한국 중소기업의 전자무역 이용상의 문제점과 발전방안에 관한 연구

Through using e-Trade System, Small and Medium Enterprises(SMEs) can open the overseas market easily, and costs for marketing and trading will be reduced. Also, trade environment of enterprise will be improved basically, so the enterprise can strength the competitiveness with efficient trade process. However, SMEs cannot use the e-Trade system compared with large size enterprise, and range of use is only limited to certain parts; collect of market information and discover of customer which is previous step of contract, and they rarely use it for contract, custom and payment which are the actual parts of trading. Also, use of them is limited for one time use only. The purpose of this paper is to contribute to facilitate the introduction of e-Trade to SMEs by investigating the problems and solutions in use of e-Trade by SMEs. 전자무역을 통하여 중소기업은 용이한 해외시장의 개척, 마케팅이나 거래의 비용을 감소시킬 수 있다. 또한 기업의 무역 환경이 근본적 개선을 통하여 무역 절차를 효율화 함으로써 기업의 경쟁력을 강화시킬 수 있다. 그러나 중소기업은 대기업에 비하여 전자무역의 활용 수준이 크게 떨어지고 있는 수준이고, 이용 범위도 계약의 이전 단계인 시장정보 수집, 거래처 발굴 등의 일부에만 국한되어 이용이 되고 있으며, 거래의 실질적인 부분인 계약, 통관, 대금결제 부문에서는 거의 이용이 되지 않고 있다. 또한 그 사용빈도도 일회성에 그치고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문의 목적은 중소기업의 전자무역 이용상의 문제점과 해결방안을 연구함으로써 중소기업의 전자무역 도입을 촉진시키는데 기여하는 것이다.

전자무역에 대한 심도 있는 연구의 필요성에 따라 전자무역연구지가 출간하게 되었 다. 전자무역연구지는 2003년 창간호의 발행을 시작으로 7년간 발간되어 왔으므로 연 구동향 및 향후 연구방향을 재조명해 볼 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 전자무역정책에 관한 과거 연구동향을 분석하고 향후 연구방향을 제 시하는데 연구목적이 있다. 과거 연구동향은 국내 주요 학술지의 논문과 국회 도서관 과 각 대학 도서관 사이트에서 검색이 가능한 학위논문을 위주로 정리하였다. According to needs for in-depth research in e-Trade, E-Trade Review wad published. There are needs to organize the past trends and provide the future trends of research because E-Trade Review starting with the first issue of 2003 issue is published until 7 years. At this paper the trend of the past research and future research directions proposed by the research needs to be done. The purpose of this paper is to analyze past research on e-Trade policies, trends and future research directions for research purposes. Past research trend in every possible sites which were Korea National Assembly Library and the University Library site was mainly clean.
