        아연도금강판의 방식을 위한 새로운 방청안료인 이온 교환된 제올라이트의 방청 성능

        내부식성이 강화된 새로운 방청안료를 개발하기 위한 연구의 일환으로, 본 연구에서는 높은 내부식성을 제공하는 아연 및 세륨 이온 교환된 제올라이트를 도입하였다. 그리고 이온교환 제올라이트를 이용하여 프라이머 도료 제조 및 도장을 수행한 후, 그것의 방식성능을 측정하였다. 도장을 위한 금속 기재는 아연도금(galvanized, GI) 강판이었고, 도장된 강판의 방식성능은 electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)와 scanning vibrating electrode technique(SVET)으로 측정되었다. EIS 및 절단면의 내부식성을 확인하기 위한 SVET 측정으로부터 세륨이온 교환된 제올라이트가 가장 높은 효율을 제시하였고, 아연 및 세륨 이온 교환된 제올라이트의 경우 GI 강판에 대하여 cathodic 부식 방지제로 기 여함을 확인할 수 있었다. In this study, zinc or cerium exchanged zeolite was introduced to develop a novel anti-corrosion pigment. The primer paint was made using them and was coated on galvanized(GI) steel. The anti-corrosion performance was measured using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS). And scanning vibrating electrode technique(SVET) was employed to observe the cut-edge corrosion process of the coated GI steel. From EIS and SVET results, it could be confirmed that Ce ion-exchanged zeolite showed the anti-corrosion performance higher than Shieldex C303 and Zn ionexchanged zeolite. Finally, it was found that metal ion-exchanged zeolite may provide new possibility as the smart cathodic corrosion inhibitor delivery systems on galvanized steels.

        Physique, Physical Strength and technique are the most important things to develop competition abilities. The techniques of our national representative athletes, which were shown to be almost on the same leveles with the world ones in '82 New Delhi Asian Games, show bright outlooks in '86 Seoul Asian Games and '88 Seoul Olympic games. In this paper to develop to bring up our hopeful national representative athletes for the two big games in the future, the regional differences of physique are studied contrastively, and it is emphasized that under the government support our concentrated investments are needed to solve the problem that the nutritive conditions have a great influence on the growth of our hopeful athletes.

      • 흙의 다짐특성과 CBR과의 상관성에 관한 연구

        We have examined the correlation among soils after physical, compaction, and CBR tests of them. For the tests we used SM, CL,and ML soils from 9 domestic construction sites. The results are : (1) The relation of liquid limit and plastic limit to maximum dry density While, in sandy soil, maximum dry density is in proportion to the increase of liquid limit and plastic limit, is shows no such tendency in cohesive soil. (2) In all the soils, the lower the optimum moisture content gets, the higher maximum dry density is. The soil with larger particles shows a linear realtion between the two. (3) As maximum dry density increases, the CBR value also increases. For fine grained soil we see the greater change. (4) Optimum moisture content is inverse porpotion to the CBR value. For grained soil, there is a smaller caange.
