자폐증상을 보이는 발달지체 아동에 대한 Brody식 발달놀이치료 사례연구

본 연구는 발달지체를 가진 아동을 대상으로 발달놀이치료를 적용함으로써 아동의 반응에서 어떤 변화가 있는지를 탐색해 보는 데에 목적이 있다. 내담 아동은 전반적 발달장애(PDD)의 주요 특징을 보이는 발달지체 아동으로 초기 만 3년 간 조부모가 주 양육자 이셨으며, 부모와의 애착형성에도 큰 어려움을 보였다. 즉, 본 연구의 내담 아동은 정서적, 사회적, 언어적, 인지적, 감각운동적인 발달의 모든 측면에서 지연과 특이양상을 보였다. 총 23회의 상담과정을 초기, 중기, 말기의 각 단계별로 나누어 Brody식 발달놀이치료를 적용했을 때, 아동의 반응과 변화를 분석하였다. 내담아동에 대해 발달놀이치료를 적용한 결과, 전반적 발달장애의 3가지 핵심증상은 치료의 중기과정부터 점차 감소하기 시작하였고, 아동은 생활에 필요한 사회적 상호작용, 언어적 의사소통, 적절한 놀이에 대한 관심과 능력 등이 더 증진되었다. 이 연구가 단일 사례 연구였기 때문에, 연구의 결과를 일반화하는 데에는 다소 한계점이 있다. 하지만 발달장애를 가진 아동에게 효과적인 것으로 알려진 Brody의 발달놀이치료에 대한 국내연구가 부족하다는 점을 볼 때, 이 연구가 발달지체 아동의 사회적응력을 증진시키는 데에 기여할 수 있음을 확인한 것에 그 의의를 둔다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Brody`s developmental play therapy for the child with development delay which has PDD features. A child with major aspects of PDD was brought up grandparents and has problem on attachment with his parents. A total of 23 sessions were analysed in divided step-by-step. The conclusion of play therapy, a child becomes to advance social interaction ability, verbal communication ability and interest about proper play. It is having trouble on generalizing because this study has a limitation of a single case. Despite the limitation, this study is meaningful in since to decrease major aspects of a PDD and to provide a study on the effects of a developmental play therapy.

가정폭력을 경험한 가족에 대한 인간중심 놀이치료 사례연구: 형제놀이치료와 CPRT를 활용하여

본 연구는 가정폭력을 경험한 가족(모,형,제)을 지원하기 위한 놀이치료 사례연구이다. 3명의 가족원은 모두 정서적으로 불안정하고 상호간 관계의 질이 매우 손상되어 있었으며, 형은 외현화 행동, 동생은 언어지연과 미숙한 행동을 보이고, 모는 자녀 양육에서 큰 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 연구자들은 이 3명의 가족원들에게 인간중심적 놀이치료를 제공함으로써 가족원 각자가 적합한 역할과 기능을 회복하고, 동시에 가족원들 상호관계를 개선시키고자 하였다. 이 두 가지 주요 목표를 이루기 위해, 연구자들은 인간중심 상담이론에 입각한 형제놀이치료와 CPRT를 구체적인 전략들로 활용하였다. 10주 동안(60분×2회×10주) 실시된 인간중심 놀이치료의 과정을 질적으로 분석하여 내담자들의 내적/외적 변화를 확인한 결과, 형의 외현화 문제가 감소되었고, 모는 양육기술과 양육효능감이 향상되었고, 양육스트레스는 감소하였다. 또한, 동생도 연령에 맞는 발달적 욕구들을 드러내고 해결하기 시작하였다. 모-자 관계와 형-제 관계도 회복되었고, 모는 자녀들의 긍정적 측면을 인식하기 시작하였다. 이 연구가 단일 사례연구라는 점 때문에, 결과를 일반화하는 데에는 한계가 있지만, 보호시설의 여건 때문에 현실적으로 주어진 단기간 동안, 가정폭력을 경험한 가족의 시급한 어려움을 다루는 데 있어서 인간중심놀이치료가 효과적이었음을 확인한 것에 그 의의가 있다. This study is a case study on play therapy which was used to provide support to a family experiencing domestic violence. The mother and two brothers were all emotionally unstable, and their interrelationships were severely damaged. The elder child revealed external problem behavior while language delay was found in the younger child. Their mother had great difficulties in raising them. Through Person-Centered Play Therapy, each member of this family needs to repair his/her own levels of emotional functioning, and to improve their interrelationships. To achieve these two goals, the researchers decided to use Sibling Play Therapy and CPRT was based on Person-Centered Theory. This was implemented for a duration of 10 weeks(60 minutes per one session and two sessions in a day). Through qualitative analysis on the therapy process, three victim`s internal/external changes were identified. As a result, child-parent and sibling relationships improved while the elder child`s external problem behavior and mother`s parenting stress declined. Moreover, the parenting skills and efficacy of the mother improved. She also started to develop a positive perspective towards her children. This study is limited in generalizing the results, because it was a case study about only one family. However, this study is meaningful in that is confirmed the effectiveness of Person-Centered Play Therapy in the treatment of victims of domestic violence.

