        에너지전환과 탄소중립으로 촉진되는 재생에너지와 분산형전원 확대에 따라 계통접속 수요 대응과 계통안정성 확보를 위해 차세대 AC/DC 혼용망 구축을 위한 MVDC 핵심기기와 운영시스템 개발, 테스트베드 구축을 지원하는 정부지원 R&D사업을 2022년부터 7년간 추진할 계획이다. 이를 통해 MVDC 산업기반 조성과 국내기업의 글로벌 시장선도에도 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. In order to respond to grid connection demand and secure grid stability in accordance with the increase of renewable energy and distributed power promoted by Energy transition policy and carbon Net-zero, MVDC core equipment and grid operating system development for the construction of a AC/DC hybrid power distribution network, and test bed construction will be supported by the government-funded R&D program for 7 years from 2022. It is expected that this program will be able to contribute to establishment of the MVDC industry base and the global market leadership of domestic companies.

        장용피기제에 관한 연구(제1보) Invitro Test에 의한 기제의 선택에 대하여

        The importance of enteric coating technique among the pharmaceutical firms has recently risen very significantly. This study of enteric coating bases was made in order to determine the most suitable bases and dusting powders. Materials and equipment used in this experiment are shown in table I and kinds of enteric coating bases and their formulas are shown in table 2. The evaluation of the suitability for enteric coating bases and dusting powder was made by disintergration test after measuring the thickness of the enteric coated layer as shown in the tables 4 and 5. Based on the results of this study, the base D(shellac 20 Gm, anhydrous lanoline 5 Gm, 96% alcohol 75ml) and the base E (shellac 10 Gm, cetyl alcohol 10 Gm. acetone 80ml) are selected among the 8 kinds of bases studied in a preliminary test and it was found that Mg-stearate and Ca-stearate were in most suitable dusting powders among the 6 kinds studied for the bases D and E. Further study on bases D and E was carried out by varying the proportions of the materials which were the orginal constituents of bases D and E. According to the result of this further study shown in table 6, the shellac 15 Gm cetyl alcohol 5 Gm Acetone 80ml of base E is recommended as the most suitable dusting powder.

        The prosperity of a nation depends on the health of the people and the health depends on the natural environment. economic conditions, the sociocultural level and other factors. Especially food habits affect the nutritional state of the people and their health. So, we should try to study our food habits and the method of food analysis to devote to promote our nutritional balance. Until the present, our people have taken a heavy diet of vegetables and rice without due consideration for nutritional balance. Because of this, we face many nutritional problems. in order to solve them, it is necessary that we invest in protein resources and supply the easential amino acids which are apt to be deficient in us. Due to the increasing importance of amino acids in the nutritional field, the amino acids content of Korean foods has been partially studied in the past by several workers. In this work, we tried to analyze 12 kinds of Korean foods for the estimation of 14 kinds of amino acids. For the estimation of amino acid in Korean foods. Automatic Amino Acid Analyzer was applied on the foods which had been hydrolyzed amino acids in the protein of foods. All the foods we tried to hydrolyze are maintained in definite conditions for consistency of the data. From the results of this study, we observed that soybeen products are a good source of protein. though they are planteins and vegetable proteins are less good one. (We can understand the distribution of amino acids in Korean foods through the study.) The study may be devoted for Korean people in nutritional field. This study should be continued in the futures.
