      • Fas 수용체에 의한 간암세포의 세포고사 기전 연구

        Background : Fas/FasL signaling is also well described in various cell systems, however the role of Fas in anticancer chemotherapeutic agents mediated apoptosis is still remained to be elusive. Method : Fas expression was determined by RT-PCR and flow cytometry analysis. Cell viability of hepatoma cells including Chang, Huh7, HepG2, and Hep3B cells, was measured by MTT assay and apoptosis were assessed by DNA fragmentation assay. The catalytic activity of caspase-family protease including caspase-3, 6, 8, and 9 proteases, was determined by using fluorogenic biosubstrates. Apoptotic modulators including, cytochrome c, PARP, and Bcl2 family proteins were fractionated from cytosolic and mitochondrial compartments and tested by Western blot analysis. Mitochondrial membrane potential was measured by fluorescence staining with JC-1, rhodamine 123. Result : We demonstrated that mRNA of Fas was constitutively expressed by using RT-PCR in Chang and HepG2, but not in Huh7 and Hep3B cells. There was a significant difference of cell viability in Fas(+) cells, Chang and HepG2, compared with Fas(-) cells, Huh7 and Hep3B cells, by the addition of docetaxel and 5-FU. However, other chemotherapeutic agents such as adriamycin, cisplatin and topotecan did not induced the difference in cytotoxicity of Fas(+) cells with Fas(-) cells. We further demonstrated that 5-FU induced the Fas expression and simultaneously resulted in apoptotic death of Fas(+) cells characterized as the ladder-pattern fragmentation of genomic DNA. 5-FU also resulted in the decrease of Bc12 and Bcl-X_(L), as well as increase of Bax and Bak expression.- Moreover, 5-FU increased the enzymatic activity of caspase-8 protease, which eventually cleaved the Bid and truncated Bid translocated into mitochondria. Mitochondria was stained as punctuated form in control cells but it was diffusely stained in 5-FU treated HepG2 cells by rhodamine 123. However, 5-FU did not modulate any apoptotic signaling effectors of Fas(-) Hep3B cells. Conclusion : Anticancer chemotherapeutic agents such as 5-FU exerted cytotoxicity against hepatoma cells via Fas-mediated apoptotic signaling pathway. These data possibly suggest that there may be a potential trial to apply Fas/FasL modules in clinical treatment of human hepatoma cells.

        This conclusion is to certify that as stated below synthetically result of research and investigate of upper class team which come together female college team final competition and male college team among of male and female college department 18 team participate in Number first Korea college table tennis league contest. 1. 3 college team which climb up each team League competition do have foundation skill and tactics, physical strength and so on result of research is to ceetify as belteam power of competition. First the HanSurng college which win the first prize case the first and second position college team success in marks each 259 round, 51.8% and 217 round 53.7% among three college total 1474 round. Second the KangWon college which win the second prize case the KangWon college is defeated as 241 round, 48.2% shade of difference by the HanSurng college but the KangWon college team success in marks 292 round, 51.2% to the InHa University. The InHa University which is defeated two times, is defeated as rate of success in marks 187 round, 46.3% : 278 round, 48.8% but I am sure that there is no great difference and then I am sure that each player must do practise his skill and tactics as long time's eyes not to become player for only game and each player must study and endeavor, do their best. 2. In case of male college player's individual difference, there is no great difference of the skill but in case of female college player, three college team among four female college player do show high number of frequency but one team do show lower number of frequency, so negative play which come from foundations skill's unripeness, head for toward, In order to positive play, steady and honest skill's proficiency is urgency needed, variety skill development is needed. Among four team which climb up final competition tournament, except team which show lower number of frequency. I investigate two college team which climb up final competition, The KyungHee University which success in marks 225 round, 56.3% among total success in marks No 400 round, do show lower number of frequency compare with the HanNam University which success in marks 175 round, 43.8% among total success in marks No 400 round. 3. In case of examine of research contest which success in marks female and male college team, in high days high school student player is trained with high class drill but when they attend in University the player is become laziness player at the mentality attitude--- this is the problem: I should like to point out this problem. In case of success in good marks, at that time way of thinking such like this do not think about school records I think that this is great mistake I should like to point out this problem so I hope that most of the table tennis game player should become college player which running, dashing and thinking esp Mentality side, Positive Attitude is urgent needed. In case of abilitys equality level, become narrowed compare with normal year, but compare with success in marks's No, there is difference of ability. In case Develop of Reality's training way and Ability Jmprovement, It will become ability equality level this is my thinking.

