전주단오 문화콘텐츠를 활용한 지역축제 발전방안 연구 -강릉단오제와 전주단오를 중심으로-

본 연구의 목적은 전주단오의 역사 문화 자원을 활용하여 지역축제로 개발하기 위한 발전방안을 모색하고, 유네스코 인류무형문화유산 대표목록인 강릉단오제와 비교 분석하여 특징을 살피고 개선점을 찾아 보다 나은 축제로의 발전을 위해 방안을 살펴보는 것이다. 이에 지역축제 프로그램 구성의 체계적인 분석을 위해 SWOT 분석을 활용한 접근 과정을 거쳐 향후 지역축제에 적용할 수 있는 문화콘텐츠 활용 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. SWOT 기법으로 문화 자원의 측면에서 전주시를 분석하여 강점 요인과 약점 요인을 파악하고, 활용 가능한 전주시의 문화 자원 현황을 수집하였다. 그렇게 수집된 문화 자원과 관광객과의 관계를 중심으로 지역 축제 개발방향을 설정하였다. 본 연구는 지역축제의 성장에 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있는 문화콘텐츠 프로그램의 중요성을 부각시키고, 더불어 체계적인 분석을 통해 학문적이면서도 실무적으로 적용시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시한다는 점에서 상당한 가치를 지닐 것으로 판단된다, 그러나 이 연구는 다음과 같은 제약이 따른다. 현재 국내 자료 중 전주단오와 관련된 선행연구가 현저히 부족하여 결과에 대한 담보는 다소 어려움이 있다. The objective of this study is to seek ways for Jeonju Dano to be developed as a regional festival by utilizing its historical and cultural resources, to compare with Gangneung Dano-je which is a representative of UNESCO's intangible cultural heritage of humanity, to analyze characteristics between them, and to find improvements for a better festival. So for systematic analysis of the local festival programs, this study used SWOT analysis. It aims to present a utilization plan of cultural contents that could be applied to local festivals in the future. This study analyzed Jeonju City from the aspect of cultural resources with SWOT analysis to identify the factors of strength and collected the status of cultural resources available for utilization. We set the direction of local festival development based on the collected cultural resources and the relationship with tourists. This study is expected to have considerable value in that it highlights the importance of cultural content programs, which are major parts of the growth of local festivals, and also presents specific measures that can be applied both academically and practically through systematic analysis. But there are limitations in this study to the following. Currently, there are few previous studies related to Jeonju Dano among domestic literature, so it is somewhat difficult to guarantee the results.

본 연구는 한국전통춤을 토대로 다양한 무용콘텐츠 개발을 통해 끊임없이 혁신 및 발전시키고 있는 중견무용수를 바탕으로 이들의 한국전통춤에 대한 가치확장성을 탐색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 서울시에서 추진하는 지원사업의 기준을 바탕으로 중견무용수 5인을 연구 참여자로 선정하였으며, 심층면담을 통한 연구 참여자의 경험으로부터 심층적 이해를 돕기 위해 내러티브 연구방법을 활용하였다. 따라서 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 무대라는 곳은 중견무용수 시점에서 자유로운 공간으로 인식하고 있었고, 한국전통춤에 각자가 지닌 자신만의 이야기를 담아 작품을 풀어내는 것을 분석할 수 있었다. 둘째, 중견무용수들은 무대 위 ‘현장인’으로서 다채로운 무대를 고사(考査)하여 스스로 발전해 나가는 것을 분석할 수 있었다. 셋째, 중견무용수에게 있어 한국전통춤의 공연수행은 행보(行步)를 거듭하여 다양한 수용을 통해 진화(進化)하는 무대로 만들어 가는 것을 분석할 수 있었다. 이에 중견무용수는 빠르게 변화하는 현시대와 나란히 마주하여 새로운 콘텐츠 개발을 지속적으로 시도해 진화하는 무대를 만들어 가는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 한국전통춤이라는 주체를 통해 시대 및 상황에 따라 달라지는 가변성으로부터 한국전통춤 활성화에 지대한 영향을 미칠 것이라 사료되고, 이에 있어 중견무용수들의 한국전통춤 가치확장성의 가능성은 무궁무진하다 판단되다. 앞으로 중견무용수에 관한 경험 중심 연구 사례에 보탬이 되길 바라며, 이와 더불어 연구 대상 범위의 확장을 위한 기초자료로 활용되길 기대하는 바이다. The purpose of this study is to explore the value expandability of Korean traditional dance based on middle-aged dancers who are constantly innovating and developing through the development of various dance contents based on Korean traditional dance. Accordingly, five middle-aged dancers were selected as research participants based on the standards of the support project promoted by Seoul City, and a narrative research method was used to facilitate an in-depth understanding of the research participants' experiences through in-depth interviews. Therefore, the conclusions drawn are as follows. First, the stage was perceived as a free space from the point of view of a mid-level dancer, and it was possible to analyze how each dancer told their own story in traditional Korean dance. Second, middle-aged dancers were able to analyze their own development by considering various stages as ‘field experts’ on stage. Third, it was possible to analyze that for mid-level dancers, the performance of Korean traditional dance is a stage that evolves through various acceptances through repeated steps. As a result, middle-aged dancers were able to create an evolving stage by continuously trying to develop new content in line with the rapidly changing current times. In addition, it is believed that the subject of Korean traditional dance will have a great influence on the revitalization of Korean traditional dance from the variability that changes according to the times and circumstances, and in this regard, the potential for the expansion of the value of Korean traditional dance by middle-aged dancers is endless. In the future, we hope that it will be useful for experience-based research cases on middle-aged dancers, and it is also hoped that it will be used as basic data for expanding the scope of research.

방송통신 연구개발 과제 관리 및 평가 체계의 개선 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이미 해외 주요국과 국내 정부 및 연구기관에서는 개선에 대한 필요성을 공감하고 구체적인 지표 개발방안을 모색 중이다. 이러한 추세에 부응하기 위해 본 연구에서는 연구개발 과제 성과평가지표 및 척도를 개발하여 현행 체계의 단점을 극복하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 특징으로 연구개발 과제의 가치에 대한 두 가지 관점을 정리하고 국내외 주요 기관들의 평가지표와 척도를 분류, 종합함으로써 보다 체계적이고 효율적인 지표를 개발하고자 하였다. 동시에 산/학/연의 전문가들의 참여를 통해 지표와 척도 내용을 방송통신 환경에 적합하도록 조정하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 방송통신 연구성과 측정 지표 및 척도는 보다 객관적이고 체계적인 연구성과 평가에 기여할 것으로 판단된다. Improvements on the incumbent R&D project management structure and performance evaluation criteria in the telecommunication and broadcasting area have been called for. There have been attempts to develop alternative R&D project performance evaluation criteria. In an attempt to develop an alternative measure, this study integrates two different perspectives on R&D projects and various criteria currently being used by many foreign and domestic institutes. As a result, we have developed an alternative R&D project performance evaluation instrument. Then, we have applied the instrument to Korean cases in order to validate it. The new R&D project performance evaluation criteria can contribute to an improvement on the management of R&D projects in the telecommunication and broadcasting area.
