        녹색건축인증제(G-SEED)의 의료시설 평가 항목에 관한 연구

        A healthcare facility is an excessive energy-consuming facility for public use, especially for patients, thus it should consider various factors in terms of its functionality, medical care, and environment. However, Korean Green Standard for Energy and Environmental Design(G-SEED) has no separate assessment scheme for healthcare. Based on assessment criteria and requirements for healthcare facility extracted from BREEAM and LEED, a survey was conducted to evaluate the contents’ suitability by medical staff. Based on the result, assessment criteria of healthcare for G-SEED will be proposed. This research is significant for it is the first research focused on opinions of medical staff, whereas previous researches were done with architectural professionals only. There are two types of extracted contents. The first one is special content only applicable to healthcare and the other one is differentiated content from the other building types. Five point likert scale method and multi-response method was used for the survey. In the survey result of healthcare-only contents, operational waste, PBT source reduction, infection control, thermal comfort, and indoor air quality were regarded as the most important contents, while direct exterior access and cyclist facilities received the lowest scores. Differentiated contents that received the highest score were in Indoor Environment category.

        종합병원 외부공간 분류체계 연구 - 미세먼지로 인한 외부공간의 의미 변화를 바탕으로 -

        Healthcare facilities are visited and used by a large number of people who are physically vulnerable to fine dust. In hospital architecture, the exterior space has been a positive factor to give healing effect, but now, due to the fine dust, the exterior environment can be harmful. Thus the meaning of exterior space of hospital architecture should be changed, and our purpose is to construct the basic data for this research field with exterior space categorization. Through literature studies, generation and movement characteristics of fine dust were investigated. Then we defined the exterior space of architecture, and based on the preceding research, the categorization of the exterior space of hospital was conducted. Through 12 regional public hospital cases, the categories and the spatial elements within them were verified. The exterior space of general hospital was divided into ① site entrance area ② vehicle and pedestrian area ③ parking area ④ building entrance area ⑤ internal-external connection area ⑥ exterior activity area, and ⑦ service area. Each category was classified by function and also by physical location of the space, so that the subtle relationship between the subspace elements can be considered in the view of coping fine dust. This study provides the basic data for the architectural study considering fine dust. The changed meaning of exterior space of hospital architecture, and the categorization of exterior space of hospital architecture were given in this study. The categorization will be used for the measurement and simulation of fine dust in the succeeding study.

        의료시설에서 자연과 건축공간의 관계 구성에 대한 연구

        The purpose of healthcare facility should be user healing and health promotion. However, healthcare facilities have a bigger impact on the natural environment than the general buildings, eventually effecting the health of people globally. ‘Environmentally friendliness’ is a more important concept in hospitals, not just in technical or mechanical performance but in therapeutic effects on users. Therapeutic environment is closely related to the natural environment. Depending on how the natural environment is drawn into the space, the healing effect of the patients is also increased. Most of the previous studies are statistical and comparative researches that cannot provide theoretical basis of architectural planning. Therefore, architectural research on the composition of architectural space and nature is needed. In this study, we categorize 16 types of relation between architectural space and nature, and based on this, analyze the present situation of 7 regional public hospitals’ 33 spaces, and provide theoretical background and guideline for therapeutic space.

        녹색건축물 인증제도의 의료시설 평가에 관한 연구 - BREEAM, LEED, CASBEE의 평가방법과 평가내용 비교ㆍ분석을 중심으로

        Purpose: As the concerns for the environment are gradually prioritized, increasing interests of environment- friendly buildings are drawn. The Green Standard for Energy & Environmental Design (G-SEED) has been strengthened. However, there are no specific assessment criteria that reflect the special situation of healthcare facility. UK, US and Japan have green building certifications specially designed to evaluate sustainable healthcare facilities. This study has been started in order to provide basic information for developing assessment criteria for healthcare facilities in Korean Green Standard for Energy and Environmental Design. Methods: In this study, we investigated three foreign green building certifications and compared their assessment system and criteria for healthcare buildings. Results: Each of the three foreign certification standards showed the difference in the system, but all contained the contents specific to healthcare facilities. Evaluation items were affected by regional cultural environment and also medical environment. Patient safety and integrative planning were the most important assessment contents. Implications: Based on this analysis, Korean Green Standard for Energy & Environmental Design for healthcare facilities will be developed.

        BREEAM의 구성체계와 의료시설을 위한 세부항목 분석

        As the concerns for the environment are gradually prioritized, increasing interests of environment-friendly buildings are drawn. Numerous researches about healthcare buildings have been performed however, they were mainly focused on convenience or healing condition for medical treatments. The hospitals consume energy and generate CO2 as twice as the residential or commercial buildings do. Various green building certification systems are globally arranged. But, it isn"t easy to find certification criteria for the green hospital besides the US and UK"s ones which are specially designed to evaluate environment-friendly medical buildings. This study investigates the foreign certification criteria and systems for the green healthcare building and finds the possibility to apply them to Korean one. We expect that it will promote more following researches for the substantial green healthcare design.

      • 거시구조 개념을 이용한 요구사항 분석 프로세스 제안

        요구사항은 소프트웨어 아키텍처 설계의 핵심 요소로서, 아키텍처의 구축과 생성의 근거를 제시해준다. 이러한 요구사항 분석을 위해 다양한 요구사항 분석 방법이 제안되고 있는데 그 중 대표적인 기법은 시나리오 기반의 분석, 목표 기반의 분석, 시나리오를 이용한 목표기반의 분석이다. 그러나 이러한 요구사항 분석 방법들은 정형화되어 있지 않아 요구사항을 분석하는 아키텍트에 의존할 수밖에 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 텍스트학을 기반으로 정형화된 기법인 거시구조를 이용한 요구사항 분석 방법을 기반으로 요구사항 분석 프로세스를 개선하여 제안하였다. 기존 연구에서 제안한 거시구조 요구사항 분석 방법을 재해석하여 요구사항을 분석하는 단계를 나누고 각 단계의 시스템 요소 설계와 구조를 정의하여 요구사항 분석 프로세스의 설계를 수행하였다.
