        강원도 평창군 중왕산 지역 음나무의 입지환경 및 생장특성

        The objective of this study was to investigate the site and growth characteristics of Kalopanax septemlobus mixed with other hardwoods growing at Mt. Joongwang area located in Pyungchang-gun, Kangwon-do. The K. septemlobus stands were located at 1,000m to 1,200m in altitude, steep slope, and ridge-slope areas with aspects facing northeast to northwest. The K. septemlobus stands showed deep A soil layer with high soil moisture and soil nutrients. Major over-story species were Quercus mongolica, Acer pictum, Acer pseudosieboldianum and Carpinus cordata. The herbaceous vegetation was predominantly consisted with Pimpinella brachycarpa, Meehania urticifolia, Ainsliaea acerifloia and Polystichum species. The annual mean diameter increment of K. septemlobus was 2.4㎜/year, with high diameter growth at lower altitude, south aspect and valley areas.

        장백산지역 잣나무-활엽수 천연림 택벌(擇伐) 적지내(跡地內) 천연갱신 특성

        This study was conducted to understand the dynamics of naturally regenerated seedlings and saplings in 28 years after selective cutting at natural Korean pine-broadleaved forests in Ml. Changbai. The number of naturally regenerated tree species was 16 species in 28 years after selective cutting. The appearance rate of naturally regenerated tree species was 56 percentage and the early-successional tree species of Acer ukurunduense, Acer mono, Acerpseudosieboldianum, Prunus padus var. pubescens, and Mucukia wnurensis were found in the first 10 years after selective cutting. The seedlings and saplings of shade-tolerant tree species of Pinus koraiensis, Acer mandshuricwn, litmus laciniata were appeared and the appearance rate was higher than 75% after 15 years while it showed little changes from 19 years after selective cutting. The distribution density of seedlings and saplings of regenerated tree species in selective cutting area was 5,500-6,100 trees per hectare in the first 10 years, and it increased gradually along with the restoration of disturbed area and it could reach 7,500 trees per hectare after 15 years.

        북한 평양 상원지역에서 1년생 4배체 아까시나무의 생장특성과 엽성분 함량

        본 연구에서는 중국 북경 옌칭(延慶)으로부터 북한 상원지역에 도입한 1년생 묘목 4배체 아까시나무를 대상으로 식재 입지별로 1년생 묘목의 생장특성을 분석하고, 엽내 3가지 성분의 함량 측정을 통해 향후 식재 후 수확한 엽의 사료첨가제로 이용 가능성을 검토하였다. 그 결과, (1) 상원지역에서 평지에 식재한 4배체 아까시나무는 중국의 옌칭지역 내 4배체 아까시나무에 비해 당년생 맹아지의 길이와 근원경이 50%정도 작게 나타났다. (2) 상원지역의 4개 사면입지에서 4배체 아까시나무의 당년생 맹아지의 길이 생장은 동, 서, 남사면에서 북사면에 비해 23~30% 크게 나타났고, 근원경은 동, 남사면의 4배 아까시나무가 북, 서사면에 비해 14~23% 크게 나타났다. (3) 상원지역에서 4배체 아까시나무의 엽내 조단백질과 조회분 함량은 중국 옌칭지역 내 4배체 아까시나무와 마찬가지로 일반 아까시나무 잎에 비해 40% 이상 높게 나타났다. The growth characteristics and the several component content of leaves in one year old tetraploid of Robinia pseudoacacia introduced at five site planted respectively were surveyed in Sangwon area Pyongyang, and the expand plant possibility and the leaves harvested as feed additive use of possibility in Democratic People`s Republic of Korea was discussed in comparison with tetraploid of R. pseudoacacia of Yanqing area. The results were as follows (1) the length and stump diameter of annual sprouting stems at Sangwon area were smaller 50% than the tetraploiod of R. pseudoacacia stems that Yanqing area; (2) the length of sprouting stems in slope sites of Eastern (E), Western(W) and Southern(S) at Sangwon were higher 23~30% than the length that Northern slope site(N), and the diameters of sprouting stem in the slope of Eastern(E) and Southern(S) were higher 14~23% than the slope sites of Northern(N) and Western(W); (3) crude protein contents and ash contents of leaves at Sangwon were higher 40% general R. pseudoacacia and similar to the leaves that Yanqing area.

        The stem barks of Kalopanax septemlobus were extracted with MeOH, and successively partitioned with $CH_2Cl_2$, EtOAc, BuOH and water. Repeated column chromatographic separation of the $CH_2Cl_2$ fraction resulted in the isolation of four compounds. Their structures were identified as ${\beta}-sitosterol$ (1), oleanolic acid (2), 3,3'-bis(3,4-dihydro-4-hydroxy-6-methoxy-2H-1-benzopyran) (3) and (-)-balanophonin (4). This is the first report on the isolation of 3,3'-bis(3,4-dihydro-4-hydroxy-6-methoxy-2H-1-benzopyran) (3) and (-)-balanophonin (4) from Kalopanax spp.
