한국판 강점 난점 설문지와 한국판 아동 행동 체크리스트 간의 관계

목 적: 이 연구에서는 농촌 지역 아동을 대상으로 한 한국판 강점 난점 설문지(Korean version of Strengths and Difficulties Que-stionnaire, SDQ-Kr)와 한국판 아동 행동 체크리스트(Korean Child Behavior Checklist, K-CBCL) 간의 관계를 연구하여 농촌 지역에서 한국판 강점 난점 설문지 이용의 유용성에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 방 법: 일 농촌 지역 일개 초등학교 학생 323명의 부모를 대상으로 SDQ-Kr 및 K-CBCL을 실시하게 하였다. SDQ-Kr과 KCBCL의 하위 척도간의 상관관계를 구하였으며, 또한 단계적 회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 결 과: SDQ-Kr의 개개 하위 척도 점수는 K-CBCL의 문제 행동 척도의 거의 모든 소척도 점수와 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. SDQ-Kr의 총난점 소척도 점수와 K-CBCL의 총문제행동 소척도 점수 간의 상관계수는 r=.433(p<.01)이었다. 단계적 회귀분석의 결과에서, SDQ-Kr의 총난점 소척도 점수는 K-CBCL의 문제 행동 척도의 소척도 점수들에 의해 설명되었으며 (R 2 =21.5%), 특히 총문제행동 소척도 점수(β=.323)와 비행 소척도(β=.199)에 의해 유의하게 예측되었다. 결 론: SDQ-Kr은 K-CBCL과 여러 소검사 간에 상관성을 보였다. 향후 농촌 지역 아동의 문제행동 스크리닝에 SDQ-Kr이 유용할 것으로 기대된다. Objectives:This study was to explore the availability of the Korean version of Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire(SDQ-Kr) in rural province, using the investigation of the relationship between the scores of SDQ-Kr and those of the Korean Child Behavior Checklist(K-CBCL). Methods:The SDQ-Kr and K-CBCL were administered to 323 parents of an elementary school children in a rural province. The correlation between the subscale scores of SDQ-Kr and those of K-CBCL was investigated. Stepwise regression analysis was also performed. Results:Each subscale score of SDQ-Kr were significantly correlated with almost all subscale scores of the Behavior Problem Scale of K-CBCL. And the correlation coefficient between the score of Total Difficulties subscale of SDQ-Kr and that of Total Behavior Problem subscale of K-CBCL was r=.433(p<.01). According to the results of stepwise regression analysis, the score of Total Difficulties subscale of SDQ-Kr was explained by the scores of the Behavior Problem subscales of K-CBCL(R 2 =21.5%), especially Total Behavior Problem subscale(β=.323) and Delinquent subscale(β=.199). Conclusion:Many subscale scores of SDQ-Kr were significantly correlated with almost all subscale scores of KCBCL. SDQ-Kr will be very useful tool for the screening of the behavior problem of the children in Korean rural province.