본 연구는 영유아 부모를 위한 놀이참여태도 척도의 타당도를 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 질문지는 영유아 자녀의 놀이에 대한 부모의 참여태도를 측정하기 위해, 본 연구자들이 델파이 조사를 통해 개발한 33개 자기보고식 질문지를 사용하였고, 예비조사를 거쳐 문항의 가독성과 의미전달 정도를 파악하였다. 본 조사는 서울 및 인천 지역에 위치한 9곳의 어린이집에 재원 중인 영유아 부모 447명을 대상으로 수행되었으며, 최종적으로 339명의 자료를 이용하여 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관분석, 중다회귀분석과 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영유아 부모를 위한 놀이참여태도 척도의 구인타당도를 검증한 결과, ‘민감하게 놀기(7문항),’ ‘반응적으로 놀기(6문항),’ 그리고 ‘즐겁게 놀기(7문항)’의 3개 요인 총 20문항으로 정리되었고, 3요인 모형의 적합도는 우수한 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, 영유아 부모를 위한 놀이참여태도 척도의 내적일관성은 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 영유아 부모를 위한 놀이참여태도 척도의 공인타당도를 검증한 결과, 본 척도와 부모의 놀이성과는 통계적으로 유의미한 정적상관을 나타내어 공인타당도가 확인되었다. 마지막으로, 영유아 부모를 위한 놀이참여태도 척도는 부모의 양육스트레스와 유아의 자기조절능력을 예측하는 준거타당도가 있음이 확인되었다. 본 연구를 통해 타당화된 영유아부모를 위한 놀이참여태도 척도는 자녀의 놀이에 참여하는데 있어 부모의 어떠한 태도가 적합한지를 제안하는 부모교육자료로 활용되거나 자녀와의 놀이 참여 태도 개선 및 향상을 위한 부모교육프로그램이나 놀이치료의 효과성을 평가하는 지표로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study is to validate the Play Participation Attitude Scale for parents of preschoolers, which was developed by the Delphi survey. 447 parents of 9 daycare centers in Seoul and Incheon were recruited for this study and, finally, data from 339 parents were used to perform exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and reliability analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, factor analyses revealed that the global fit of the sensitively play (7 items), responsively play (6 items), and delightfully play(7 items) three-factor model was good. Second, the internal consistency of the Play Participation Attitude Scale was good. Third, there was a statistically significant positive correlation between the current scale and the parents’ playfulness scale, indicating concurrent validity. Finally, higher scores of the Play Participation Attitude Scale and its three factors significantly predicted lower scores of parenting stress and higher scores of the preschoolers’ self-control ability. These findings revealed that this new measure to be both valid and reliable and specifically suggests what kind of attitude is appropriate for parents to adopt when participating in preschoolers’ play.

우리나라의 전통적 授乳 및 養兒 방식에 비추어 본 Donald Winnicott의 모성적 돌봄 환경

This study is to investigate the implication of Donald Winnicott's theoritical concept, "marternal caring environment" through the traditional method of infant feeding and caring in Korea. The method of this study is literature research. First, to examine the traditional method of i7ant feeding and caring in Korea, it refered to korean documents in the Chosen dynasty involving 「Dong Eu Bo Gam」 「Gyu Hab Chong Seo」, and 「Traditional Child Rearing Method」 which was united Korean sundry records about child rearing. Second, to study Donald Winnicott's "maternal caring environment", it refered recent volumes about Donald Winnicott and his theory. They are 「The boundart and space」, 「Play and reality」, 「Psychoanalytic object relation theory」, 「Maturational Processes and the facilitating environmen」. The results of this study are as follows. It was found that the traditional method of infant feeding and caring in Korea is connected with D. Winnicott's "maternal caring environment". First, traditional method of infant feeding is connected with "Holding", "Handling", Object offer and omnipotence experience" and "Mirror-role of Mother (or Mirroring)". Second, traditional method of infant caring is connected with "handling" "Mirror-role of Mother". Conclusively, It was confirmed that our traditional infant raring method is rational and precursive on a viewpoint of modern developmental psychology.
