The elastomeric O-ring is the most-commonly-used seal due to its excellent sealing capacity, and its availability in various costs and sizes; furthermore, its importance has lasted over a long duration. However, a dearth of research exists in Korea regarding the elastomeric O-ring and the corresponding techniques. The constituent parts of elastomeric rubber are important; to determine their properties, the uni-axial tension and equi-biaxial tension need to be tested. Also, the non-linear analysis method reduces the design cost. An O-ring failure causes leaks and vibration. In this paper, foreign objects are used to affect an O-ring and its performance so that all angles of the O-ring design can be considered. This paper presents a solution for the O-ring-failure problem using a finite-element analysis.

This paper is focusing on the define the safety of high speed projectiles from aerodynamic load. The Fin loaded from aerodynamic is the roll of high speed projectile's gide. The Fin can rotate about 25deg as maximum, and it has maximum aerodynamic load with 25deg position. For finite element analysis from aerodynamic load, fluid analysis will be conducted before structure analysis and export pressure data. The pressure data will be used as load condition at structure analysis of Fin. The result of structure analysis of Fin, there is some stress concentration and stress closed with yield stress of material. But this problem will be solved with change to another material.

This paper is focusing on the difference from experiment result and method through dynamic loaded from impact analysis about inertia measure unit of high speed projectile. At Inertia measure unit dynamic load is applied when the high speed projectile is operated by impact to inside. it is necessary to design inertia measure unit enduring from external effect with operating environment. Investigation of material deformation with high strain speed is performed for military purpose, and still concerned to many scientist. From this study, this paper will prove of impact analysis result through comparing with experiment result and method when applied dynamic load.
