남북관계는 화해와 협력 대신 갈등과 대결로 점철된 지 꽤 오래됐다. 남북한은 공동 번영 대신 항구적인 남북대결 구조 속에 빠져 있다. 이제는 대북정책과 대북인식의 전환이 불가 피한 때에 이른 것이다. 남북한 주민의 공감에 기초한 남북 대화와 협력이 진정한 통일을 가능케 해줄 것이다. 특히 많은 것을 공유하다 분단된 남북한 간의 통일을 위해 그리고 통일 이후 심리·문화적 통합을 위해서도 공감 능력은 필수적이다. 이런 전제하에 본고에서는 공감에 대한 전반적인 의미와 내용, 남북한의 통일 노력과 남북한의 이질화 현상을 살펴볼 것이다. 공감 개념과 남북한 이질화 실상의 탐구를 통해 남북한 주민에 대한 공감 영역을 확장을 위한 통일교육의 방안을 도출하고자 한다. North-South relations have been stayed in conflict and confrontation instead of reconciliation and cooperation for a long time. North and South Korea are caught in a permanent conflict structure instead of partnership prosperity. We are now in the inevitable time of the transition of North Korea policy and the perception toward North Korea. The inter-Korean dialogue and cooperation based on sympathy between North and South Koreans will secure a truly Korean unification. Empathy particularly is essential also for psychological and cultural integration to North and South Koreans who have been in the divided state for a long time. Under this premise, this paper will explore about the overall meaning of empathy, the heterogeneity between North and South Koreans, efforts for Korean unification. This paper would like to draw up a plan for unification education to expand the area of empathy for between South and North Koreans.

민족주의의 관점에서 본 바람직한 남북관계와 통일정책에 대한 고찰

The conflict on the viewpoint toward North Korea and unification in the South Korea society is closely related to how to conceive and translate Nationalism. Firstly, this paper is going to consider the origin and concept of Nationalism based on the thought. Secondly, this paper is going to examine how the left and the right in South Korea receive and translate Nationalism. And then on the basis of that, it is going to consider how the left`s and the right`s viewpoint toward North Korea and Unification has been transformed. Lastly, it is going to probe into what the true viewpoint toward North Korea and unification in the South Korean society is. The conclusion of this paper is to throw away the confused South Korean policy toward North Kora and instead to search for the new policy which embraces conservative nationalists and radical nationalists.

Korean appraisal companies have attempted to provide generally various real estate services such as property management service, facility management, and real estate brokerage and consulting service since twentieth century. So far, many appraisal companies do not provide comprehensive real estate services. This study aims to investigate the way how an appraisal company develops into a general real estate company which provides general real estate services by reviewing the track of developments of general real estate service companies of foreign countries. First, I review basic theories and preceding researches on the real estate service industry and general real estate service company. Second, I investigate the development process of several general real estate service companies such as Cushman & Wakefield Inc., Jones Lang Lasalle, and Muller International Immobilien GmbH. And I derive implications for Korean appraisal companies to develop into global general real estate service companies. Finally, I suggest ways how an appraisal company develops into a global general real estate service company. And I suggest a development plan which includes the management diversification and geographic expansion of appraisal companies.

프랑스 시민교육의 탐색을 통한 한국 민주시민교육의 함의에 대한 고찰

프랑스의 시민교육도 다른 나라와 마찬가지로 프랑스의 역사ㆍ문화적 요인, 정치ㆍ사회적 상황, 추구하는 목표, 그리고 시대에 따라 변화되었고, 다양한 방식으로 실시되어 왔다. 이 논문에서는 프랑스의 시민교육의 출현과 전개 과정에 대해서 살펴볼 것이다. 다음으로 프랑스 시민교육의 목표, 성격, 내용, 방법 그리고 현황 등을 탐색할 것이다. 이러한 탐색으로 통해 얻은 시사점으로 민주시민교육의 정치적 중립성 확보, 인성교육과 민주시민교육의 협업, 토론과 체험을 통한 민주시민교육, 학교-가정-사회와의 유기적인 민주시민교육, 체계적인 민주시민 담당 교사의 양성 및 연수 등을 꼽았다. French citizenship education, like other countries, has changed and has been implemented in various ways according to historical and cultural factors, political and social circumstances, goals, and times in France. This paper will examine the emergence and development of citizenship education in France. Next, the goal, nature, content, method, and current status of French citizenship education will be explored. Implications from this exploration include securing political neutrality in democratic citizenship education, collaboration between character education and democratic citizenship education, democratic citizenship education through discussion and experience, organic democratic citizenship education between school, home, and society, and the systematic nurture and training of teachers in charge of democratic citizenship education.

