현재 우리나라의 해양․수산․해운분야의 종합정보통신망의 구축이 필요한 이유는 해양의 중요성과 관련 종사자 및 어민에 대한 기초정보 제시와 함께 연구 인프라 구축과 관련하여 국민들에게 자료를 제공하며, 이를 위하여 해양․수산 및 해운의 각 분야에 분산된 연구정보와 기타 관련 정보들을 수집․분석한 뒤 DB화하여, 체계적인 정보 유통체제를 구축하고 해양정보 취합을 위한 원격자료 통합관리시스템을 운영함으로써 국내외 대학, 연구기관 및 기업체를 연계하고 활발한 정보의 공유화 교류를 통하여 우리나라의 해양, 수산의 발전뿐만 아니라 국가 경쟁력 강화에 이바지 할 수 있도록 연구하고자 한다. Our country has been surrounded an advantageous around condition by sea on three sides. But the development into the sea, for a lack of systematic database on the marine total information network for a foundation information and reseach infra construction. This marine total information network will be not contribute to an advance of domestic marine industry through information`s common ownership but also international competitiveness strength.

기업의 정보보호활동 예산 중 정보보호제품 구매가 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 있다. 그러나 정보보호제품을 객관적으로 비교하기 위해 적용되어야 하는 평가요소와 평가모델이 없어 제품 선택에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 정보보호제품 고유의 품질 특성을 연구하고 그에 따른 평가 요소들을 선정한다. 선정된 평가 요소들을 분석하여 중요도에 따른 가중치를 부여한 품질 결정 모델을 제시한다. 대상은 네트워크 정보보호제품으로 제한하여 분석하였고 모든 정보보호제품으로 확대하여 적용할 수 있다. The purchase of information protection products accounts for the largest portion of corporate information protection activity budgets. However, there are no evaluation factors and evaluation models that should be applied to objectively compare information protection products, and therefore, product selection is difficult. Therefore, in this study, we study the inherent quality characteristics of information security products and select evaluation factors accordingly. The selected evaluation factors are analyzed and a quality determination model is given by weighting according to importance. The target is limited to the network information protection product and can be extended to all information protection products.

본 연구는 동남아지역 진출을 위한 거점항만으로써의 경제의 중추적 역할을 담당하고자 목포신어항 건설 등 항만시설의 확충과 , 다도해 해상국립공원으로 수려한 할 수 있도록 현대화된 목포항을 조성하고자 각종 편의시설을 확보하는데 최선을 다 하고 있다. 그러므로 중요한 목포항의 해양 정보화 활용에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다. The information on maritime affairs in South Korea has been provided by Ministry of Maritime affairs and fisheries, National Fisheries Research and Development Institute, Korea Ocean Research and Development Institute, National Oceanographic Research Development Institute, and the information on marine products and maritime environment has been lively producing by laborarories, universities and other private-run institutes.

새 천년을 맞이하면서 국내는 물론, 전세계가 새로 펼쳐질 미래의 생활상에 대한 기대찬 희망을 갖고있다. 우리생활 환경의 변화와 발전으로 더욱 많은 부분에서 혜택을 누리게 될 것이며 정보통신은 그 희망을 현실화하는 중요한 역할을 수행할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 21세기의 정보통신 산업은 눈부신 기술진보와 함께 정치경제 문화사회의 전분야에 걸쳐 통신 패러다임의 획기적 변화로 말미암아 통신정보산업을 그 필요성과 함께 더울 발전할 것이며, 정보와 지식을 널리 전파하는 핵심 산업으로 자리잡을 것이다. 논문에서는 현재의 선진국과 우리 나라의 정보화 현황과 정도를 살펴보고 2000년대의 정보 통신기술을 전망하며, 이에 걸맞은 바람직한 정보통신정책 방향을 모색해 보고 정보통신 기술에 따른 정보격차 해소 방안은 무엇인지 제안해 보고자 연구하였다.
