노래심리치료가 노인의 삶의 의미와 심리적 안녕에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 노래심리치료가 노인의 삶의 의미와 심리적 안녕에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 시행되었다. 연구기간은 2019년 3월 18일부터 4월 30일까지였다. 연구대상은 경기도 K시의 노인커뮤니티들에 소속된 노인 33명으로 실험집단 15명, 통제집단 18명이었다. 실험집단을 두 그룹으로 나누어 주 2회, 매 회기 50분, 총 12회기로 프로그램을 진행하였으며, 통제집단은 중재를 적용하지 않았다. 프로그램의 효과를 알아보기 위하여 노인의 삶의 의미 척도와 심리적 안녕 척도를 프로그램 시행 전과 후에 측정하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실험집단은 통제집단과 비교했을 때 삶의 의미, 삶의 의미 하위 요인인 삶의 가치와 삶의 원천이 향상되었다. 그리고 실험집단에서 삶의 의미, 삶의 의미 하위 요인인 삶의 가치는 사전 점수보다 향상을 보였다. 둘째, 실험집단은 통제집단과 비교했을 때 심리적 안녕, 심리적 안녕 하위 요인인 긍정적 대인관계와 개인성장 점수가 향상되었다. 그리고 실험집단에서 심리적 안녕, 심리적 안녕 하위 요인인 긍정적 대인관계와 자아수용 점수는 사전 점수보다 향상을 보였다. 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구의 의의를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 노래심리치료는 노인의 삶의 의미와 심리적 안녕에 긍정적인 영향을 미침으로써, 노인의 정신건강에 도움을 줄 수 있다. This study was conducted in order to verify a song psychotherapy’s effects on the meaning in life and the psychological well-being of the elderly. The study period was from March 18, 2019 to April 30, 2019. Subjects were 33 older adults belonging to elderly communities in a K city, Gyeonggi-do. 15 subjects belonged to an experimental group, and 18 subjects belonged to a control group. The experimental group was divided into two groups and participated in programs twice a week for 50 minutes per session (12 sessions in total), whereas no intervention was applied to the control group. In order to investigate effects of the programs, a meaning in life scale and a psychological well-being scale for the older adults were measured before and after the programs. The results of this study are as follows. First, for the experimental group, scores were improved in the meaning in life, the value of life and the source of life (as subfactors of the meaning in life), as compared to those for the control group. For the experimental group, scores were improved after the programs in the meaning in life, the value of life as the subfactor of the meaning in life, as compared to those before the programs. Second, for the experimental group, scores were improved in the psychological well-being, and the positive relations with others and the self-acceptance as the subfactors of the psychological well-being, as compared to those for the control group. For the experimental group, scores were improved after the programs in the psychological well-being, and the positive relations with others and the personal growth (as subfactors of the psychological well-being), as compared to those before the programs. Therefore, it was found that the song psychotherapy is effective intervention in the meaning in life and the psychological well-being of the elderly. On the basis of the above results, the significances of this study are as follows. The song psychotherapy has a positive effect on the meaning in life and the psychological well-being of the elderly, thereby helping the elderly to stay mental healthy.

According to the rapid growth of high speed and precise industry, the application of synchronous motor has been increased. In the application fields, the large synchronous motor is not a self-starting motor. The rotor is heavy and, from a dead stop, it is impossible to bring the rotor into magnetic lock with the rotating magnetic field for this reason, all synchronous motor have some kinds of starting device. A simple starter is another motor which brings the rotor up to approximately 96 percent of it synchronous speed. The starting motor is disconnected and the rotor locks in step with the rotating field. The more commony used starting method is to have the rotor to include a squirrel cage indution winding. This indution winding brings the rotor almost to synchronous speed as an induction motor. So, this paper describes excessive condition interpretation of a exciter circuit to prevent starting failure of large synchronous motor. the large synchronous motor needs safety of it in accordance with operating frequent start and stop. the operating problem point of synchronous motor appears potential element damage of Exciter circuit because synchronous motor is caused synchronous separation. hence we eliminate it and improve starting toque.

기관내삽관후 흉부 X-선 촬영을 통한 기관내관의 이상위치 빈도와 이에 영향을 주는 요인

Background: Malpositioning of the endotracheal tube within airway after intubation may results in serious complications, such as accidental extubation and inadvertent endobronchial intubation. Therefore, early detection of malposioning of the endotracheal tube is very important for deciding patient's prognosis. Methods: We assessed the distance from the tip of the endotracheal tube to the carina according to the patient's age, sex, and the time, the location, and the route of intubation. The chest x-ray was taken for 333 patients(men, 226: women, 107) who were admitted to the intensive care unit of Wonju Christian Hospital from march 1, 1995 to February 28, 1996. Chest x-ray was obtained after intubation to verify endotracheal tube position. Appropriate endotracheal tube position on chest x-ray was defined as between 2 and 6 cm above the carina. Results: Of the 333 intubations, 106(31.8%) endotracheal tubes were inappropriately placed according to the chest x-ray. The percentage of malpositioned endotracheal tubes($lt;2 cm) was higher in women than in men(11.2% vs. 5.3%, p$lt;0.05), with higher in night(7 PM to 7 AM) than in day(7 AM to 7 PM)(42% vs. 24%, p$lt;0.05). Distance from the carina to the tip of endotracheal tube is 4.34±1.77cm in women and 5.23±1.64cm in men. Thus, position of the endotracheal tube in women is deeper than men(p$lt;0.001). Conclusion: We conclude that the chest x-ray for confirmation of endotracheal tube position after endotracheal intubation may remain the standard of practice. And endotracheal tube position should be carefully assessed immediately after tracheal intubation, particularly in women and at night. (Korean J Anesthesiol 1997; 33: 98~103)
