This research explores the relationship between body image and clothing behavior in order to enhance selfefficacy among multicultural children based on a survey of 167 children. The statistical analysis indicated that children value(in decreasing order)family-esteem, friend-esteem, self-esteem, and school-esteem. School-esteem is the lowest, with boys displaying slightly higher levels of esteem than girls. A boys` self-esteem appears enhanced by higher satisfaction with overall appearance and weight; however, girls` self-esteem helped them address appearance and physical characteristics with positive attitudes. In addition, the clothing behavior of children significantly influenced self-esteem to differing degrees based upon gender. A boys` self-esteem can be increased by having them show interest in clothes rather than letting them wear similar clothes to their friends because their self-esteem can be heightened by higher interests and lower similarity. A girls` self-esteem can be augmented by the clean management of clothes and comfortable wearing due to their emphasis on manageability and comfort. This survey was limited to the Gyeonggi and Inchon area and leaves room for future studies.

KS K 0051(2009) was established in 1990 and revised in 1994, 1999, 2004 and 2009. Recently the structure of apparel production and distribution are changing like as small quantity batch production, increase of importing abroad apparel and increase of on-line shopping mall. Based on Social and economic conditions, examine the potential for use of KS K 0051(2009) standard sizing system for female adult``s garments are needed. Through which, it was intended to suggestion for the revision of standard sizing system for female adult’s garments which can facilitate communication among consumer, producer and sellers. The improvement point was discussed through review of the current KS K 0051 (2009) and abroad standard sizing system for female adult’s garments, ISO 3637(1977), ISO 4416(1981), BS EN 13402-2(2002), BS EN 13402-3(2004), JIS L 4005(2001) and GB/T 1335.2(2008). Also, the revision of standard sizing system for female adult’s garments was suggested using data of 6th Size Korea. As a result of this study, in the revision, formal wear, casual wear, training wear and under wear were separated to simplify the classification and the classification of body type were excluded. Also, it is possible that size designation was simplified through optional notation and letter code based on bust girth could be marked together in casual wear.

N/A Background: For biological dosimetry of radiation exposure, both observing hema-tologic change and calculating Ydr by chromgsomal analysis as biological indicators are widely used. However, due to the lack of studies on biological dosimetry of radiation dose absorbed in the body such as in the cases of radioactive iodine therapy, the maximal and safe dose is not well known, nor is the extent to which the body can safely endure radiation exposure. Purpose: To investegate the practical applicability of hematologic changes and Ydr as an indicator for estimating radiation exposure, to patients with thyroid diseases after doses of radioactive iodine. Material and Methods: 5 patients with hyperthyroidism and 35 patients who have had thyroid cancer operation were under treatment with radioactive iodine, changes in number of lymphocytes were tracked and Ydr was calculated for more than 2 months by chromosomal analysis in peripheral lymphocytes. Results: 1) The number of lymphocytes began to decrease 2 weeks after doses of radioactive iodine, and reached the nadir after 6 and 8 weeks, then gradually recovered. 2) The nadir count of lymphocytes was reversely correlated with the administered dosage of radioactive iodine. 3) Ydr was generally stable between 2 and 8 weeks. 4) The maximal value of Ydr was correlated with the administered dosage of radioactive iodine. 5) Ydr value at the 2nd week increased with augmented dosage of radioactive iodine. 6) Ydr value at the 2nd week was correlated with fall of lymphocyte count. Conclusion: Patients must be closely observed, because temporary bone marrow suppression and slight chromosomal aberration can be produced by even generally used dosages of radioactive iodine for diagnosis and therapy. Maximal percent fall of lymphocyte count, Ydr at the 2 week interval and maximal Ydr can be used as the biological predictor of administered dosage of radioactive iodine.
