의료용 기능성게임의 품질평가 방법

의료용 기능성게임의 효과가 입증되면서 다양한 분야의 투자와 주목을 받고 있다. 이에 따라 사용자를 위하여 의료용 기능성게임의 품질평가가 중요한 이슈가 되었다. 품질평가는 객관적인 기준과 평가요소 개발이 중요하다. 기능성게임의 특성 상 품질평가는 기술적인 영역과 비기술적인 영역으로 나누어 진행된다. 본 연구에서는 의료용 기능성게임의 비기술적인 영역의 품질평가 요소를 개발하기 위한 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법을 사용하여 심리 치료와 헬스케어 및 재활치료 2개 분야에 대해 각각 5개의 평가 요소를 추출하였다. 추출 결과는 전문가에 의해 내용 타당도 검사로 신뢰성을 확보했다. 본 연구는 다양한 분야의 기능성게임 품질평가 모델 개발의 가이드라인이 될 것이다.

신주의 제3자 배정에 대한 검토 ― SM엔터테인먼트 가처분사건*에 대한 평석을 겸하여 ―

최근 K-POP 열풍을 주도하고 있는 우리나라의 대형 연예기획사들이 경영권 행사를 목적으로 대규모 주식 거래를 비롯하여 신주의 제3자 배정 등 기업의 인수와 관련된 이슈가 발생했다. SM엔터테인먼트를 둘러싼 하이브와 카카오그룹 등 사이에서 이루어진 대주주 이수만과의 대규모 주식 거래, 공개매수, 제3자 신주배정, 신주발행금지 가처분 등이 그것이다. 상법은 주주에게 인정되는 신주를 배정받을 권리에 대한 예외로서 정관에 정하는 바에 따라 주주 외의 자에게 신주를 발행할 수 있도록 규정하고 있다. 이와 관련하여 주주의 기존 회사에 대한 지배권을 침해할 수 있다는 이유 등으로 제3자에 대한 신주배정을 둘러싸고 현 경영진과 주요 주주 간 종종 분쟁의 원인이 되고 있다. 제3자에 대한 신주발행은 그 발행 규모에 따라 경영상 영향을 미치는 정도가 될 수도 있다는 점에서 회사의 기존 주주, 회사의 채권자 등에게 중요한 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 사안에 따라 제3자에 대한 신주배정의 정당성이 인정되기도 하고 부정되기도 하는데, 최근 사례를 중심으로 제3자에 대한 신주발행의 구체적인 요건이 무엇인지 살펴본다. 또한 이와 관련하여 미국 등의 입법례를 살펴봄으로써 회사의 경영판단 행위로서 제3자 신주발행과 기존 경영진의 방어권 확보 등에 대해 종합적으로 검토하여 우리나라의 제3자 신주발행 운영을 둘러싼 경영권분쟁이 발생한 경우 회사와 주요 주주 간 이해 상충을 해결하기 위한 합리적 방안을 고민해 본다. 경영권 방어제도가 거의 없는 우리나라의 제도적 특성을 전제로 하되 회사 경영을 둘러싼 특정주주 외 주주 전체의 이익과 이해관계자들 간의 이익 형량 등을 종합적으로 고려하여 신주의 제3자 배정제도 운영에 대해 고민해 볼 필요가 있다. Recently, large-scale entertainment agencies in Korea, which are leading the K-POP craze, have taken over large-scale stock transactions for the purpose of exercising management rights, as well as issues related to the acquisition of new shares by a third party. These include a large-scale stock transaction with Lee Soo-man, the major shareholder, between Hive and Kakao Group surrounding SM Entertainment, a tender offer, a third-party new share allocation, and a provisional injunction against issuance of new shares. As an exception to the right to be allocated new shares recognized by shareholders, it is stipulated that new shares can be issued to persons other than shareholders as stipulated in the articles of incorporation. There are frequent disputes between the current management and major shareholders over the allotment of new shares to shareholders. The issuance of new shares to a third party can have a significant impact on the company's existing shareholders, as well as the company's creditors, in that it can affect business management depending on the size of the issuance. Nevertheless, depending on the case, the legitimacy of new share allocation to a third party is acknowledged or denied, so we examine the specific requirements for issuing new shares to a third party, focusing on recent cases. In addition, in this regard, by examining the legislative examples of the United States and other countries, comprehensively reviewing the issuance of new shares by a third party as an act of management judgment by the company and securing the right to defend the existing management, etc. Consider reasonable measures to resolve conflicts of interest between the company and major shareholders. On the premise of the institutional characteristics of Korea, where there is almost no system for defending management rights, it is necessary to consider the operation of a third-party allocation system for new shareholders by comprehensively considering the interests of all shareholders other than specific shareholders and the benefits and sentences among stakeholders surrounding the management of the company.