      • 유연한 외팔보의 CAE 모델링 및 진동 저감에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 유연한 보의 모델에서 발생하는 진동을 억제하는 방법에 대해 연구하였다. 일반적으로 산업현장에서는 그 편의성과 시스템의 단순성으로 인해 개루프 제어 방법이 많이 사용되나 최근 마이크로프로세서와 제어기의 발달에 힘입어 복잡하고 고차원적인 폐루프 제어 방법의 적용도 점차 늘어나고 있다. 대표적인 개루프 진동 억제 방법으로 명령 성형 필터를 사용하고 있는데 이는 항상 모델에 따라 변수 선정 및 개루프 제어기 구성이 번거로운 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 최적화된 명령 성형 필터 설계 방법을 제시하고 퍼지 제어기를 사용한 폐루프 제어기를 유연 링크 모델에 적용하여 그 효과를 검증하고, 실제 시스템과 유사한 CAE 모델링을 하여 비교, 검증하도록 한다. 본 논문에서 제안된 적응형 명령 성형 필터는 필터의 설계 시에 필요한 시스템의 매개변수―고유 진동수, 감쇠비 등―의 직접적인 정보가 필요 없이 필터의 계수 값을 학습하여 진동을 감쇠할 수 있어서 적절한 필터를 설계 후 이를 적용하였을 때, 진동 감소 효과를 보였다. 그리고 퍼지 제어기는 비선형 시스템에 효과적인 제어 성능을 보여 이를 적용하였을 때, 상당한 진동 감쇠 효과를 보였다. 그리고 다물체 동역학 해석 소프트웨어인 펑션베이 사의 RecurDyn과 유한 요소 해석 소프트웨어인 ANSYS를 이용하여 유연한 외팔보 시스템을 모델링하고, 실험에서 사용했던 동일한 제어기를 적용하였을 때, 거의 유사한 움직임을 나타내었다. In this thesis, the authors studied how to control the vibrations in the flexible cantilever models for the improved vibration suppression. The open loop control is mostly used in the general industry due to the convenience and simplicity of systems; however, recently, the closed loop control with the complicated system and high level is an increase in using on the strength of the developing controller and microprocessor. Command shaping filter is typically used as a method of the open loop vibration suppression, but it has some weakness because it is inconvenient to choose a variable and the controller composition according to the each models and forms. In this thesis, the authors proposed the command shaping filter method for the optimized design and applied the closed loop controller using the fuzzy controls to the flexible link model and then compared, examined and verified these effects with the study of CAE modeling like a real system. Adaptive command shaping filter method proposed in this paper presented a vibration reduction when adjusting it after the optimized filter design that it learned filter’s coefficient without direct specification of system parameter as a unique frequency or damping ratio. Furthermore, the authors adjusted to the identical controller after modeling cantilever using these software, RecurDyn based on the multi-body dynamics and ANSYS finite element analysis, and presented almost the similar movement as an Adaptive command shaping filter method.

      • 회귀분석을 이용한 교육 시설 재건축 전기분야 시공비 예측에 관한 연구

        전기 재건축에서는 개조시장의 성장이나 전기기기의 개발에 따른 개조비용의 중요성이 가시화되고 있다. 재건축 중인 교육시설은 교육시설 전기개수의 총 재건비용을 가늠할 방법이나 기준이 없어 적절한 개조업체를 선정할 때 건설비 문제를 안고 있다. 더불어, 선행 연구에서는, 일반적인 개조를 위한 건설비에 대해 통계적 예측 모델만을 진행했다. 또 공사비 조사나 전기 리모델링 비용 예측도 적다. 그러므로, 전기 리폼과 관련한 교육 시설의 총 전기 재건설 비용의 초기 견적 방법을 연구할 필요가 있다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 교육시설의 개조에 적합한 건축비용을 예측·분석하기 위한 다섯가지 회귀법을 연구한다. 여덟개의 현장의 데이터를 기반으로 일은두개의 데이터가 오버샘플링을 스모트 (Synthetic minority oversampling technique) 기술을 통해 이용되었다. 이에 따른 가상 데이터는, 선형 회귀와 다항식 회귀의 두 가지 통계적 방법과 선형 서포트 벡터 회귀, 다항식 서포트 벡터 회귀, 레이디얼 베이스 함수 서포트 벡터 회귀의 세 가지 기계 학습 방법에 이용된다. 본 연구에서 얻은 데이터를 바탕으로 선형 서포트 벡터 회귀 모델이 가장 적합성이 높은 5개의 회귀 결과값의 R2 정의의 비교 분석에 의해 적합성을 판정했다. 선형 서포트 벡터 회귀는 기존 교육시설의 전기개수를 위한 공사비의 초기 견적과 그 유효성의 향후 검증에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구의 결과는 종래의 통계적 방법보다 기계 학습 방법의 잠재적인 신뢰성을 나타내는 것으로, 부흥 시장 전반의 비용 예측을 보다 광범위하게 실시하기 위해서는 한층 더 연구가 필요하다. Importance of remodelling costs, that corresponds to the growth of the remodeling market coinciding with the development of electric equipment, are emerging for electric remodeling. Educational facilities that are being remodeled has an issue with construction costs when selecting appropriate remodeling companies as there lacks a method and standard for estimating total reconstruction cost of electric remodelling for educational facilities. In addition, in previous prior studies, only statistical predictive models are researched for construction costs for general remodeling. Moreover, research conducted for construction costs and prediction of construction costs for electric remodelling costs are diminutive. As a result, there is a need to research the method of estimation for total remodelling cost of educational facilities that concerns electric remodelling. Therefore, in this paper, five regression methods are studied to predict and analyze construction costs that is appropriate for remodeling educational facilities. Based on data from eight sites, seventy two datas were oversampled and utilized by SMOTE techniques. Virtual data are implemented to two statistical methods, such as linear regression and polynomial regression, and three machine learning methods that is linear support vector regression, polynomial support vector regression, and radial basis function support vector regression. The suitability determination was conducted by comparison analysis of R-squared definition of the five regression result values, where linear SVR model showed the highest suitability based on the data acquired in this study. It is expected that linear SVR will be useful for initial estimation of construction costs for electric remodeling of existing educational facilities and verifying their effectiveness in future practice. The results from this studies shows the potential reliability of machine learning methods over the conventional statistical methods and further study is required for a wider range of cost prediction for reconstruction market in general.
