보육정보센터 장애아 순회지원사업의 운영 실태와 지원욕구 분석

본 연구에서는 2007년부터 시행 중인 보육정보센터 장애아 순회지원사업의 운영 실태와 지원욕구 등에 대한 조사를 통하여, 본 사업에 대해 평가해 보고 앞으로의 방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 서울시 소재 보육정보센터 장애아 순회지원사업의 서비스 수혜자인 협약기관 원장과 장애전담교사 122명, 서비스 제공자인 장애아 순회지원교사 13명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 원장과 장애전담교사의 서비스에 대한 만족도는 전반적으로 높았다. 둘째, 장애아 순회지원교사의 만족도는 낮았으며, 처우 및 복리후생 영역의 만족도가 전체 평균 이하로 나타났다. 셋째, 원장과 장애전담교사, 장애아 순회지원교사 세 집단 간 촉진요소와 방해요소의 인식차이는 통합보육어린이집 원장의 인식, 순회지원교사의 역량, 일반보육과정의 운영 항목에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 넷째, 원장과 장애전담교사의 지원욕구는 높았고, 다섯째, 장애아 순회지원교사의 지원욕구는 높은 수준이었으며, 사업 관련과 처우 및 복리후생 관련 영역에서 지원욕구가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 사업의 역할정립과 서비스 차별화 방안모색, 장애아 순회지원교사의 업무효율성 제고를 위한 개선방향 등을 제시하였다. This study is aimed to improve itinerary support for inclusive child care-education centers by child care information center. To do this, a survey of the administration conditions including levels of satisfaction and their promoting factors and interferences is carried out targeting its directors, special education teachers and itinerant consultant teachers. The participants of this study are 40 directors and 82 special education teachers in inclusive child care-education centers in Seoul and 13 itinerant consultant teachers in the child care information center. The study results are as follow: First, the directors and the special education teachers showed the high satisfaction. Second, the itinerant consultant teachers were less satisfied and the area of treatment and welfare state was below the average. Third, with the promoting factors and interference, directors and teachers, and itinerant consultant teachers showed the significant difference in recognition of directors on inclusion, capacity of the itinerant consultant teacher, and management of early childhood education curriculum. Fourth, the directors and the special education teachers showed the high support needs. Fifth, the itinerant consultant teachers who serve as the project suppliers desired to be supported, especially in the area of treatment and welfare. Based on the results, suggestions for allotting its role, seeking differentiated services and increasing its work efficiency of the teachers of itinerary support for inclusive child care-education centers by child care information center are discussed.
