The main purpose of this stimy is to systematize a teary of the personnel management system for out-bound travel agency which has been suffered from the difficulties in 1MF organization in order to cope with the keen competition and change of the travel circumstance and also it could possible to present a factor of the personnel management system and it will give us some solution through the analysis for the satisfaction of personnel management system of out-bound travel agency. In order to achieve the above purpose, We have run parallel analysis with both of the literature study and empirical study. On the base of this analysis, it could draw out the satisfaction factors of personnel management system from the employee such like the compassion management system and education training management system, disposition valuation management system, humanity relationship management system, social welfare management system, personnel evaluation management system. And the major findings of this study could be summarized as follows First, the satisfaction of compensation management system presented low condition and it's necessary to improve a basic salary and system of the bonus through the others income of the company such as the commission etc. Second, we could get the result that the personnel evaluation management system had a low satisfaction from the employee after the step of the compensation management system so it need to consider a station evaluation management system and personal relationship management system in order to overcome this kind of limitation of the personnel evaluation management system Finally, for the education training management system, it need to have continuous training and also to be trained for the package travel goods and reservation, information, sales, ticketing, procedure.

Williams' portrayal of female characters changes from women who live in conflict between tradition and self-reliance: Blanche in A Streetcar Named Desire, Amanda and Laura in The Glass Menagerie, to women who accept reality and achieve self-reliance: Maggie in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. The main purpose is to examine the female characters' tradition and sense of self in the three plays and also to study the female psychological aspects and conflicts regarding sexual roles.

O'Neill's mood is saturnine and uncompromisingly pessimistic. It is a mood that rarely left him when he contemplated that world at large and man's chances in it. However, in Long Day's Journey into Night the late O'Neill had transcended the tragic aspects through love, understanding and forgiveness.

The main purpose of this thesis is to examine a brief overview of some topics of feminist psychology and an account of Nancy Chodorow's interpretation of the mother-daughter bond. The main contribution Chodorow makes in her book is to focus attention on the previously neglected preoedipal period as critical in the development of the girl's personality. When the girl reaches adolescence she is struggling to separate out from her mother, but at the same time she feels close bonding. A feminist biological approach could point out the sources of the play in Bowles' life. In the summer House would lend itself to examination by Rubin's ideas: the men in the play are passive in the action. The characters of Molly and Vivian in the play can be seen as the two sides of a daughter locked in ambivalent relationship with her first love object, her mother.

The main purpose of this thesis is to examine the feminism in The Glass Menagerie of Tennessee Williams. In this play, Williams reveals the complex inner working of female psycohlogy. Amanda Wingfield is the first in a line of memorable women Williams creates and she is a many-facet, unique individual. She is also a universal type. a mother with the characteristic qualities of devotion to her offspring. In feminist psychology, one of the important topics is an interpretation of the mother-daughter bond formed during the first years of life and its effects on the later life of the daughter. There are several short scenes in the play between mother and daughter, but the relationship is so one-sided that Laura never seems to have much of a will or to be much of a participant. Laura doesn't try to separate out from her mother. The family tragedy is set against the larger social context of the country in the 1930s. Williams describes Amanda and Laura as a victim of patriarchy. His success is largely attributed to his superb characterization of woman. The Glass Menagerie, which was written in 1944, marked a turning point in feminist criticism.

This thesis is to study the female characters' sexual aspects, self-change process due to the family conflicts and pursuit of women's identity. The dynamic feminine role created by Williams is ‘Maggie’in Cat on A Hot Tin Roof. We must have a deep understanding of the mother's mind to be able to see the homosexuality in which the females tend to struggle through. One of the solutions presented in the above is in Cat on A Hot Tin Roof ; there exists the findings of the relationship between spouses that is reconciled and it endures feminine sexuality and women's life as it is shown in reality.

A Streetcar Named Desire에 나타난 여성의 정체성 연구

Tennessee Williams was one of the most excellent playwrights in America after the war. His attitude toward female characters in his major plays was very different in comparison to other playwrights. Williams' greatest parts of his works appeared in his main characters, some of which were coompletely with obsessive or with persecutive complexes. A Streetcar Named Desire was the best ecpressed of Williams' works, showing the best portrayal of the relatiionship between human psychology and the confict regarding sexual roles. In compareson between Blanche's and Stella's attitude toward sexuality, Williams described diffreent kinds of sexual conflicts that affected human relations. It appears to show the addicted uneasiness of sexuality, homosexuality, feminine sexuality, and various other subjets in pursuit of a similar nature. The feminine sexual identity is able to examine these various and complex aspects of feminine sexuality in his play.

To summarize tennessee Williams' works there were two features in his writings: one of which was the social problems in the Southern area, the other which is the creation of various personalities of the female characteristics. The female personalities he portrayed were usually sacrificial women with uncontrollable power. Williams' highlight of his autobiographical element shows most in the Glass Menagerie; there is no element of sexuality but this play is the most important work for the research of mother-daughter bonding and understanding of his other plays. In this play, Williams tried to describe the female psychological aspects represented in the pursuit of women's identity through the theme of mother-daughter bonding and psychological description of female characters. In order to understand the women's identity in Williams' plays, the 'mother and daughter' relationship, in which 'Amanda and Laura' shows the various is self righteous and is the symbol of a human being in the foundation process of women's identity.

Bicycle Ergometer 작업을 시작한 직후의 심박수와 산소섭취량의 변동

In order to examine the responses of heart rate and oxygen uptake during the first minutes of bicycle ergometer work with different loads, we measured the heart rate and oxygen uptake on 975, 100, 125, 150, 175, 200 and 225 watts. The results obtained were as follows: 1. Time required for reaching a steady state of heart rate and oxygen uptake was delayed with increasing work loads and it was more significant in case of oxygen uptake. 2. Statistically significant difference was existed in heart rate among different work loads of ergometer cycling except between 125 and 150 watts and between 200 and 225 watts. 3. Statistically significant difference was existed in oxygen uptake among different work loads, especially within 1 minute after onset of ergometer cycling. 4. The changes in the rates of increase of heart rate( HR%) and oxygen uptake( VO₂%) during the work, which were calculated as percentage to the values at 3 minutes after onset of ergometer cycling showed approximately the same pattern regardless of work loads, and the rate of increase was greater in heart rate than in oxygen uptake within 1 minute after onset of ergometer cycling.