게임 디자인 교육을 위한 PIT 기법 활용

게임의 품질은 재미와 기능의 안정성으로 평가될 수 있다. 이 가운데 재미에 대한 품질평가 영역은 게임 디자이너의 입장에서 고려해야 될 중요한 품질요소이다. 독창적이고 몰입도 높은 재미있는 게임 디자인은 아이디어 도출, 컨셉 설정과 같은 개발 초기 단계에서 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다. 본 연구에서는 게임 디자인을 공부하는 학생들이 게임의 재미요소 설계 방법을 학습할 때 PIT기법을 활용한 사례를 소개하고 그 효과를 분석하였다. 재미있는 게임 디자인을 위해 PIT기법이 게임 디자인 교육현장에서 더 활발하게 사용되기를 기대한다. The quality of the game can be evaluated by its fun and functional stability. Among them, the quality evaluation area for fun is an important quality factor to be considered from a game designer’s point of view. In order to design an original, immersive and fun game, the early stages of development, such as idea generation and concept setting, are important. In this study, when students studying game design learn how to design fun elements for games, cases of using the PIT technique in the early stages of development were introduced and the effects were analyzed. It is expected that the PIT technique will Be used more actively in the field of game design education for fun game design.

의료용 기능성 게임의 품질평가 요소 추출

최근에 의료용 기능성 게임의 긍정적 효과가 입증되면서 사용자를 위하여 품질평가가 중요한 이슈가 되었다. 품질평가는 객관적인 기준과 평가요소 개발이 중요하다. 기능성게임의 품질평가는 프로그램적인 기술적 영역과 콘텐츠적인 비기술적 영역으로 나누어 진행된다. 본 연구에서는 품질평가 모델 개발 프로세스에 따라 심리 치료게임과 헬스 재활 치료게임에 대해 비기술적인 영역의 품질평가 요소를 개발하였다. 두 종류의 의료용 게임에 각각 5가지의 평가 요소를 추출하고 타당성을 확보하기 위해 의료 전문가들의 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 추출된 요소는 적합도 검사를 실시하여 검증하였다. 두 집단에 대한 카이제곱검정 결과는 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 본 연구 결과는 의료용 기능성게임을 설계하고 개발하는데 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. As the Medical Serious Games are recently proven effective, the quality evaluation of the game has become an important issue. In quality evaluation, objective criteria and evaluation elements are important. Quality evaluation of the serious game is divided into two areas : the technical (from the point of view of Program) and the non-technical (from the point of view of Content). In this study, we developed the quality evaluation element of the non-technical area to the psychotherapy and the health & rehab game according to developing process of quality evaluation model. We extracted five evaluation elements from the two kinds of medical games, and interviewed with medical experts in order to ensure the validity of them. The goodness of fit tests for the elements mentioned above were verified by conducting. Chi-square test results for the two groups did not differ significantly. In conclusion, we expect to take advantage of the results of this study to design and develop serious games for medical treatment.

IOT 환경에서 헬스게임 콘텐츠 설계 및 구현

In Recently, as the interest in health has increased and the spread of smart phones has become common, the development of smart health care related contents has been active. In this paper, we introduce the design, implementation and effects of game-based content that can make walking exercise fun in the Internet of Things environment. This content calculates the consumed calories by walking the stairs with the Beacon installed, and incorporates games to encourage continuous fun activities. It also provides event functions that enable on-off-line coordination. The goal of this content is to enable busy modern people to exercise lightly, funly, and constantly in the surrounding activity space. The effect of this content has been confirmed through the review of many users participating in offline events. This content is expected to be able to converge with various types of healthcare systems with the expansion of the application space.

