      • WiMAX 시스템에서 단말 속도에 따른 빔포밍 이득을 고려한 MCS level선택 알고리즘

        WiMAX 시스템에서 기지국은 스케줄링을 통해 CQI (Channel Quality Indicator)정보를 이용하여 MCS(Modulation Coding Scheme) level을 결정한다. 이후 기지국은 하향링크 빔포밍(Downlink Beamforming) 기법을 이용하여 데이터를 전송한다. 빔포밍 기법은 채널 상의 이득을 제공하여 통신 시스템의 성능 및 throughput 향상에 기여한다. 빔포밍기법을 사용하기 위해서는 가중치의 계산에 사용할 채널정보가 필요하다. 고속의 단말에서는 시간에 따른 채널 상태가 급격히 변화하므로 빔포밍에 잘못된 가중치가 사용될 가능성이 커진다. 현재 WiMAX 시스템에서는 저속의 단말일 경우에 얻을 수 있는 빔포밍 이득을 고려하지 않고 CQI 정보만을 이용하여 MCS level을 선택하고 있으며, 그 이외의 방법은 알려져 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 단말 속도 추정 알고리즘과 결합된 MCS 선택 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이를 통해 기지국이 단말의 속도에 따라 빔포밍 이득이 반영된 MCS 레벨을 선택함으로써 시스템의 throughput을 높인다.

        복합조직강의 인장성질에 미치는 열처리경로와 Cr 첨가의 영향

        The effects of heat treatment paths and chromium addition on tensile properties in austenite dual phase steel obtained by isothermal heat treatment in the two phase region directly from the austenite region and intercritical dual phase steel obtained by intercritical annealing were investigated. As a specimen Fe/1.1.Mn/0.12C and Fe/1.0Mn/1.1Cr/0.12C steels were used. It was found that austenite dual phase steel had a increased volume fraction of martensite than the intercritical dual phase steel over the same time of heat treatment. Chromium addition decreased the volume fraction of martensite at the same isothermal heat treatment temperature. The isolated coarse martensite particles were obtained with little effect of chromium addition in austenite dual phase steel, but in the case of intercritical dual phase steel, coarse and finely dispersed martensite particles were observed with the addition of chromium caused by initial structure before intercritical annealing. As for the effect of chromium on tensile properties, total elongation of austenite dual phase steel was remarkably decreased with low tensile strength, but tensile strength increased and total elongation decreased slightly in intercritical dual phase steel. In Fe/1.0Mn/1.1Cr/0.12C steel, the total elongation of intercritical dual phase steel was excellent than that of austenite dual phase steel due to the fact that the mean size of martensite was so small and the number of martensite particles per unit area were remarkably increased at the same volume fraction.

        구상 흑연주철의 기지조직과 고주기 피로특성

        The rotary bending and the tension-compression fatigue tests were performed on as-cast spheroidal graphite cast iron as well as heat treated spheroidal graphite cast irons with three different matrices: ferritic, pearlitic and ferrite-pearlitic. The fatigue limit of the ferrite-pearlitic specimen was higher than that of the pearlitic or the ferritic specimen. It was shown that the fatigue limit was affected by the matrix structures as well as the static strength. The stress intensity factor K, was higher than the notch factor K, in the ferritic specimen. The sensitivity to K of the ferritic spheroidal graphite cast iron was higher than that of the steel with the same tensile strength. The result was attributed to the notch effect of graphite nodules in the matrix

        Extramammary Paget's disease most commonly occurs on the female external genitalia and rarely occurs in the perianal region. Recently we experienced a case of perianal Paget's disease associated with rectal adenocarcinoma. The patient was 59-year-old man. Barium enema and abdominal CT scan showed an ulcerative lesion in the rectum. Lower anterior resection was performed. Histologically, the tumor was composed of an invasive, moderately differentiated adenocarinoma extending through the muscularis propria. There were prominent pagetoid spread of signet ring tumor cells within the squamous epithelium of the anal canal and perianal skin, in direct continuity with the adjacent rectal tumor. Intraepithelial gastrointes-tinal-type gland was also recognized. In both the rectum and the skin specimen, the neoplastic cells were positive for PAS, mucicarmine, alcian blue, cytokeratin, and carcinoembryonic antigen. The presence of intraepithelial glands with staining characteristics suggestive of gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma probably represents pagetoid spread of underlying rectal adenocarcinoma.
