Purpose: The purpose of this study was to assess the level of disability, depression and social support and their relationships in older adults with osteoarthritis. Methods: Data were collected by questionnaires using face-to-face interviews from 95 outpatients selected at a private hospital. The data was analyzed using SPSS-Win 12,0. Results: The mean scores of disability, social support, and depression were 54.88, 81.32, and 18.45 respectively. Depression was positively related to disability, while negatively correlated with social support. Conclusion: Nurse who work with older adults are in a unique position to help providing them the support needed to manage their disease.

컴퓨터의 등장으로 메인프레임, PC, 인터넷 시대를 거치면서 국내에 유비쿼터스 (Ubi -quitous) 시대로 소개 된지는 2~3년에 불과하다. 본 논문은 대학 내에 유$cdot$무선 인터넷이 구축되어있다는 전제하에 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 핵심기술인 RFID(Raido Frequency IDentification) 태그와 EPC 플랫폼을 이용하여 획기적인 자산관리 시스템의 모델 방안을 제시하고 현재 운영중인 자산관리 시스템의 문제점인 시간, 인력, 비용 낭비와 관리운영 절차를 최소화하는데 목적이 있으며 제안하는 자산관리 시스템의 모델을 통하여 현재는 해결할 수는 없는 문제점들을 차세대 IT 분야의 표준화와 규격화 및 상용화가 이루어질 때, 향후 연구 과제로 개선 방안을 제시할 수 있으리라 본다. It is only 2 ~ 3 years in the interior to be introduced as a Ubiquitous era after going through mainframe, PC and internet era on account of the advent of computer. This thesis intends to present a model device of an epoch-making cash management system using the RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) Tag and EPC (Electronic Product Code) Platform which are core technologies of the Ubiquitous Computing on the assumption that cable and wireless internet is constructed in university. Also this sets up a purpose to minimize the administrative procedure as well as the waste of time, people and cost which are problems of the cash management system operating now. Therefore as a research project hereafter, it will be able to present an imporvement device about the problems which cannot solve these days through the model of the proposing cash management system when the standardization, normalization and commercialization of advanced IT department are accomplished.

해롤드 핀터의 길 떠나기 전 한잔에 나타난폭력과 윤리적 주체

Harold Pinter’s One for the Road(1984) is a play about violence. Nicholas, who appears to be the manager of a place, interrogates Victor, Nicky, and Victor’s wife Gila in a room for one day from morning to night. There is no direct physical violence in this play. But hints about the atrocities that took place outside the stage make the audience guess the violence and cruelty. Violence, which is not seen as such, is the central theme of the play. One for the road is worth reading as a resistance to breaking the mirror of global ideology, not as it deals with violent events confined to Turkey. The problem which Pinter had in mind, in particular, is that the United States plays a leading role in producing world-class ideologies, and that Britain is involved in collusion with the United States in cultivating such ideological fantasies, both abroad and at home. This thesis analyzes the contrasting reactions of each character in the play based on this social context. In particular, the conflicting reactions of the characters on the system are the most important conflict in the drama. Nicolas is a manager who moves on the system without seeing the truth. Victor and his family, on the other hand, do not move within the same ideology as Nicholas. This paper will take a look at what their strategies of resistance is and how they are revealed in the work. In fact, Nicholas appears split. Nicholas seemingly reacted decisively to the interpellation of the system. He expresses his belief and respect for the legitimacy of his actions. However, he has repeatedly sought the respect and love of Victor. Nicholas is now swaying. The theme that Nicholas presents consciously by grabbing at his own sway is ‘Patriotism.’ But this fantasy splits through Victor’s silence and death demands. Therefore, the questions to be answered are: So why does Nicolas appear to be torn apart in a system that directs violence? But why is he forced to assimilate into the system? What other figures imply? To answer these questions, this thesis will take Slavoj Zizek’s view of ideology. On the other hand, there are previous studies that read the system of violence in One for the road from the Althusser’s perspective. Surely, this play explores the role of Ideological State Apparatus. However, from the point of view of Althusser, it is not possible to read Nicholas’s division and the point of resistance seen by Victor’s family. Pinter does not limit the scope of the ideological system as a closed one that regenerates ideologies, but secures the domain of main body resistance and struggle. On the other hand, there are already several domestic theses that read Pinter’s work in Zizek’s perspective. But these theses are mainly focused on analysis of Mountain Language. What this thesis would suggest is that there is a potential for an ethical figure of Zizek to be considered in One for the Road.

The demands of users have become variety and diversification by the conversion of application to Web environment from C/S(Client/Server) enviroment as well as by the development of application which puts into practie an information technology with the advance of internet basic technology. Therefore if it attempt to satisfy their all demands, the services like a real time batch processing are faced with a difficult obstacle that the limited existing system cannot manage. Finally it is come to a conculsion that the extension of system or the induction of new system is necessary in order to solve this problem according to a ragular tuning and an examination about infra of web environment. This thesis intends to propose about inter- relation and improvement plan as well as considerable facts in case of the introduction of system through the efficiency analysis process of the system. 인터넷 기반 기술의 발전과더불어 정보 기술을 응용한 애플리케이션 개발에 따라 C/S(Client/Server) 환경에서 Web 환경으로 애플리케이션이 전환됨에 따라 사용자의 요구는 다양, 다변화되었다. 이에 사용자의 요구를 충족하다 보면, 실시간 일괄처리 성격의 업무들은 제한된 기존 시스템으로써는 감당하기 어려운 난관에 직면하게 된다. 이를 해결하기 위한 웹 환경의 인프라에 대해 정기적인 튜닝과 진단을 통하여 시스템에 대한 확장 내지는 새로운 시스템 도입에 결과적으로 도달하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 시스템의 성능을 분석하는 과정을 통하여 개선 방안과 시스템 도입 시 고려할 사항, 상관관계 및 개선 방안을 제안하고자 한다.