게임 그래픽 데이터의 품질평가지표 개발 프로세스

게임이 기획, 그래픽, 프로그램의 복합적 기능을 가진 콘텐츠이지만 특별히 수준 높은 그래픽 데이터는 이용자의 만족도, 몰입 등에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 중요한 영역이다. 그러나 아직 국내외에 게임 그래픽 데이터의 품질을 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 기준이 마련되어 있지 않다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 게임 그래픽 데이터의 품질 평가를 위한 지표를 개발하는 프로세스를 제안한다. 제안된 프로세스는 그래픽 데이터의 품질 평가 영역 추출을 위한 방법과 세부 평가 지표 마련을 위한 평가 항목 추출방법들로 구성된다. 본 연구 결과는 고품질 게임 개발을 위한 품질평가 지표 개발에 적용될 것이며 관련 분야의 품질평가 모델 개발의 참조 모델이 될 것이다. 향후 본 연구는 국내외 게임 그래픽 데이터의 품질평가 표준안 설계 개발로 진행될 예정이다.

SW가치확산을 위한 SW교육 설계

미래사회의 AI·SW 교육과 보편적인 SW가치확산을 위하여 국가 차원의 여러 프로그램들이 설계되어 운영되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 SW가치확산을 위하여 소프트웨어중심대학 사업단에서 운영되고 있는 여러 프로그램들을 먼저 살펴보고 지역사회와 공교육 현장의 AI·SW 교육을 중심으로 SW가치확산의 효과를 분석하였다. 나아가 공교육 현장의 AI·SW교육의 효율성을 제고하기 위한 방안들을 제안하였다. 본 연구가 미래사회의 AI·SW 교육에 대한 방향 제시에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. Various programs at the national level are designed and operated for AI/SW education in the future society and the spread of universal SW value. In this paper, various programs operated by the software-oriented university project group were first examined for the spread of software value, and the effect of software value diffusion was analyzed focusing on AI/SW education in the local community and public education field. Furthermore, measures were proposed to improver the efficiency of AI/SW education in the public education field. It is expected that this study can contribute to suggesting the direction for AI/SW education in the future society.

게임의 멀티미디어 데이터 품질평가지표 연구

게임의 멀티미디어 데이터는 그 품질에 따라 게임의 몰입에 영향을 준다. 예술적인 품질은 평가기준을 설계하기가 어렵지만 기술적인 관점에서 평가할 수 있는 부분에 대해서는 평가기준을 설계하는 것이 품질의 신뢰성과 객관성을 확보할 수 있다. 그러나 게임의 멀티미디어 데이터에 대한 품질평가 기준은 아직 설계된 것이 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 게임의 멀티미디어 데이터에 대한 품질평가 요소를 추출하고, 추출 요소에 대한 신뢰성을 검증하였다. 그리고 각 요소에 대한세부평가내용을 정의하고, 평가지표를 개발하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 고품질의게임 개발에 가이드 역할을 하며 게임산업의 성장에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 것으로 기대한다. The multimedia data of game affects the immersion of the game depending on its quality. It is difficult to design the evaluation criteria of artistic quality of the data. But, in a technical point of view, it is possible to evaluate its quality. Thus, the design of evaluation standard can ensure the reliability and objectivity of quality. However, multimedia data quality evaluation metrics had not yet been designed. Therefore, in this study, we extracted quality evaluation elements of Game Multimedia Data, and verified the reliability of the elements. And we defined detailed evaluation items of each element, developed Multimedia Data Quality Evaluation Metrics. We expect that the results of this study will serve as a guide in the development of high-quality games, have a positive impact on the growth of the game industry.

