The effect of reinforced concrete member strengthened with carbon fiber sheet(CFS) is relied on bond property between CFS and concrete. In order to investigate the influence of bond failure, this study is carried out tensile-shear analysis by unite element method. When the bond shear stress is 24kgf/㎠, analysis results become well. It is concluded that the effective bond length is 20cm. The crack load and bond failure load is made clear by bond shear stress.
