Gori-I nuclear power plant has been examining the effectiveness and efficiency of operation procedures from human factors viewpoint. They developed both writer’s guides and process guides for emergency operating procedures. Reviewing the present emergency operating procedures revealed that there were some mistakes in the documents such as unclear expressions, unsuitable terms, omission of detailed items, frequent use of negative expressions, omission of references, omission of important numerical expressions and illogical context. This study suggested some alternative ways of expressions in current the writer’s guide and process guides which lack of some important aspects of human factors guideline.

The purpose of this study is to describe the precise nature of the elementary tasks performed by the certified professional ergonomists(CPE). CPE job analysis included the tasks performed at present and the tasks which might be performed in the future by CPE. The questions also included which tools, knowledge and academic background are required for the CPE job at present or in the future. The clear job description will help people to understand the business area of CPE and to develope curriculum in job training.

Previous study showed that some mistakes that the procedures did not comply with the writers' guidelines. Reviewing the cun"ent writers' guidelines for emergency operating procedures revealed that they lack of some important human factors rules such as enumeration of switching conditions and detailed action requirements, definite expression for setup points, description for anticipated results, and recommendation for use of present tense, affirmative sentence and active voice. This study suggested a new classification system for the writers' guideline contents supplementing the deficiencies of the current emergency operation procedure text.

Consumers have benn interested in Roominess of car. Almost every car makers direct their efforts to enlarge vehicle interior roominess. Until now, the first method of enlarging roominess of vehicle is only enlarging interior dimensions; Legroom, Headroom, Shoulder room and so on. Many consumers do not feel so large despite of large interior physical dimensions. Therefore, we determine the definition of roominess as a perception and find the relation between roominess as a perception and physical dimension which applied in the early period of vehicle design by consumer's survey. Statistics methods have been used for analyzing survey results.

Risk management is a business practice to deal with crisis in finance, natual disaster, industrial safety, business malfuction, and governmental crisis. The main process of risk management is comprised of risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation and risk treatment. One of the difficulties in risk evaluation process is to deal with the uncertainty of risk information. During the past decade many researchers categorized the risk uncertainty. This paper surveyed the risk uncertainty classification scheme suggested by previous researchers. The national and international standards on the risk management nearly regulated assessment or control of risk uncertainty during risk management process except an Canadian standard. This study suggested the need to standardize the risk uncertainty treatment process.
