 H=1.88764L+5.38204 B=0.31461L+20.73021 4. 진주담치를 바다로 부터 염전저수지로 옮겨 양식하는 경우 6월 15일에 60%가 각고 20㎜이던 것이 9월 26일에는 25%가 40㎜로 자라고 가장 큰 개체는 각고가 50㎜이었다. 각고의 빈도 분포를 보면 염전저수지에서의 진주담치의 생장이 바다에서의 그것과 비슷하다. 이 연구의 결과는 염전저수지에서의 진주담치의 양식이 가능하다는 것을 시사한다. 5. 염전저수지에 서식하고 있던 원 패류는 Batillaria multiformis, Musculus senhousia, Cyclina sinensis, Tapes philippinarum, Dosinia japonica, Mactra veneriformis, Turbo cornutus, Littorina brevicula, Solen gouldi, 그리고 Crassostrea gigas이다.

      • 붕어의 아가미와 直腸에 미치는 銅의 影響에 關한 電子顯微鏡的 硏究

        The morphological changes of the gill and rectum of Carassius Carassius that had been exposed to 5 ppm of copper for a week were inve tigated by histological and electron microscopical methods. 1. When the fish were exposed to copper, the epithelial layers of gill lamellae were swollen, filled by mucus, and divorced in the histological study. 2. In the fine structures of the gill lamellae, epithelial cells were enlarged and many lipids and lysosomes were appeared. 3. The lysosomes and vesicles were appeared, and the number of mitochondria was decreased or degenerated in the epithelium of rectum of the fish after exposure to copper.
