최근 농업분야에서 회전익 UAV, 즉 드론을 이용하여 수확량이나 생육상태 등을 예찰하기 위한 시도가 있어 왔다. UAV를 이용한 원격탐사 자료는 곧 다양한 영상(RGB 영상, 멀티스펙트럼 영상, 초분광 영상)을 의미하며, 이는 영상의 위치정보(GPS 정보)도 동시에 수반하고 있다. 현재 드론에 사용되고 있는 GPS의 경우, 그 정밀도가 약 2 m내외로서 일반적인 자동차 네비게이션용 GPS보다는 높지만 측정된 생육상태 자료의 위치를 정확하게 피드백하기에는 그 정밀도가 낮은 편이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 정밀측위기반의 데이터를 피드백하기 위하여 RTK (Real Time Kinematics) GNSS를 적용하여 정밀도가 2cm급인 드론을 개발하고 이의 성능을 평가하였다. 동일한 특정지역을 대상으로 비 RTK 드론과 RTK 드론으로 영상을 촬영하고 영상 처리 소프트웨어(Pix4D)를 이용하여 각각의 정사영상, 포인트 클라우드, DSM을 만들어 서로 비교 분석하였다.

정밀농업 분야에서 UAV를 이용한 작물의 생육상태 모니터링은 병충해의 예찰이나 농약 살포, 수확량 예측, 비료 살포 여부 판단 등과 같은 중요한 정보를 제공할 수 있다. Lati 등(2013)은 CSM (Crop Surface Model)을 정의하고, 작물의 높이(Plant Height, PH)를 모델의 원점으로부터 작물의 가장 끝단까지의 수직거리로 정의하고 있다. 또한 작물의 생육상태(Plant Growth, PG)는 관찰 시점사이의 PH의 차로 정의하고 있다. 따라서 PH와 PG는 수확량 예측, 비료 시비, 농약 살포 등과 같은 수확관리 측면에서 중요한 인자이다(Ehlert 등, 2009; Lati 등 2013). 본 연구에서는 RTK 기반 UAV를 이용하여 특정 포장을 한정하고, 벼의 생육상태(PG)를 시기별(2017, 4~10월)로 측정하여 CSM을 구축하고 벼의 생육상태를 모니터링할 수 있는 기본 플랫폼을 개발하였다. N/A Background : In September 2002, typhoon RUSA brought heavy rains to pans of Kangwondo province. The river rose above the flood stage, and muddy water covered many houses. Along the damaged infrastructures, there were many patients who needed medical care. Among them, a significant portion had dermatologic problems. Objective : The aim of this study was to find out the relationship between the floods and skin diseases. The other purpese was to evaluate how the floods can affect the distribution of dermatoses. Methods : The 177 dermatology Patients who were flood victims were analyzed according to their sexs, age, and their diseases. Results : The results can be summarized as follows. Among 757 patients who were registered to special clinic for flood victims, 177 were seen in dermatology department. Although dermatology Patients increased compared to ordinary times, the proportion of them decreased compared to that of flood victims in northern Kyonggi-do in 1998. In the second group of patients who were seen from September 11th to 13th , the proportion of dermatology patients were increased to 23.0% compared to the first group of Patients who were seen from September 4th to 6th(12.6%). In age distribution, the most frequent age groups were 3rd decade(24.3%), 4th decade(35.9%), 5th decade(25.4%) amounting to 85.6% of the total dermatology patients. The ratio of male to female was 1:2.1. The four most common dermatoses were eczematous dermatoses, superficial fungal infections, pruritus & urticaria, and infectious dermatoses. The most commonly used medications were oral antihistamines and topical steroids. Conclusion : The most common skin diseases among flood victims were eczematous dermatoses. It was contradictory finding compared to the victims of northern Kyunggido floods in 1998 who showed superficial fungal infection most commonly. (Korean J Dermatol 2003;41(4) : 461~465)

Lipomas are the most common mesenchymal neoplasms and are characterized by a lobular growth of mature adipocytes with a sharply demarcated border delineated by a thin fibrous capsule. Lipomas usually appear in the adipose tissue but occasionally develop in other mesenchylnal tissues and can be classified as either subcutaneous or subfascial tumors. Subfascial lipomas are one of the most uncommon sites for soft-tissue tumors and can be intramuscular, intermuscular, or submuscular. Accordingly subfascial lipomas of the forehead can be differentiated into submuscular and subgaleal lipomas depending on the exact anatomic localization below the frontalis muscle or underneath the galea aponeurotica. The patient, a 33-year-old man, visited our clinic with a complaint of asymptomatic 2×2㎝-sized dome-shaped tumor on his forehead. The tumor was surgically excised. During the operation the tumor was found to be located below the frontalis muscle and was revealed histopathologically as lipoma. (Korean J Dermatol 2003;41(2) : 266∼268)

Acitretin, the principal and free acid metabolite of etretinate, is used to treat patients with several types of psoriasis. The common side effects encountered with acitretin therapy are cheilitis, conjunctivitis, xerosis, dryness of the nasal mucosa with minor nosebleeds, pruritis, and desquamation of the palms and soles. Granulation tissue is a well recognized side effect of oral acitretin. This reaction is characterized by ulceration, hemorrhagic crusting and excess granulation tissue. It occurs between the third and 12th weeks of therapy, most commonly affects the hands and feet. We present a case of multiple granulation tissues associated with acitretin therapy. 소아에서 발생한 Calcaneal Petechiae (Black Heel) 1예

Calcaneal petechias (black heel) is a traumatic lesion affecting the back of posterolateral aspect of the heel. An asymptomatic, pigmented, macular lesion is found on one or both heels immediately above the hyperkeratotic border of the foot. It is caused by any sport, such as basketball, tennis, or football, that leads to slamming of the foot against the shoe. Calcaneal petechilae is probably more common than is realized. As it is usually symptomless, it may be disregarded or only observed by chance. The importance of the lesion lies in its clinical resemblance to a malignant melanoma. We report a case of calcaneal petechiae which was confused clinically with a melanoma. (Korean J Dermatol 2004;42(1):84~86)