공동체주의의 시민성의 성격과 시민성 함양에 대한 연구

유능한 시민을 육성하기 위해 젊은이를 교육하는 체계적인 노력을 소홀히 하는 공동체는 상대주의적 개인주의가 자연스럽게 시민들의 관점을 지배하게 된다. 이를 극복하기 위해 공동체주의자들은 공동체 삶의 필요성이 포용적 공동체의 개발을 통해 충족되고 유지될 수 있다고 주장한다. 이런 전제하에 본 연구에서는 먼저 공동체주의의 출현과 전개과정에서 나타난 공동체주의의 문제와 그 대안으로서 나타난 신공동체주의에 대해서 살펴볼 것이다. 신공동체주의에서 강조하는 시민성으로 개인과 공동체의 조화, 자율과 질서의 조화, 사익과 공익(공동선)의 조화, 권리와 책임의 조화, 전통과 현대의 조화, 다원성 내의 통합 등을 꼽아 보았다. 다음으로 공동체주의의 시민성의 작동기제로서 협동, 참여, 열린 토론, 숙의 등을 살펴보고자 한다. 끝으로 공동체주의의 시민성의 함양을 위해 협동적 탐구 교육, 인격교육, 가정-사회-정부-학교가 연계하여 지도, 봉사활동을 통한 체험교육 등의 방안을 살펴보았다. In a community that neglects systematic efforts to educate young people to foster competent citizens, relativistic individualism naturally dominates the views of citizens. To overcome this, communitarians argue that the need for community life can be met and sustained through the development of an inclusive community. Under this premise, this study will first look at the problems of communitarianism that emerged in the process of the appearance and development of communitarianism, then the neo-communitarianism that emerged as an alternative. As citizenship emphasized in the neo-communitarianism, I selected harmony between individuals and communities, harmony between autonomy and order, harmony between private and public interests, harmony between rights and responsibilities, harmony between tradition and modernity, and integration within diversity. Next, I would like to look at cooperation, participation, open discussion, deliberation as the working mechanism of communitarianism's citizenship. Finally, in order to cultivate the communitarianism's citizenship, I examined plans such as cooperative inquiry education, character education, the related education of family-society-government-school and the empirical education through volunteer activities.

감사 능력의 향상을 위한 도덕교육의 방안 탐색

현대인들은 자신의 주변에 감사할 일이 얼마나 많이 있는지에 대해서 무심하고 자신의 처지를 비관하면서 스스로 불행의 나락으로 빠져드는 경향이 강하다는 것이다. 우리는 감사를 학교의 도덕교육을 통해서 가르쳐야 할 핵심 가치ㆍ덕목으로 설정하고 있지는 않다. 이런 문제의식을 가지고 본고에서는 아동과 청소년의 감사 성향을 발달시킬 수 있는 교육은 도덕 교과의 핵심적 과제임을 제안하고자 한다. 이 논문에서는 먼저 감사의 의미에 대해서 개관하고자 한다. 그리고 감사하는 사람들의 특성이 무엇인지 알아보고자 하며, 감사의 심리적 특징과 도덕성과의 관계를 규명하고자 한다. 감사교육 활동의 방법과 효과에 관한 선행 연구 결과를 분석하고 감사 능력의 향상을 위한 도덕교육의 방안을 탐색하고자 한다. Modern men often tend to fall in abyss of misery without knowing how they have a lot of work to appreciate in their peripheral. We have not set up gratitude as the core values and virtues to be taught through the moral education of the school. Given these problems consciousness, this paper proposes that developing the gratitude capability of children and youth is the key task of the moral subject education. In this paper, I want to first overview about the meaning of gratitude. And I am going to know what the nature of grateful people is, to investigate the relationship between psychological characteristics and morality of gratitude. Through analyzing the results of previous studies on the effects of methods and activities of gratitude education, I`ll explore the way of moral education for the enhancement of the gratitude capability.