내부회계관리제도의 운영 현황에 대한 검토 ― 주식회사 등의 외부감사에 관한 법률(법률 제15022호) 시행(2018.11.1.) 이후 ―

최근 우리나라의 경제 규모 고려 시 낮게 평가되는 회계 투명성 제고를 위해 주식회사 등의 외부감사에 관한 법률(법률 제15022호, 2017.10.31. 전부 개정)을 전면 정비하였다. 구법과 비교할 때 대폭 절차를 강화하였는데 구체적으로 외부감사 규율 대상 확대(주식회사와 경제 실질이 유사한 유한회사 포함), 외부감사인 선임 절차 개선, 상장법인 감사인 등록제도 도입 등 다양한 내용을 담고 있다. 개정된 내용 중에서도 특히 회사와 감사인 모두에게 대폭 강화된 절차로 내부회계관리제도 운영과 관련된 내용을 들 수 있다. 예를 들어, 내부회계관리제도 운영실태 등을 회사의 대표자가 직접 주주총회 등에 보고하도록 하거나, 상장법인의 경우 내부회계관리제도에 대한 인증 수준을 ‘검토’에서 ‘감사’로 상향한 것 등이다. 전부 개정된 외부감사법은 미국의 회계 개혁법의 내용을 상당 부분 반영하였는데, 전부 개정된 내부회계관리제도의 주요 내용을 살펴보고, 특히 경영진의 내부회계관리제도 ‘구축 및 운영’의 내용과 감사위원회(감사 포함)의 독립적인 ‘평가’ 및 감사인의 내부회계관리제도에 대한 ‘감사(검토)’ 활동을 비교했다. 나아가 금융감독원 보도자료 등을 통해 개정법 시행 이후 실제 내부회계관리제도의 구축 및 운영 현황을 중점적으로 살펴본다. 외부감사법은 시행 후 4년이 되면서 법률의 적용 대상은 점차 확대되고 있고, 감독기관의 상세한 법령해석 등 안내가 강화되면서 개정법의 다양한 제도들이 정착단계에 들어가고 있음에도 불구하고, 최근 발생하는 회사 내 대형횡령 사건을 고려하면 내부통제 시스템을 통한 사고 예방 및 회계처리의 투명성 제고가 작동하고 있는지 의심스럽다. 이같이 외부감사법 적용 회사가 개정법의 입법 취지에 따른 적정한 이행 여부에 대한 현황을 확인하고, 미흡한 점에 대한 개선 방법은 무엇인지, 나아가 재무제표 작성 등을 감독하는 감독기관의 바람직한 지도와 감독 방향에 대해 고민한다. Recently, the Act on External Audit of Stock Companies, etc. (Law No. 15022, fully amended on October 31, 2017) was completely overhauled to improve accounting transparency, which was considered low considering Korea's economic size. Compared to the old law, it contains a number of changes, such as expanding the subject of external audit regulation (including limited companies with similar economic substance to stock companies), improving the external auditor appointment process, and introducing the auditor registration system for listed corporations. Among the revised contents, in particular, the contents related to the operation of the internal accounting control system, which are significantly strengthened procedures for both the company and auditors, can be cited. For example, the representative of the company directly reports the operating status of the internal accounting control system to the general meeting of shareholders, etc., or in the case of listed corporations, the level of certification for the internal accounting control system is raised from ‘review’ to ‘audit’. The fully amended External Audit Act reflected a significant portion of the contents of the US Accounting Reform Act. The main contents of the fully amended internal accounting control system were reviewed, and in particular, the content of the ‘establishment and operation’ of the management's internal accounting control system and the audit committee Independent ‘evaluation’ of (including audit) and ‘audit (review)’ activities of the auditor's internal accounting control system were compared. Furthermore, through the Financial Supervisory Service press release, etc., the current status of the establishment and operation of the actual internal accounting control system after the enforcement of the amended Act will be focused on. As the External Audit Act has been enacted for four years, the scope of application of the law is gradually expanding, and various systems of the amended Act are entering the settlement stage as guidance such as detailed interpretation of laws by supervisory authorities has been strengthened. Considering the embezzlement case, it is questionable whether the internal control system is working to prevent accidents and improve transparency in accounting. As such, desirable guidance and supervision by a supervisory authority that checks the current status of whether companies to which the External Audit Act is applied are appropriately fulfilling the legislative purpose of the amended Act, identifies ways to improve the company’s shortcomings, and further supervises the preparation of financial statements. think about direction
