도덕교육의 이상으로서의 소보르노스찌: 도스토예프스키의 관점

Value relativism is largely divided into subjectivism and conventionalism. In subjectivism, moral values are considered to be given their authority and legitimacy by the individual's free choice and acceptance, and in conventionalism, by the customs and culture of the community in which the individual participates. However, subjectivism loses the purpose of education and makes education unnecessary, and conventionalism ignores free practice and leads to the impossibility of education. Dostoyevsky expressed value relativism as 'everything is permitted', which resulted in extreme arbitrariness and compulsion to kill even his father for his own benefit. He tried to recover the true meaning of 'miracle', 'mystery', and 'authority' in order to escape from this 'everything is permitted'. Sobornost is a concept that explains the state in which 'miracle', 'mystery', and 'authority' have regained their true meaning, and is expressed in the words 'everyone is guilty of everything in front of everyone'. Moral education is a practice that leads those who participate in it to Sobornost, and it can be understood as overcoming value relativism as much as Sobornost is realized. Teachers and students, who participate in the practice of moral education, are realizing Dostoyevsky's ideal that 'everyone is a sinner before everyone and for everything' through moral subject class.

Objectives : In this article, the concept of Neishang and Zabing and the establishment of the terms, are investigated. Methods : The literatures related to the establishment of Neishang and Zabing, for example, Huangdineijing, Shanhanlun, Jinguiyaolue etc are selected and then the analysis and investigation of the significant documents has followed. Results : The concept of Neishang originally means the group of disease caused by internal pathogens, for example, emotions in Huangdineijing; however, it has become rarely mentioned in Shanhanlun, Jinguiyaolue. The other concept, Zabing that is used once as a name of chapter in Huangdineijing means the group of diseases without exogenous diseases after Shanhanzabinglun was published. Conclusions : The concept of Neishang has divided into qiqingneishang that is caused by emotion disorders in Sanyinfang in the Song dynasty, and yinshineishang argued by Lidongyuan, a doctor in the Jinyuan dynasty: the latter has been the main meaning of Neishang. The concept of Zabing had been used as a narrow sense, the rest diseases until it was extended to a broad sense, the name of disease group except for internal and body-based diseases.

Objectives : In this study, the relation of pathologic mechanisms of Samcho(三焦) in Hwangdineijing and Samcho-Sanghwa(三焦相火) is investigated for the purpose of understanding the concept of Samcho. Methods : The diseases and symptoms about Samcho(三焦) in Hwangdineijing and many important medical literatures including Sanghanlun(傷寒論) and Jinguiyaolue(金匱要略) were selected and analyzed to overview the historical changes of pathologic mechanism about Samcho. Results : In comparison of the Pathologic Mechanisms of Samcho, the explanation of that in many medical literatures is different from that in Hwangdineijing, that is to say, the cause of diseases related to hyperactivity of Sanghwa became the main conditions of pathogenesis about Samcho while the blockage of qi stream through Samcho. Conclusions : The clinical expression of Samcho pathogenesis is fever with perspiration that means exhaustion of body fluid not only general fever of whole body.

Jeong(精) and Sin(神) have very close relation in 『Hwangjenaegyeong(黃帝內經)』, and jeong(精) is base of sin(神). Jeong is the origin of life force, Sin can be manifested through the Yin-yang inter conversion of Jeong, on the other hand, Jeong can be created through the same conversion of Sin. The Yin-yang inter conversion of Jeong or Sin, means the inclination of Taegeuk(太極) to Unification after division, in this process, life force and creative power are made.

Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the maxillary sinus is the most common malignant neoplasm of the paranasal cavity. The most frequent initial symptoms are swelling of the cheek, nasal obstruction, epistaxis, and nasal discharge. Herein, we report the case of a 62-year-old Korean male who initially presented with a whitish irregular depressed plaque with an indurated border in his left cheek. After a several-week delay in diagnosis, he was eventually diagnosed with maxillary sinus carcinoma. (Korean J Dermatol 2014;52(5):349∼352)

Recurrent annular erythema associated with anti-Ro/La antibody is a diagnostic term for annular erythemas that usually occurs in the face and the upper extremities of patients with positive anti-Ro/La antibodies. They have been reported in patients with Sjogren`s syndrome, lupus erythematosus, or Sjogren`s syndrome/systemic lupus erythematosus syndrome. Recently, there have been cases without any underlying autoimmune diseases. We, hereby, report an annular erythema, associated with anti-Ro/La antibody occurring in both soles, which is an unusual location for this disease. (Korean J Dermatol 2012;50(4):350∼353)

Objectives : In this study, the meaning of Movement Qi between kidneys(腎間動氣) in Huangdineijingtaisu(黃帝內經太素) is researched for the purpose of understanding the differences between Huangdineijingtaisu and Nanjing(難經) Methods : The annotations related to Movement Qi between kidneys in Huangdineijingtaisu were selected and analyzed to overview the historical changes of the definition. Results : The meaning of Movement Qi between kidneys in Huangdineijingtaisu is not different from that of Nanjing basically, however, Yang Shangshan(楊上善) suggested additional new meanings including penetration meridian(衝脈), pass way for vital energy(氣街), visceral exhaustion pulse(眞藏脈) and so on. Conclusions : The reason that Yang Shangshan explained the circulation of primordial energy(原氣) focusing on penetration meridian is that he tried to connect the actual functions about Movement Qi between kidneys to clinical treatment than the ideal concept in Nanjing.
