        공동주택 안목치수 설계기준에 의한 붙박이장의 표준화방안 연구

        Built-in wardrobe is constructing after ordering and making, because built-in wardrobe's size is fixed as housing measurement. It is hard to speak built-in wardrobe components of construction in these ways, and application of an MC (Modular Coordination) design system is meaningless too. And above all, measurement before construction isn't to expect standardization, and to increase custom-made furniture. So I suggest the standardization of built-in wardrobe utilizing standard last finish and reference plane in order to prevent an evil influence of built-in wardrobe's construction. And we utilized a reference plane, and we present construction document and design plan in order to solve these problems. The first stage, we investigate manufacture of a preferential domestic system kitchen and construction state, and we derive from a problem in viewpoints of standardization for this. And we analyze an effect got by application of the assembly basis aspect that we presented, and we can raise efficiency of standardization of housing and construction industry, and we light ultimately up. I will apply a standardization plan as above, and define that this assures a standardization of components and an economic effect.

        조립기준면을 활용한 시스템키친의 표준화 연구

        It has applied the design method of face to face dimension, an MC (Modular Coordination) design method, at design steps of an apartment house for standardization of architecture. But It has been still using center line size. A construction limit isn't specific on these center line size, and dead space occurs with excessive gaps as size matching isn't performed well between structural sieve and parts. And above all, measurement before construction isn't to expect standardization, and to increase custom-made furniture. We investigate manufacture of a preferential domestic system kitchen and construction state, and we derive from a problem in viewpoints of standardization for this. And we utilized a reference plane, and we present construction document and design plan in order to solve these problems. And we analyze an effect got by application of the assembly basis aspect that we presented, and we can raise efficiency of standardization of housing and construction industry, and we light ultimately up.

        도시형 생활주택의 유닛 모듈라 공법 설계에 관한 연구

        The Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs has announced a policy which can enable the building of urban type housing with the use of a prefabrication method 2010. However, such may possibly be at standstill owing to the prefabrication methodology that has not been currently developed in Korea. Moreover, small households of consisting of one or two family members have been steadily increasing, but the small housing units in which they reside has been decreasing. Due to this situation, urban type housing has been proposed. To expand the propagation of such urban type housing and to promote prefabrication methods, the top priority project is to develop a technology that is able to reduce construction costs, as well as to shorten the actual construction period. In consideration of this prefabrication system for an avenue to solve such problems, a series of systems and policies for the fostering of prefabricated urban type housing has been proposed. This study is to review a series of methods, technologies and policies that are required for such urban type housing and henceforth, to utilize such as preliminary data for further prefabricated urban type housing.

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the MVRDV's collective housing through the "void". This void realize the urban public that get a perspective of the environment and endow its surroundings with the identity. We are able to rethink a diversity of collective housing and traverse the urban public by this study. Futhermore, we bring out our plan for relation of modernism with the urban public.

        공동주택 자재의 표준화를 위한 표준마무리재의 개발 및 시범적용

        In our country, the application of the design method of face to face dimension in wall-slab apartment has passed 10 years. So MC(Modular Coordination) design method has fixed in the design step to some degree. In Design and Work Execution of House the exclusive area of the apartment was calculated by face to face dimension. And the term of face to face dimension was known broadly to clients, construction company, etc. But design method of face to face dimension is not to simply extend the room size so far as wall depth in design process but to ensure the actual space should be considered with efficient use and assembly of building components. That is to say, Design method of face to face dimension is not to be defined by design step but to be related with construction and maintenance. However in construction process the point of face to face design method was not understood even now. So the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of demonstrating standard last finishes. As a fist stage, we apply for patents and produced 3 standard last finishes. And then we constructed the standard last finishes for 2 construction sites. This study analze the effect about three viewpoints, there are workability, economics and standardization effect. Through this analysis, we know that standardization using the reference plane and standard last finish must have application from planing stage till construction stage. It is a way to maximize the standardization effect.

So the purpose of this study was to extract the effect and question of face to face design method in construction process by survey of actual condition of structure and construction quality, and compare this result with existing construction method. The following project of this study is to survey of actual condition of interior components such as gypsum board, windows & doors etc. Therefore this study is to induce architectural long-life through architectural standardization construction and component's exchange, and, by the subject of the study on Apartment to have design guideline and basis for joining part between Gypsumboard and windows.

        There is small-scale household increases recently, but there is mini-housing that live small-scale household decreases. There is mini-housing construction decreases, and the reason is that applies strict business approval and procedural constructive rule for even mini-housing if the scale exceeds 20 households. The Urban-type Housing that is according to this reason is for mini-housing expansion. And this institution disinflate constructive rule and process in comparison with existing system. The ultimate purpose of this study is to propose a design standard and proto-type for modular Urban-type Housing. This is going to bring a reduction of construction period and cost, standardization and composition.

        조립기준면을 활용한 조립식 욕실의 표준화 연구

        The recent government is leaning to force to environment-friendly policy through green homes of an apartment house. According to this a construction industry sieve is devising longevity name apartment house or all kinds of technology and institutional improvement bill regarding SI houses etc. Specially, I am leading parts anger of an apartment house and standardization through mathematical easiness anger grades at the static systems that are a house performance grade. This study will present the improvement plan which is the last through manufacture and construction state to a standardization plan of a fabricated bathroom as main parts of an apartment house by this period demand. In this way parts of the house that standardization doesn't become drop efficiency of construction, and According to this I raise a unit cost. I propose the assembly basis plane that is a basis being applied, and I commonly analyze the effect at design and construction steps for this. And then economy part is accentuated the efficiency that standardization of superior apartment house parts brings in a environment-friendly part.

        Most of Korean architectures are built with wet method, as RC and SRC structure. These methods needs construction labour in site. However, the construction quality varies management, climate and site environment, delivery, skills etc. Advanced country adopted prefabrication architecture to prevent above problems and solve the labour supply. Many of residential architecture, military facilities, hotels, loading houses are completed modular and prefabrication method. But, this method is not spreaded in domestic market because of the lack of economic feasibility. The purpose of this paper is to examine the current level of domestic modular technology and to varify the way of study direction.
