Sol - Gel 법에 의한 TiO2 - V2O5 박막형 습도센서

In this paper, TiO₂-V₂SO_5 humidity sensors are fabricated by Sol-Gel method. For the establishment of optimum processing condition which is good humidity sensitive characteristics for specimens, their microstructures and crystalline-structures are analysed. Grain size increases with substitution rate of V^(5+) on Ti^(4+) site. From the analysis of XRD, V^(5+) peak can`t confirm with V₂SO_5 rate. Their humidity sensitive characteristics is good at 1mol% of V₂O_5 rate and heat-treated at 700℃. The capacitance of specimens decreases with frequency.

In this research We investigated the effect of UV/O₃, O₃ treatments of indium-tin oxide(ITO) surface on the performance of organic light emitting devices(OLEDs). The fundamental structure of OLEDs was ITO(anode) / TPD(Hole Transport Layer) / Alq₃ / Al(cathode). We performed UV/O₃, O₃ treatments and found that both treatments enhanced the performance of OLEDs. Current-Voltage, Luminance-Voltage characteristics were measured at room temperature.
