      • Scopolamine에 의한 기억력 감퇴에 미치는 태자삼의 항건망 효과

        Pseudostellaria heterophylla is a traditional medical plant used 3,000 years. It contrains polysaccharides, ginseng sapoinins, flavonoids, cyclic peptides, amino acids, and trace element. However, this is the incomplete of research on the Pseudostellaria heterophylla. In this study, we have investigated the anti-dementia effects of Pseudostellaria heterophylla on hot water extract on scopolamine-induced memory impairment in ICR male mice. To determine the effect of Pseudostellaria heterophylla on the cognitive dysfunction, we have injected scopolamine (1 ㎎/㎏, i.p.) in ICR male mice and conducted Y-maze, passive avoidance tests. Scopolamineinduced an array of behavior changes of memory impairments were recovered by oral administration of Pseudostellaria heterophylla (100, 200 or 400 ㎎/㎏). To further verify the acethylcholinestrase activity effect of Pseudostellaria heterophylla on the scopolmaine-induced memory impairment, Donepezil (positive control) on expression of IC50 was 0.007 ㎕/㎖, and then Pseudostellaria heterophylla on expression of IC50 was 0.02 ㎕/㎖. Pseudostellaria heterophylla (Miq.) Pax. et Hoffm treatment down-regulated the acetylcholine esterase activity enhanced scopolamine-induced memory impairment. These results suggest that enhanced may have preventive and/or therapeutic potentials in the management of dementia.

        중년기 부부의사소통과 자아정체감의 관계 - ‘자기-상대방’ 상호의존성 모델(APIM)을 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the actor effect and partner effect of marital communication ability and self-identity in married couples. Data of 150 couples (300 persons) aged 40 to 59 was collected from across the nation and analyzed using the Actor-Partner Interdependence Model (APIM). First, husbands had a higher level of self-identity and wives had more marital communication ability. Second, for both husbands and wives, self-identity and marital communication ability had a positive correlation. In terms of relations between spouse variables, there were negative correlations between husbands’ self-identity and wives’ marital communication and between husbands’ marital communication and wives’ marital communication, and a positive correlation between husbands’ marital communication and wives’ self-identity. Third, husbands’ marital communication positively influenced their own self-identity as well as their wives' self-identity; wives’ marital communication positively influenced their own self-identity. Fourth, husbands’ self-identity positively influenced their marital communication, but negatively affected their wives' marital communication; wives’ self-identity positively influenced their marital communication. Based on the study results, the limitations of this study and direction of follow-up research were discussed and suggested.

        가족 간 공감적 소통을 위한 공감 척도 개발 연구

        The purpose of this study was to develop an empathy scale for empathic communication between family members. This study resulted in the development of four empathy scale: one for spouses, one for parents to use for children, one for children to use for their parents, and one for children to use for their siblings. The preliminary questions were comprised of 40 basic items including cognitive, affective, and expressive empathy, which were classified by type, and then modified to fit the respondents and subject in the family sub - system. The first item was selected for each scale using exploratory factor analysis. Confirmatory factor analysis was also performed to confirm the fitness of the factor structure and the validity of the question. As a result, the final questions were selected for each of the four scales and were verified through proper analysis, which confirmed their use as a valid test. The scales developed in this study are expected to be used to measure empathy realization aspect between spouses, parents and children, and siblings, according to the family sub - system. It is also expected to help promote empathic communication between family members.

        국어교육에서 대화 지도를 위한 요구 분석

        대화는 우리 삶과 가장 밀접하고 빈번하게 이루어지는 담화이다. 특히 청소년기는 대화를 통해 자아개념과 가치관 등을 확립해가기 때문에 대화의 중요성이 매우 크다. 이러한 이유로 국어교육에서도 대화 지도를 위한 다양한 교육 내용을 제시하고 있으나 청소년들의 요구가 충분히 반영되지 않은 탓에 실제 대화 능력 향상에 미치는 영향은 매우 미미한 실정이다. 따라서 효과적인 대화교육을 위해 청소년들이 실제 대화를 수행하는 데 있어 중요하거나 필요하다고 생각하는 대화방법을 교육 내용에 적극 반영할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 청소년의 대화방법에 대한 교육 요구를 분석하여 대화교육 내용을 선정하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 예비조사를 통해 청소년의 대화 실태와 인식을 토대로 측정도구를 개발하였으며, 본조사를 통해 256명의 공통교육과정 대상 청소년의 대화방법 교육 요구를 조사하였다. 분석은 Borich 요구도와 The Locus for Focus모델을 적용하였으며 두 방법 모두 우선순위로 나타난 대화방법 항목을 최우선순위 대화교육 내용으로 선정하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년들은 대체로 이해하기 쉽게 말하기, 명확하게 말하기의 언어적 말하기와 배려하는 말하기, 고운 말 사용하기의 언어 예의 방법에 높은 요구를 보이고 있었다. 둘째, 성별에 따라 교육 요구에 차이를 보였는데, 남학생은 친화력과 자신감 등의 대인적극적 태도에, 여학생은 명확하게 말하기, 맥락과 상황에 맞게 말하기에 높은 요구를 보였다. 셋째, 학교급에 따른 교육 요구를 살펴본 결과 중학생과 고등학생의 요구에 조금씩 차이가 있었으며 특히 중학생은 존중하며 말하기에, 고등학생은 적절한 어휘 사용 방법에 높은 교육 요구가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 최우선순위 대화방법을 대화교육 내용에 반영하고 성별과 학교급에 따른 요구의 차이를 수업 현장에서 고려할 필요가 있음을 제안하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 한계와 의의를 제시하였다. Conversation is the most closely related and frequent discourse in our lives. Especially in adolescence, the importance of dialogue is very great in that self-concept and values are established through conversation. For this reason, Korean language education also presents various educational contents for conversation guidance, but since the needs of teenagers are not reflected, the actual effect on the improvement of conversation skills is very insignificant. Therefore, for effective conversation education, it is necessary to actively reflect the conversation methods that teenagers consider important or necessary to carry out actual conversation in the education contents. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the educational needs of teenagers on conversation methods and select the contents of conversation education. To this end, a measurement tool was developed based on the conversation status and perception of teenagers through a preliminary survey, and through the main survey, 256 teenagers subject to the common curriculum were surveyed for communication method education. For the analysis, Borich's needs and the Locus for Focus model were applied, and the conversation method item, which appeared as a priority in both methods, was selected as the highest priority conversation education content. The results of the study are as follows. First, adolescents generally show high demands on easy-to-understand, clear-speaking language, considerate speaking, and fine language. Second, there was a difference in educational needs according to gender. Male students showed high demands on extroversion such as friendliness and confidence, while female students showed high demands on speaking clearly and according to the context and situation. Third, as a result of examining educational needs by school level, there was a slight difference in the needs of middle school students and high school students. In particular, it was found that middle school students spoke with respect, and high school students had high educational demands on how to use vocabulary appropriately. Based on the results of this study, it was suggested that the top priority conversation method should be actively reflected in the contents of conversation education, and that the difference in needs according to gender and school level should be considered in the classroom. Finally, the limitations and significance of this study were presented.
