        지속가능생산시스템의 특성 분석 및 V&V 전략

        Manufacturing industry is one of the core sectors providing national competitiveness and economical impact Today's manufacturing industry is required to fulfill so called Sustainable Factory paradigm from the perspectives of environmental and social development. To cope with the requirements, researches for achieving sustainability in manufacturing system are actively carried out in the world from various perspectives. In this paper, we analyzed systemic characteristics of sustainable manufacturing system, and developed verification & validation strategy based on traceability between system requirement and functionality. The developed methods were applied to a European Project called the Foundation for the Sustainable Factory of the Future (FoFdation). Specifically, we analyzed and verified the deliverables of FoFdation by deriving systems architecture in terms of Component, Function, and Items. The results indicated that the FoFdation is pretty much compliant with the concept of Ubiquitous Factory, and can be used as an International Reference Model for the Smart Factoy, a world wide hot topic under the paradigm of IOT (Internet-Of-Things), if information processing part is supplemented.

      • Ubiquitous Product Life cycle Support System: 아키텍처 및 공작기계로의 적용

        Product life cycle information encompasses entire life cycle information of product including design, manufacturing, distribution, usage and disposal phase. That information is useful to support system for efficient manufacturing, maintenance and providing service. However it is hard to collect information after distribution phases, and information is not gathered in real time although it is possible to collect life cycle information at design and manufacturing phase. In this research we propose UPLS system based on UbiDMR paradigm, and propose generic architecture by analyzing functional and data requirement of the system. Works done in this paper is validated by applying to machine tool lifecycle and develop machine tool life cycle data model.

      • SOA 기반 u-Factory application 구현을 위한 서비스 모델링 방법

        While there are many attempts to meet today"s demands for manufacturing industry, a new manufacturing paradigm named u-Factory has been focused on nowadays. In u-Factory application, which has to be developed to realize u-Factory, it is nacessary to achieve information transparency between u-Factory components, and SOA fit to be used as a mechanism for information exchanged. However it is not easy to adapt SOA modeling methodology into u-Factory application directly. The reason in that in SOA modeling methodology, services are derived by analyzing a target process, but in u-Factory application, a process is also an object to be developed To deal with this problem, this paper purpose a new service modeling method for u-Factory application including process development. This method includes u-Factory application process development, functionality derivation for each component, service derivation for each component, and service composition. We applied this method into resource inspection task in steel manufacturing company as a use case to show its validity.
