        The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a structured technique for dealing with complex decisions. Based on mathematics and human psychology, it was developed by Thomas L. Saaty in the 1970s and has been extensively studied and refined since then. The AHP provides a comprehensive and rational framework for structuring a problem, for representing and quantifying its elements, for relating those elements to overall goals, and for evaluating alternative solutions. It is used throughout the world in a wide variety of decision situations, in fields such as government, business, industry, healthcare, and education. In this study, we developed a web-based AHP software for decision making. This software was developed by using Visual Basic .NET and can be implemented on the web browser.

        This study is applied to production site by developing hardware and software providing server omputer after collecting various production information in production site. That is, chancess are that some mistakes bring about in procedure that procession, equipment in production plan or some production information of workers" production performance are recorded through workers" or site vice directors" writing, and input into data analysis program. As a result, I developed application software and production information collecting or communicating board which can count production collection errors or real time procession performance, and analyze and supervise the procession performance. Especially, I developed progress supervising application through real time production information collection or analysis and production information collection or communication board. In addition, production information collecting board or program developed by this study costs a little and can be operated by everyone easily, which is predicted to substitute or supplement the existing system. Especially, communicating protocol applied in data collecting board is providing the most using in the industry site and is thought to be used more widely than ever.