분위회귀분석을 이용한 부산시 공동주택의 과세평가율 영향요인 분석

본 연구는 공동주택의 과세평가율에 영향을 미치는 요인을 지역요인과 개별요인(세대요인 및 단지요인)으로 구분하여 OLS에 기초한 회귀분석과 분위회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, OLS 회귀분석과 분위회귀분석 모두에서 과세평가율에 전반적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수는 평균 실거래가, 동부산권, 서부산권(지역요인), 전용면적, 층수비율, 1층, 최고층, 공시가격, 실거래가 편차(세대요인), 경과년수, 30년 이상 더미, 세대수, 소규모단지, 현관구조, 주상복합(단지요인)으로 나타났다. 둘째, OLS 회귀분석에서 오차항의 등분산성을 검정하기 위해 Breusch-Pagan-Godfrey 검정을 실시한 결과 1% 유의수준에서 이분산성이 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 OLS 회귀분석에 비해 분위회귀분석이 계수값의 추정에 좀더 효율적임을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 통계적으로 유의한 설명변수들이라고 하더라도 분위별 회귀계수들은 과세평가율에 영향을 미치는 정도에 차이가 있음을 알 수 있다. 과세평가율의 분위가 높아짐에 따라 과세평가율에 미치는 영향이 일관성 있는 패턴을 보이는 변수도 있였지만, 모든 분위에서 일정한 영향을 보이거나 일관성 있는 패턴을 보이지 않는 변수도 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 지역, 실거래가 수준, 공동주택 단지 규모 등에 따른 과세평가의 균형성을 확보하는데 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다. This study analyze factors that affect the assessment ratio of multy-family Housing through OLS-based regression and quantile regression by classifying factors into regional factors and individual factors(household factors and complex factors). The results of the analysis are as follows. First, in both OLS-based regression and quantile regression, variables that have a statistically significant effect on the assessment ratio were: Average Sales Price, Eastern Busan and Western Busan(Regional Factors), Area, Floor Ratio, First Floor, High Assessed Price, Sales Price Deviation(Household Factors), Years Elapsed, More Than 30 Years, No. of Households, Small Complex, Entrance Structure, and Multi-purpose. Second, in OLS-based regression, a Breusch-Pagan-Godfrey test showed that heteroscedasticity of error terms exists at 1% significance level. Therefore, quantile regression is more efficient in estimating coefficients compared to OLS-based regression. Third, regression coefficients by quantile differ in the degree to which they affect the assessment ratio, even statistically significant explanatory variables. Some variables showed a consistent pattern of influence on the assessment ratio as quantile of assessment ratio increased, but others showed inconsistent or constant pattern in all quantiles. These findings are expected to help to enhance the equality of assessment ratio by regions, sales price levels, and the size of apartment complexes in the future.

통일·북한학 분야에서 고등학교 도덕과 교과 지식의 현황과 발전 방안

Knowledge is classified into three level knowledge of disciplinary knowledge, subject knowledge and school knowledge. The disciplinary knowledge is the knowledge of study and educationin in the area of a science to shape a subject. The subject knowledge is knowledge, skill, value and attitude to necessarily teach and learn in a subject. The school knowledge is the contents to teach and learn as regular subject school. The subject knowledge is constructed on disciplinary knowledge in the case of founding on deepening a science. On the other hand, the subject knowledge is constructed on the consensus of the subject community in the case of founding on the demand of nation and society. The moral subject has had more problems owing to being designed according to the way of the latter. The subject knowledge has not reflected the change of disciplinary knowledge. It has not met the demand of learners. It is useful to know the change of subject knowledge in the moral subject in order to investigate such problems. It is possible to know the change of subject knowledge through studying the change of contents in the curriculum of moral subject. And it is possible to know the change of subject knowledge through exploring the change of contents in the text book. This paper has the goal to grasp the change of subject knowledge and grope for a reform measure in the area of North Korea/Unification Education. The first task in order to attain this goal is to examine the change of contents in the area of North Korea/Unification Education according to the change of curriculum. The second task is to explore the change of contents in the text book according to the change of curriculum. This study set limits to the analysis of high school textbook in the area of morla subject. On the basis of this analysis, this paper groped for the development plan on the subject knowledge in the area of North Korea/Unification Education.
