        배합중 카본블랙 혼입속도에 천연고무 점도가 미치는 영향

        The power curve during rubber mixing presents useful information for the understanding of rubber mixing process, because the power curve is determined the mixing state of rubber at the point. The time to the second peak on the power curve js known as carbon black incorporation time, BIT. This study gets the quantity relationship of BIT and viscosity of natural rubber, so by determining the mixing time of the compound on the ground of viscosity of the raw rubber. The mixing with natural rubber and carbon black is examined for various grade natural rubbers, encompassing a wide range of Mooney viscosity. Alter smoothing the mixing power curve using a polynomial, the carbon black incorporation time, BIT, was determined time to second power peak on the curve, The BIT's versus specific values on Mooney viscometer test curve show a linear relation, Especially, the peak of initial maximum torque on Mooney viscometer curve, PMT, is most relevant property relating to the BIT. PMT is useful index for determined optimum mixing time, To apply this results at the mixing, we effectively control the natural rubber mixing but can also know the grading of natural rubber upon processability.<br/>

        Conventional gas deposits consist of pressurized gas held in porous and permeable reservoir rocks and its recovery takes place where the natural pressure of the gas reservoir forces gas to the surface. But gas hydrate is a crystalline solid, its prospects require reservoir rock properties approprate porosity, permeability with mapping of temperature and pressure conditions to define the hydrate stability zone. In this study, we have carried out to investigate the dissociation characteristics of methane hydrates and the productivities of dissociated gas and water with depressurization scheme. Also, it has been conducted the flowing behavior of the dissociated gas and water in porous rock and the efficiency of the production.

        고충격 발생기구의 완충시스템 해석

        In this study, the dynamic absorbing system for gas operated gun has been investigated. For this purpose, firstly. mathematical model of gas-operated shoulder-fired gun has been constructed. Through a series of experimental works using the devised test setup, the characteristic behavior of mathematical model was compared to the test results. In order to design the dynamic absorbing system, parameter optimization process has been performed based on the simplified isolation system under constraints of moving displacement and transmitted force. In order to implement the more efficient dynamic absorbing system, the characteristic performance of stroke-dependent variable damping system has been analyzed with some opening area curves. Finally, the performance of the designed dynamic absorbing system has been evaluated by simulation and experiment using the previous test apparatus.

      • 자외선 조사에 의한 인체 각질형성세포 세포고사 방어인자에 관한 연구

        Back ground: Human skin is continuously exposed to UV irradiation. Ultraviolet irradiation of human skin cause sunburn cell which is relevant to the apoptosis of keratinocytes. In the epidermis, apoptosis inducing factors and anti-apoptotic factors probably exist to maintain the integrity of keratinocytes. Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the exsistence of apoptosis inducing factors and anti-apoptotic defence factors by evaluation of UV induced apoptosis in cultured human keratinocyte and other keratinocyte cell lines(A-431 cells, KB cells) and its susceptibility of UV induced apoptosis in various conditions. Method: In this study, the percentages of apoptosis, necrosis and cell viability of irradiated human keratinocytes and othe keratinocyte cell lines by MMT assay and AO/EO stain. The percentages of those were measured before UVB irradiation and 8, 24, 48 hours after UVB irradiation. Also, the same evaluations were performed with irradiated human keratinocytes cultured without growth factor and with enough growth factors, both results were compared with each other. And the effect of cycloheximide, a protein synthesis inhibitor was evaluated. Also that of aurintricarboxylic acid(ATA), an inhibitor of endonucleases which play an important role in inducing apoptosis of human keratinocytes was evaluated. Result: Human keratinocytes and other keratinocyte cell lines(A-431 cells, KB cells) were cultured in vitro developed maximal apoptosis 48 hours after irradiation, keratinocytes were more resistant to UV induced apoptosis than the others. The withdrawal of growth factors from keratinocyte and addition of cycloheximide decreased the cell survival rate following UV irradiation and increased the induction of apoptosis. And ATA inhibited UV induced apoptosis. Conclusion: These results indicate that human keratinocytes have both anti-apoptotic factors and apoptosis inducing factors to maintain the homeostasis. And survival signals mediated through growth factors or cellular proteins are responsible for the resistance to apoptosis observed in keratinocytes in vitro.
