The current study was conducted to facilitate appropriate hygiene and safety management in children's food service stations, with the ultimate objective of providing sanitary and safe food service to children. In order to develop questionnaire items, literature review was conducted, in addition to detailed interview of working-level personnel at a children's food service management support center. This resulted in a total of thirty questions on personal hygiene management, food materials hygiene management, and facilities hygiene management. Using the questionnaire, seventy-one food service stations for children in District A in Seoul that serve less than one hundred children were surveyed to analyze the reliability, construct validity, and correlation in the developed measurement tool. The developed measurement tool consisted of ten task and environmental hygiene management questions, five personal and cooking hygiene management questions, four food ingredient and storage hygiene management questions, and four food service operation and management question; with a total of twenty-three questions, in four factors stated above. The cumulative distribution of the four factors was 54.698%, and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value was 0.672~0.853, which indicated that the study was reliable. The results of the analysis indicated that each of the factors were correlated, the study was satisfactory, and the tool was valid for evaluating hygiene and safety management practices in children's food service stations. Finally, in order to enhance practical utility of the developed measurement tool, the significance and limitations were described.

The objective of the current study was to compare the execution of hygiene and safety management according to the characteristics of children's food service stations, with the ultimate objective of providing sanitary and safe food service to children. To this end, the study conducted surveys of 73 public and private pre-schools with fewer than 100 children in district A from July 30 to October 31 2015. The differences were evaluated by t-test and analysis of variance. The confidence and validity of the results were analyzed by six food ingredient and facilities management questions, three personal hygiene and facilities management questions, four environmental management questions, and five storage and treatment management questions; for a total of 18 questions. The cumulative distribution of the four factors was 61.569%, and the Cronbach's alpha was 0.821, which indicated that the results were reliable. The results revealed that public pre-schools (a) and home-based pre-schools (b) had different levels of food ingredient and facility management, but no differences in the number of cooks, number of children served, type of food distribution, and the existence of mass food service facilities. The results of the study may be used to develop hygiene and safety management manual and educational contents to promote the health of the children served.

Serum CA 125 was measured with immunoradiometric assay in fourty-one patients of endometriosis Serum CA 125 levels (Mean ${\pm}$ SEM, U/ml)in patients with endometriosis were 13.8${\pm}$3.3 in stage I , 17.3${\pm}$3.0 in stage II, 23.4${\pm}$4.9 in stage III, and 64.5${\pm}$13.2 in stage IV, which showed increment according to the stage of endometriosis. Serum levels in stage IV only were significantly elvated than those in control (15.3${\pm}$2.2), and those in advanced stage(III and IV ; 47.1${\pm}$9.5)were significantly higher than those in earlier stages (15.9${\pm}$2.2)and control. The assay revealed a sensitivity of 31.7% and the frequency of elevated levels (> 30.3 U/ml)in stage I, II, III and IV was 9. 1%, 18.8%,33.3%, and 87.5% respectively. Sensitivity in advanced stage was higher than that in earlier stage (64.3% vs. 14.8%). There data suggest that serum CA 125 assay might be a useful diagnostic tool in the advanced stage of endometriosis.

The purpose of this study is to identify the presence of the circulating antibodies directed toward ovarian proteins{antiovarian antibodies, AOA) and the nature of antigenic ovarian structure by comparing the binding activities to 4 types of ovarian proteins, particulated and solubilized forms of pig ovarian and granulosa cell membranes in sera of patients with premature ovarian failure(POF) and to evaluate the usefulness of circulating AOA as a follow up tool after treatment. Measurements of AOA were performed by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in sera of 58 patients with POF, 51 had normal chromosomes and 7 had X chromosome abnormalities. Sera of 21 natural menopausal women and 17 castrated women were also tested and sera of 32 healthy premenopausal women were served as controls. ELISA reactivities against particulated porcine granulosa cell membrane proteins was the greatest among 4 different ovarian proteins. Fifteen(29%) of 51 POF patients with normal chromosome and 1(14.3%) of 7 POF patients with X chromosome abnormalities had AOA while none of 32 controls and 21 natural menopausal women and 17 castrated women had AOA. One POF patient with 47, XXX was identified AOA positive. The ELISA reactivities were followed up monthly up to 5 months in 4 AOA positive POF patients after estrogen-progestin{E-P) therapy. There was a decreasing tendency of the ELISA reactivities in all these patients after E-P therapy and two of them converted to AOA negative. These data suggest that antigenic structure may be components of granulosa cell membrane and the determination of circulating AOA may be useful in the follow up after treatment in patients with autoimmune POF.
지각된 주간보호시설의 서비스품질이 고객만족 및 후속행동에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 주간보호서비스 이용노인들을 대상으로 서비스품질을 조사하고, 서비스품질과 고객만족, 후속행동으로 추천의향 및 재이용의사 간의 인과관계 및 고객만족과의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 구체적으로, 도시지역과 농촌지역에 위치한 주간보호시설을 이용하는 노인 208명을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였으며, 서비스품질은 Parasuraman 등(1985)이 제시한 SERVQUAL 모형에 따라 서비스품질을 측정하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서비스품질이 고객만족에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 서비스품질은 후속행동인 재이용의사에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고객만족은 후속행동인 재이용의사에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study measured the quality of Elderly Day Care Services by surveying service users; data were analyzed to see the causality between quality of services, customary satisfaction, referral intention, and repurchasing intention, and to find out the mediating effect of customary satisfaction. The quality of Day Care Services has been measured based on the SERVQUAL model, and structural equation model has been used to observe the causal connection between the customary satisfaction, referral intention, and repurchasing intention. The following is the main result from the causal effect model affecting the customary satisfaction and repurchasing intention by five quality factors of the service quality. First, it was shown that service quality directly affected the customary satisfaction. Second, it was effect of service quality on repurchasing intention was mediated by customer satisfaction. Third, it is shown that customary satisfaction directly affected the repurchasing intention.
연구논문 : 위탁급식 고객, 급식관리자 및 경쟁자 환경이 고객 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

The goal of the current study was to analyze major factors for improvement of quality of life in contract foodservice customers. This study investigated how characteristics of customers, foodservice management, and competitors differ in different contract foodservice business environments in order to understand increasing concerns over health, in-house working, and the environment, which are directly connected to work and life satisfaction and company profits. For the foodservice business environment, this study classified environmental factors reported by Duncan (1972) into three factors: customer environment, foodservice management environment, and competitor environment. Multi-regression analysis was conducted on quality of life using the Korean version of the WHO Quality of Life Scale Abbreviated Version (WHOQOLBREF). Sub-factors of the contract foodservice business environment included foodservice management environment, customer environment, and competitor environment in the order of importance. The results indicate that the foodservice management environment of the company or organization where the customer is employed has the most substantial influence on quality of customer life.
