Micromilling comes out one of the rapid prototyping and alternative method for micro fabrication in microfluidic applications. With ability to create the multidepth micro features under high aspect ratio from various material such as metals or plastics. However, the suffering about relative high surface roughness due to remaining the burrs and tool marks after milling make the micromilling less attractive for microfluidic applications. In this paper, we present the method to polishing the micromilling plastic surface by using Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) driven magnetic particles clusters along to the micro structures surface. We well-control the polishing time, polishing contour and magnetic particle size to obtain the high quality of finish surface. Consequently, the burrs on the microstructures are completely removed and the roughness of the finish surface is clearly decreased from non-polishing 350 nm Ra to 50 nm Ra while the profile of micro features was well-maintained.
