함백산의 난초과 식물의 뿌리에서 난균근균의 분리 및 동정

In this study, orchid mycorrhizal fungi (OMF) were isolated from four terrestrial orchids on Mt. Hambeak, Platnathera chlorantha, Platnathera mandarinorum, Cephalanthera falcate, and Cephalanthera longibracteata. OMF were identified using morphological and sequences analysis of fungal internal transcribed spacer (ITS) regions by specific primer of basidiomycetous orchid mycorrhizas; ITS1-OF and ITS4-OF. Four species of orchid mycorrhizal fungi were identified as Ceratobasidium sp, Epulorhiza anaticula, Tulasnella calospora and Tulasnella sp.
광릉요강꽃과 복주머니란의 뿌리에서 분리한 내생균의 다양성

본 연구에서는 경기도 포천과 강원도 춘천에 자생하는 광릉요강꽃과 강원도 삼척에서 자생하는 복주머니란의 뿌리에서 내생균을 순수 분리하였고, 분리된 균주의 ITS 부위의 염기서열을 이용하여 계통 분석하였다. 그 결과 광릉요강꽃에서는 11종의 균주가 분리되었고, 복주머니란에서는 15종의 균주가 분리되었으며, Leptodontidium orchidicola, Humicola fuscoatra var. fuscoatra, Umbelopsis dimorpha 등의 균주는 공통으로 분리되었다. 분리된 균주 중 Oidiodendron echinulatum, Pseudogymnoascus roseus, Geomyces vinaceus, Cryptosporiopsis ericae, Umbelopsis dimorpha, Chaetomium cupreum 은 국내 미기록종으로 확인하였다.

Endophytic fungi were isolated from surface-sterilized roots of a species of orchid, Oreorchis patens, in Korea. The isolated strains were identified based on morphological characteristics and sequence analyses of the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) and large subunit (LSU) of rDNA regions. Two species, Thelonectria veuillotiana and Phialocephala humicola, are first reported in Korea with their descriptions.
광릉요강꽃과 복주머니란의 뿌리에서 분리한 내생균의 다양성

This study was conducted to investigate diversity of orchid endophytic fungi from roots of two terrestrial orchids, Cypripedium japonicum and Cypripedium macranthum in Korea. The endophytic fungi were identified using morphological and DNA sequences isolated from the roots. Totally, 11 taxa of the endophytic fungi were identified from the roots of C. japonicum and 15 taxa from C. macranthum. Three species of the fungi were common in both host species; Leptodontidium orchidicola, Humicola fuscoatra var. fuscoatra, Umbelopsis dimorpha. Six species of the fungal isolates were the first report in Korea; Oidiodendron echinulatum, Pseudogymnoascus roseus, Geomyces vinaceus, Cryptosporiopsis ericae, U. dimorpha, Chaetomium cupreum.

In this study, endophytic fungi were isolated from the leaves of five species of woody plants in Jeju, Korea, namely Chamaecyparis obtusa, Cryptomeria japonica, Torreya nucifera, Ilex crenata, and Camellia japonica. The isolated fungal endophytes were identified based on their morphological and molecular characteristics including a sequence analysis of the internal transcribed spacer and 26S regions of rDNA and β-tubulin genes. Ten species of fungal endophytes have not been previously reported in Korea, namely Mycosphaerella aleuritidis, Neofusicoccum eucalyptorum, Neofusicoccum parvum, Phyllosticta citrichinensis, Phyllosticta cryptomeriae, Phomopsis cotoneastri, Sphaerulina rhododendricola, Guignardia mangiferae, Lophodermium jiangnanense, and Lophodermium minus.

In this study, endophytic fungi were isolated from the surface-sterilized roots of Calanthe discolor and Cephalanthera longibracteata collected from the Chungnam, Jeju, Kyungnam and Chungbuk provinces in Korea. The morphological characteristics of the obtained isolates were examined and their sequences of the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) rDNA region were analyzed using the ITS1F and ITS4 primers for species identification. Leptodontidium orchidcola showed the highest species abundance and frequency among the isolated endophytic fungi. Additionally, the community analysis revealed a high specificity between the host plants and the endophytic fungal species.

In this study, endophytic fungi were isolated from the roots of three native orchid species from Korea: Bletilla striata, Oreorchis patens, and Cephalanthera longibracteata. The isolated fungal endophytes were identified based on the morphological and molecular characteristics including sequence analysis of internal transcribed spacer (ITS) and 28S ribosomal DNA regions. As a result, we discovered 5 species of fungal endophytes that have not been previously reported in Korea: Phialocephala bamuru, Coniochaeta mutabilis, Phialophora foetens, Calonectria canadensis, and Neonectria ramulariae.

Diverse endophytic fungi were isolated from surface-sterilized leaves of three species of conifers inhabiting various sites in Korea: Abies nephrolepis, Pinus koraiensis and Taxus cuspidate. The isolates were identified based on morphological characteristics and sequences analysis of both internal transcribed spacer and large subunit regions of rDNA. In this paper, we report on five previously unreported species of endophytic fungi isolated from conifers: Biscogniauxia maritime, Nemania diffusa, Pezicula carpinea, Phomopsis juglandina and Sydowia polyspora.

We examined endophytic fungi from the needle leaves of three species of conifers in Korea: Abies nephrolepis, Thuja koraiensis, Pinus koraiensis. Endophytic fungi were isolated from the surface-sterilized leaves and identified based on morphological characteristics and Internal transcribed spacer sequences of rDNA. Three species of endophytic fungi isolated in this study were the first reported in Korea: Cryptosporiopsis actinidiae, Pestalotiopsis mangiferae, Pyrenochaeta cava.

In this study, endophytic fungi were isolated from leaves of four species of woody plants, Acer tagmentosum, Larix kaempferi, Abies holophylla, and Pinus koraiensis, on Mt. Hambaek, Gangwondo, Korea. The endophytic fungi were identified using morphological and sequences analysis of ITS regions. The fungal endophytes were identified as Talaromyces radicus, Myceliophthora verrucosa, Cryptosporiopsis diversispora, and Sphaerulina berberidis, which are the first record in Korea. The morphological and molecular phylogenetic characteristics of each strain were described.
