In this study, the result of measurements a geogrid-reinforced slope and the simulation result using the finite element analysis program Visual FEA/Edu were compared for verifying the validity of the finite element analysis model that was used. A reinforced slope was formed as a finite element mesh and the soil and geogrids physical properties were assigned. The actual settlement of the reinforced slope and finite element analysis results from the contour image showed similar aspects. When the finite element mesh was correctly formed and the exact physical properties of the target were assigned, it was supposed that the results of analysis were reliable. By simulating the field condition before construction, we can dtermine what kind of geosynthetics are reasonable for designing and installation in the field.

체리(Prunus avium L.)는 5월~6월에 수확되는 초여름 과실로 2020년을 기준으로 5년간 재배면적이 336ha에서 845ha로 급격하게 증가하였다. 재배면적 증가와 더불어 재배품종도 다양해졌으나 각 품종별 생육 특성 등에 관한 자료는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 체리 수집 품종의 초기 생육 특성을 조사하고 조기결실 가능성에 관한 기초자료를 확보하고자 실시하였다. 레드크라운, 블랙골드 등 9종에 대해서 2019년 2월 노지에 4 × 3m 간격으로 재식하였고, 수형은 KGB형으로 구성하였으며, 발아기, 수고, 주간경, 신초수, 신초장, 신초경 및 꽃눈 발생상황을 3반복으로 조사하였다. 발아기의 경우, 2020년에는 3월 9일~3월 23일까지 품종 간 최대 14일의 발아기 차이가 있었고, 2021년에는 3월 23일~3월 29일로 6일의 발아기 차이를 보였으며, 2년 평균으로는 10일의 발아기 차이가 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 수체생육 조사결과, 수고는 레드크라운이 283.3cm로 가장 높았으며, 주간경은 브룩스 품종에서 85.3mm로 굵은 경향을 보였다. 신초 발생수는 승리 품종이 11.7개로 가장 많았던 반면, 신초 생육은 레드크라운 품종에서 신초장 173cm, 신초경 24.7mm로 가장 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 꽃눈 발생상황을 살펴본 결과, 방옥 품종의 평균 화총수가 68.3개/주로 가장 많았고, 다크뷰트 품종이 15.3개/주로 가장 적었다. 방옥, 베니테마리 품종에서 꽃눈이 60개 이상 나온 것으로 보아, 다른 품종에 비해 조기 결실에 유리할 것으로 예상되었다.
천연치자(gardenia jasminoides Ellis) 황색소와 전해수를 이용한 모발의 염색 및 변화 연구

This study attempted to analyze hair dyeing using gardenia(gardenia jasminoides Elis) yellow pigment and electrolyzed water and the changes effected in hair color. The study results found the following: First, in a skin prick test, the results were negative in all 20 clinical trial participants. Therefore, the safety of the natural substance was confirmed. Second, in terms of the dyeing properties of 10 minute-heated hair, the experimental group was higher in L* and b* and lower in a* than the control group. In addition, 20 minute-heated hair was slightly higher in L* and b* and lower in a* than hair heated for 10 minutes. Third, in terms of dyeing concentration (K/S), 20 minute-heated hair was higher than hair heated for 10 minutes in all categories. Fourth, regarding changes in hair, tensile strength was higher in the experimental group than in the control group. In the experimental group, the 10 minute-heated hair was higher than hair heated for 20 minutes in terms of tensile strength. In non-dyed hair, however, tensile strength further increased in hair heated for 20 minutes. Regarding the cuticle, the surface was smoother in the experimental group than in the control group in all categories (10 minute and 20 minute-heated hair).
