더블 다이아몬드 모델을 적용한 스마트쉘터 서비스 디자인 요소 도출

연구배경 고도화된 산업화로 인하여 스트레스에 노출된 현대인들은 건강과 힐링에 관심이 높아지고 있으며 생활 속에서 해소하고자 하는 욕구가 높아지고 있다. 이러한 시대적 필요성에 따라 스마트쉘터라는 새로운 개념의 힐링 공간인 신제품의 서비스 디자인 전략을 개발 및 수립하고자 한다. 연구방법 다양한 서비스 디자인 방법론 가운데 사용자 중심으로 개발하는데 유용한 더블 다이아몬드 모델에 근거하여 더블 다이아몬드 프로세스 4단계 특성에 적합한 디자인 방법론들을 적용하여 스마트쉘터의 서비스 디자인 전략을 도출하고자 한다. 연구결과 더블 다이아몬드 모델을 기반으로 스마트쉘터의 서비스 디자인 전략을 수립할 수 있었으며, 현대인을 고려한 다양한 서비스와 이를 구현하기 위한 스마트쉘터의 스타일 전략, 시스템 전략에 대한 구체적인 결과를 도출하였다. 결론 더블 다이아몬드 모델을 적용하여 스마트쉘터의 프로젝트 특성에 적합하게 적용한 결과, 사용자인 현대인 중심의 현실적인 서비스 아이디어를 도출하는데 유용하였다. 신제품의 서비스 디자인 전략 도출에 있어 더블 다이아몬드 모델 활용의 효과를 입증하였으며, 향후 미래 제품의 서비스 개발 연구의 기초자료로 기여하고자 하는 것에 본 연구의 의의가 있다. Background Regarding the modern people who have been exposed to stress due to advanced industrialization, the interests in health and healing have been heightened. And their desire for intending to relieve the stress within life has been heightening. According to such a periodic need, it is intended to develop and formulate a service design strategy for the new product, which is the healing space of the new concept of the 'Smart Shelter'. Methods Among the diverse service design methodologies, by being based on the double diamond model that is useful for the development that is centered on the user, by applying the design methodologies that are suitable to the characteristic of phase 4 of the double diamond process, it is intended to arrive at a service design strategy for the Smart Shelter. Results Based on the double diamond model, the service design strategy for the Smart Shelter could be formulated. And the diverse services that consider the modern people, the style strategy for the Smart Shelter for materializing these, and the specific results regarding the system strategy had been arrived at. Conclusion As a result of having applied suitably to the characteristic of the project of the Smart Shelter by applying the double diamond model, it had been useful in arriving at a realistic service idea that is centered on the modern people, who are the users. With regard to the drawing of a service design strategy for the new product, the effect of the utilization of the double diamond model was proven. And the significance of this research lies in the intention to contribute by providing basic material for the research on the development of the service for the product in the future.
