In this study, the case of a vehicle fire ignited by a poor contact in a high voltage electric component of a hybrid vehicle was analyzed. As a result of the analysis, local melting and heating traces were identified in the high voltage power relay. In addition, it was confirmed that the fire spread from the power relay to adjacent seats and the surrounding upper floors. It is expected that these fire factors can be used as useful data to examine the insulation and circuit safety of high-voltage electric components applied to electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles.

The study analyzed the risk of ignition due to contact with combustible materials by measuring temperature characteristics according to the operating conditions of the DPF in a vehicle fire case. The ignition part of the vehicle is the right rear part of the engine compartment, and the combustion is believed to have expanded as the ignition flame spreads into the engine compartment and hood. In addition, combustion traces and color changes due to hydrothermal were observed on the upper surface of the DPF of the exhaust system. As a result of measuring the temperature of the DPF, it increased from 200 to 300 ℃ under normal operating conditions and 600 ℃ during regeneration. Therefore, it is believed that the risk of ignition is high when flammable materials come into contact with DPFs with high temperature properties.

In this study, the cases of vehicle fires that were ignited by disc brakes of passenger cars and drum brakes of trucks were analyzed. It is analyzed that the disc and pad of the left front wheel brake system of the passenger car are frictionally overheated, and the high temperature frictional heat ruptures the hydraulic piston seal, and the leaked oil ignites and leads to a fire. It is analyzed that the brake drum and lining of the left rear wheel (5-axle) brake system of the truck were overheated by friction, and the high temperature frictional heat melted the aluminum wheel and bursted the tire, leading to a fire. This overheating of the brake system increases the risk of fire by causing rupture or deformation of the piston seal, especially in hydraulic friction brakes. is deemed necessary.

In this study, we developed a pricing system that reflects the appraisal of the used car market transaction characteristics. appraisal system to correct the Registration date, options, mileage at the average market price. Also appraisal to correct the accident information, vehicle condition, special factors. The result, in the case of a normal vehicle is not departing from the average price range. If the accident history and the special factors that correction has been calculated as the lower of the average market price or less. Generally appraisal were rated somewhat lower than the dealer price sale. All differences -14.7~5.5%, the mean difference was -4.72%.

This study, the exchange value of the car after the repair, which affects the valuation elements and repair characteristics factors were investigated. Based on this specific accident damaged condition of the car, repair range, repair methods, repair costs, market transactions, taking into account the vehicle"s value appraisal method is proposed.

In this study, we compared EDR information extracted from the crash case with the DTG of the vehicle to evaluate the reliability of the EDR data. The vehicle speed and engine speed data recorded in the EDR were confirmed to be highly similar to the driving record information in all the crash cases. The vehicle speed error of the collided vehicle ranged from -3.5 to + 1.6%. Engine speed error was evaluated in the range of -9.4 ~ + 6.1%. The evaluation of EDR data and DTG is expected to cause some errors due to the accuracy of each device, the difference of data detection function, data recording period, resolution, and recording date. In the future, reliability information about EDR should be updated through various collision cases and collision tests.
